    Horrible! Was supposed to show up on a Friday at 2pm o'clock and didn't come until the following Wednesday at 11am... Said they were outside that day and called... (we have no records of that call) and they said that they couldn't find the place but found it just fine today... *********** of time! ******* needs to drop them as a service vendor! Forcing clients to have their machine serviced with Cone will only serves to hurt the ******* brand!

    BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! We had the horrible misfortune of having to use Cone Appliance for a repair on our new Samsung dryer. Cone is a certified repair company used by Samsung. From the woman who answers the phone and puts you on hold for up to 45 minutes each call and treats you terribly to the non existent communication to letting us sit at home TWICE waiting for a technician who did not show up. They came to repair 2 weeks ago and part they brought to put in was defective and had to order another part. i had to call and call and call to see what was going on. to be treated terribly each time. Today was the Final straw. i called to confirm someone was coming was told as nasty as can be, well your on the schedule from 12-5 so yes. i tried to call the technician who came out last time because i was not feeling good about this company and it went straight to voicemail so i was not getting a good feeling period now. . we get a call at 3:40 that we need to be rescheduled to friday - it’s Monday?!! what?!?!? the gentleman that called said it’s now after hours so we need to reschedule you?! what?! after hours. our time slot was 12-5. we are BEYOND disgusted by this company and anyone thinking about using them needs to BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE Cone! if you have to use a certified samsung dealer demand another company!!!

    When the technician ************ with Cone Appliance, came to replace the ice maker, he seemed to mess up the fridge as well. Since the replacement, the temperature in both the freezer and cooler has risen significantly, rendering the entire appliance ineffective. Additionally, the new ice maker doesn't work at all.After my wife contacted ************ about the issues, she got a sarcastic and unprofessional response. The representative on the phone was rude and dismissive, even stating that the fridge was broken by your technician. Additionally, a new technician visit couldn't be scheduled until next week, which is highly inconvenient given how urgent the problem is. On the end she just drops phone call on me.

    Warning Warning Warning Cone appliance repair damaged my home and my fridge, we were told by Headquarters not their problem. They will not answer your call and will even hang up on you. Do not trust these people or your personal info including credit card info

    The worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life.Zero customer service, zero assistance and zero follow up.This company needs to close its doors.They don't have an ounce of customer service and whoever owns this company needs to know about his employees.They are the bottom of the barrel.How can they never answer the phone or put you on hod for 30 minutes, send you to voicemail and never call back.They are a disgrace and if the Boss accepts this, he should find another job.I rather pay to fix my appliances than deal with these useless, rude, incompetents.I have the best company right in my town and they are a pleasure to work with.You have really bad reviews and many complaints with Better Business Bureau.Maybe you should change the way you conduct yourselves or hopefully you will find yourselves out of business, hopefully soon and stop causing customers such aggravation and stress.You don't deserve 1 star it should be minus 100.They need to change the star rating when it comes to your company or whatever it is.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. These people are absolutely impossible to work with. I scheduled an appointment for my ******* dryer, through *******. Its under warranty. Was told it would be confirmed by Cone Appliance with ***** hours. I heard nothing. Reached back out to *******. I also called Cone directly-left many messages. No return call. Terrible.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE! Missed two days of work after the company gave us a 100% guarantee that someone would be at our home within the timeframe to repair our new washing machine. No one showed, no phone call letting us know they were not coming, and they will not answer the phone. I cannot believe any company contracts with Cone Appliance for repairs! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No professionalism whatsoever! They have already charged our account for the service that has not been completed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

    It was incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone and when I did, she was incredibly rude. The tech finally came out, and never returned to fix the fridge. There has been zero communication from this company or its representatives.

    WARNING WARNING WARNING Their repairman damaged my fridge, baseboard and two cabinets. When I tried to call and file a complaint they hung up on me. Called over 200 times they refused to answer my number but answered my neighbors number. They told me flat out they were not responsible and their repairman did not fix the issue.*********************
