      Today at 4:11 a tech came in and once again but I was told the phone and what actually happened were two different things on top of her screaming at the top of her lungs when I can barely speak on top of intimidating me she saw that I grabbed my phone and it stated dont record her. I dont even know what to say, this is the most unprofessional and harmful business I have dealt with,.

      This company lies and keeps lying. I was told my ***************** is paying for supplies for my cpap machine after I tell them I am getting it for $20 they said it was free going through them using insurance. Well they sent me much more then I wanted and 3 weeks later sent me a bill for $155. They don't care and they said they would have a manager call me with in 72 hours and 3 weeks later they just sent a new bill for the $155. Bad company .

      Awful company. So hard to work with, I keep getting texts saying I have a balance. But my statements show a much lower balance due. My account says the lower balance is my charges, but the higher balance is what is due. Yet no one can tell me what I owe the higher balance for. They keep just telling me a statement is coming but it never comes. Everyone Ive talked to just keeps repeating the same phrases but cant offer any actual help. They also told me my monthly payment would be half of what theyre now charging me. When I ask about that all they say is you havent met your deductible. Which is fine. But I wouldnt have gone with this company if I knew the actual fee would be double what I was quoted. And they just keep saying Im not sure who told you that, but this is what you owe Bottom line. Dont use this company. Their patient portal is a mess. Their customer service is no help. Their chat feature never works. I really wonder how this is a real company.

      I have had nothing but problems with the Pensacola, ** ****** My husband was prescribed a ventilator while in the hospital and also for home use.Contacted local ****** after arriving home to Request missing items for ventilator. Was told I did have them! After saying I did not more than a few times, the respiratory therapist said she would bring. Never did. Had contact from their ****** recently on 2 different occasions the respiratory therapist would be coming by to do home visit. Never showed either time.Last week needed replacement mask. One was actually sent. Too small, unable to use. I have called Mon. Tue. Wed this week. Only able to get VM.No response and my husband needs his ventilator. This *********, FL ****** is the worst. Looking at the reviews, it is not the only one.This company needs leadership.

      Did some low voltage cabling work for this company and they defaulted on the deal thru a 3rd party. We are out a lot of money dealing with them. Do not do business with them bad business practices

      I had been dealing with another home oxygen company for a while. After a short period of time their portable unit became defective and a satisfactory replacement could not be furnished. They kept insisting that the replacement unit, which was rated at a lower output, was sufficient for my needs. I'm an engineer and I knew better. I am now using Rotech to supply all my home oxygen needs. The Rotech deliver person was extremely knowledgeable about his company's hardware and how it should be used. He spent over an hour answering all my questions. I can tell when someone is technically incompetent; this Rotech representative was very astute and technically competent in home oxygen equipment. I highly recommend ROTECH as a home oxygen supplier.

      DO NOT USE !! If there was a zero star to give this company I would, by far the worst to deal with . I was in contact with customer service about ordering a insulin pump and blood glucose monitor back in the beginning of June 2024, they told me it was ordered and shipped I waited and nothing came I called them back only to find out whomever I spoke to never placed my order and they said I gave them the wrong insurance information so I re gave them my info again and they said order is placed and would ship 7-14 days ,again a few weeks go by and nothing so I call them back a 3rd time and again they tell me I gave them the wrong insurance information and it never shipped so I've been getting lied to every time this is going on over 2 months now and I have gotten nowhere with Rotech Healthcare , every time I ask to speak to customer service and this is what I get I do not recommend anyone dealing with this company!! Terrible Terrible Terrible.

      DO NOT USE. They called and texted stating I had balance due wanting payment arrangement. No balance was due according to my insurance. I spent over a month reaching out to their business in ******** trying to get a statement, waiting for return calls to find out zero balance is now showing and I CAN NOT get a statement. I believe they were hoping that I would just pay it. And after the numerous attempts to get statement I can almost guarantee no refund would be made.

      They are a terrible company. They put me on an automated 3 month supply list. I never asked for this. I had multiple issues with billing and had to call them over and over also asked them to stop sending supplies. They still sent more supplies again and my insurance denied it as I have not meet the deductible for the beginning of the year. No one ever told me this and I'm stuck with a $244 bill. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

      Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I have been trying to get this oxygen equipment picked up since the end of June. Appointments made, but no one ever showed up! Home all day, camera on front of my house, watch dog. No one! They continue to bill me. Not paying it! Never any call backs! I was lied to when they delivered all the portable tanks, saying there was no additional cost, then was billed $90!!! I will not hesitate to dispute their billing in court, next step!!! Only gave it one star because I had to. They do NOT deserve that!
