    Worst customer service I have dealt with. Rude, and unprofessional. Tech that came changed parts (a fan) that didn't fix the problem. Then basically told me he didn't know what to do and I should contact samsung myself. The Tech, Roy, was in my house less then 5 mins. Trying to get them to come back out has proven to be almost impossible. Why samsung would use a company like this is beyond me. I do not recommend Cone Appliance.

    Their customer service is HORRIBLE! You get IMMEDIATELY put on hold when calling IF YOU EVEN GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER!! I've left two 'disgruntled' messages and I don't believe I've yet to get a return call!! I'm really sorry now that we bought a GE product!!

    There is a huge problem of communication between their staff. I needed service for a ******* QLED TV under warranty. They didnt want to accept a copy of the retailer receipt, even when the unit is registered with the manufacturer. I had to call *******. They were constantly changing the appointment date and time and asking by text from 2 different numbers the same information. When finally the technician came, it was 3 hours prior to what was agreed. For luck I was home. Im giving them 3 stars just because the technician went above and beyond and only because of him. Other wise I would have given them ZERO stars.

    I am stuck with them because my TV is under warranty Hard to reach, long hold times Messed my appointment time so I had to wait another week Tech arrives on a Monday and of course has to order parts says **** be back Wed or Fri NOPW got scheduled for the following Monday 9-1, NO SHOW Called the company ah he called in sick and of course they didnt notify any customers Rescheduled Going on 3 weeks now

    I told them everything they needed to know to repair dishwasher and they came out and wrote down exactly what I told them. Guess what? They dont have supplies to fix it. They have to make another repair appointment. More money. He was here maybe 10 minutes This is a completely incompetent company. Maybe thats why the are not Bbb accredited

    So, they came in late May/early June to fix my dishwasher but had to order a part. They told me 12 weeks it took to come in, we never received the part so I'm guessing it wasn't ordered. After the 12 weeks I called several times over a course of several weeks and left messages with no response back. I finally called KitchenAid and they tried calling Cone (no response) then said Cone dropped them as a service provider so now I'm back at the start with another repair service company and probably won't get my dishwasher fixed until Christmas. SO frustrating - a return call and explanation would have been nice. I've been reading their comments to other customer reviews and wow - not very nice, maybe it was best they never returned my call.

    They worked on my dryer on a Monday. It broke again less than an hour later and refused to come back. I tried to call for a week and finally got through on Friday, with a promise theyd call us back nope. Im on day 8 without a dryer and a hope theyll ever repair it.

    This company is a joke. Was referred to them from Samsung to repair my 2-month-old dryer. I had an appointment scheduled on Thursday between 10-3 pm. I get a call at 2.:10 from the tech saying he will be at my house in 15min.... never showed up never called. Cone calls me says tech had an emergency and rescheduled for the following day. that tech never called never showed up ...... company should lose their contract with Samsung.

    Wish that I could rate as zero. Service appointment scheduled three days out for window of repair from 10 am to 3 pm. Repair tech did not show. ********** waiting. Not response to either text messaging or phone calls requesting information.
