    very unprofessional samsung says your under warranty we got you CONE then says the warranty is out of date. like *** you work for samsung. like these people dont talk or communicate directly.

    Terrible service. They didn't show up to the appointment and they do not answer their phones. This guy Jose *, texted me asking to share the issue with him, asking technical questions. They are the experts not us. I took 2 days off in two different occasions and they never showed up, No calls , no messages advising us of the delay. Terrible, if you call Samsung for the repair request a different service center. Just ask them no to select them,

    very very terrible company, they lie and cancel your request for repair without your approval, they scheduled appointment but never showed up, they don't pick up their phone

    The one star rating is because it would not allow me to leave a no star rating. This company is the warranty company for Samsung. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. About three months into a brand new dishwasher had two problems, one of which was a small leak at the bottom of the door. Cone came the first time. Semi-fixed the issue of the auto release not working properly. The leak, however, became significantly worse making it impossible to use the dishwasher without water flooding the kitchen floor. Samsung issued a second ticket to address that problem. Cone canceled the ticket on their own without notifying me. Called Samsung again. They reissued a ticket. That was 13 days ago. Cone is not answering their phone. They are not returning messages from both myself and Samsung. I have now been a month without a working dishwasher. Shame on both Cone Appliance and Samsung. Buyer beware. Find out who handles the warranty. If it is this company, do not purchase whatever the item is. Turns out the warranty is worthless as Samsung is hanging tight to trying to get these folks out even though I have asked for a different authorized repair company.

    This company is terrible. I reported them to GE. They were supposed to repair a fan covered under warranty but instead were confused and said they had to come out another day. 3 days later I call them and they tell me "we can't find a second guy." Save your time.

    Awful. Simply awful. You call and get placed immediately on hold. It took Mr 2 weeks of constant calling to get ahold of a person. They no showed their appointment to come to my home and when I called they then said oh yeah he called out sick. The repair man was unfriendly and I could hear him on call with his boss about prior customer who was also dissatisfied about repair he just came from. He didn't know how to do repair and was reading instructions on how to do simple repair once he finally arrived 2 MONTHS LATER so we were without an oven for 2 months. Horrible customer service. Would never willingly use their services.

    The repair man has zero personality and needs to take a bath. No communication. Said they were ordering the part. After several weeks we call only to find out our unit is out of warranty so they never ordered the part. Nice of them to let us know. Horrible customer service. No communication. Does not follow up. Seems like they don't care, period.

    Cone Appliance fraudulently represented their competency. Brand new ******* microwave door issue that ******* came to look at. Claimed to make a video call to ********** about it, claimed he was only permitted to make certain repairs. We heard how his GF was pregnant, his sister was pregnant and he had tons of mosquitoes in his yard. He took the door off & put it back on, gave us his business card and would get back to us with who, not himself, would be out to address the issue. After failing to hear from him & unable to reach him, we contacted ******* who told us our "ticket #" was closed as ***** said he told us it was delivery damage or installation damage and to contact our installer, and claimed he changed out our filter with a new one (what he actually did was show us how to put the original filter in). After telling ******* rep he was a liar, they issued a new service order on Nov 9th, coming out again on Nov. 15th. Cone Appliance canceled that service call today via email claiming "customer information incomplete/missing". I call ******* for the third time, they see it was just canceled for 'not covered undered ********** Apparently ***** added pictures he took of the "dents" in the microwave. FYI these "dents are part of the microwave inside integrity structure, and not even the issue ??????? We were issued another service order for a 'second opinion by another company', which is where it stands now. I made a formal complaint with ******* and will be going to ********** to take pictures of this brand of microwave to send to *******. Beware of Cone Appliance. THE WORST APPLIANCE (non) REPAIR business. SHAMEFUL.
