We sold our Thousand Trails membership through Campground Membership Outlet. They sent us a letter, signed by *************************, that we would receive $2000. We signed the forms for Thousand Trails 4/26/24 and received a letter from TT dated 5/9/24 that our membership transfer was completed. Last spoke with ***** on 6/5/24 and she said that we would get a check for $2000 but it is delayed because they moved their office to ***********, **. No payment as 8/8/24.

I have been working with Campground Membership Outlet since the beginning of March, 2024 to get our payment of $2,000.00 mailed to us. Our membership was sold in approximately 2022 and I expected them to pay my husband and I the agreed upon amount. It wasn't until of March of 2024 when I was going through my paperwork that I found the information of the sale of the membership. I called to inquired into whether the check had been cashed. I initially started with *******, who was my first contact. She stated that she would research the issue and verified my address. I never heard back from her. Over the course of several weeks, I called numerous times and left voicemails, but there were never acknowledged. My next contact was with ***** whom I informed that I never received our payment. She took down my information and requested to give her time to check with her bookkeeper who only works part time and that she was "very behind." ***** said that she would give me a call back once she heard from her. After waiting approximately two weeks and I reached out again. ***** confirmed that we were not paid the $2,000.00 that they owe me and that her bookkeeper, who only works certain days of the week, had been out of the office, but she would DEFINITELY get to the bottom of my issue.I tried calling several times and I left messages to which I never heard back. Recently, I actually reached ***** who stated to me that she had been out of the office due to a death in the family. ***** stated that the bookkeeper is not a good worker, had not mailed out the check. She said that she will have to get back to me. I felt bad for her because of the death of her family member, so I agreed to have her get with her bookkeeper to see if the check had been mailed. She also said that they were moving offices and that once they get their computer back up and running, that they would immediately mail me a check. I need your help to get this issue resolved. Thank you

On May 1, 2024 we signed paperwork with Campground Membership Outlet to sell our Thousand Trails membership for $7,000. They stated that a buyer was already lined up. We were told that as soon as the transfer completed, then the funds would be sent to us.Thousand Trails send us a letter dated June 17, 2024 that our membership was successfully transferred. Campground Membership Outlet stated on June 18, 2024, "Your transfer has been sent over for completion, you will receive a letter of confirmation most likely next week or week after. We then close out your file and send to our Accountant for processing."On July 12, 2024 and July 16, 2024 we inquired as to when we would receive payment. On July 16, 2024 we were told, "I will need to get with our Accountant to see when she has yours processing. I do have a call into her and she should be in Friday so I will try to find out."Now it is August 5, 2024 and Campground Membership Outlet has avoided all other correspondence.

On 4-17-2024 we signed an agreement for campground membership outlet to facilitate the sale and transfer of our camping membership that we would receive $6500.00 for that sale. On 5-15-2024 the sale and transfer of our membership was completed. The first 6 weeks we communicated with campground membership outlet requesting updates on receiving our funds. The excuses for the delay in receiving our funds range from accounting mistakes to moving to a new office. they have stopped answering emails or phone calls. It is now 7-31-2024 and I feel this company may have no intentions of paying us our money. I sent a letter to their company requesting payment and the letter was returned to us as not deliverable as addressed and unable to forward. I feel I may be forced into court to recover our funds.

I sold my Thousand Trails Membership through CMO. The sale was complete June 17 2024. As of today July 30 2024 I have not received my proceeds from the sale. I have call CMO (Campground Membership Outlet) several time to inquire about my proceeds. The call always goes to voice mail and the calls are never returned. I'm feeling like I have been swindled out of my TT Membership.

After the death of my mother, my father decided to sell their 1000 Trails membership. Membership Outlet told us they would handle the sale and send a check to my father. They received all of the necessary paperwork on April 3 2024. It is now July 29, 2024 and after several email requests for closure to this process, we have received nothing but excuses. From IT needing to set up the office to the accountant has many checks to process. Always an excuse, never a resolution.

I called campground Membership Outlet to list my Thousand Trails Elite Basic membership on 12/4/2023. When I spoke to ****** she told me the fee, which I paid and I asked if there was any paperwork I needed to sign, she stated no asked for my email and never emailed me anything. After months of no contact from the company, I called ****** and a few times with no answer. Finally after almost 7 months with no contact from the company at all, I called the company and spoke to *****. I told her I had no contact and asked what is going on with the sale. Within a couple days I got an email from ****** (6/27/2024)with seller agreement attached as well as asking me to drop the price. I had not idea about a seller agreement (which I had never signed, nor heard of even after asking about paperwork) asking me to review, sign and return. After 7 months now there is paperwork??? I promptly emailed back asked for my money back telling them this was unfair business practice. It is now 7/13/2024 and I have had not response from my request for refund or any answer to my email.
