      I had my physician fax a pick up order on 1-31-23, They picked up the equipment and billed me thru 2-8-23, which is 8 days that the equipment set at my apt. not being used at all. I contacted the company (Rotech) for the first time and spoke with Zarah, she said that she would have someone adjust the bill. Long story short, I have emails to back it up. They will not budge from their pick up date.

      I think that this company (Rotech) should be fined and the money refunded, for over billing. Someone is greedy at this company and is probably trying to live above their means. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate them fully, criminal charges should be brought against them if warranted.

      I am on SSDI and do not have a great deal of money just laying around for inappropriately billed medical equipment.

      Do not use this company. I returned my equipment a year ago and despite calling many, many times they continue to Bill me. They never answer their phone, do not return calls, emails or text messages. It is impossible to reach anyone. They are also billing my insurance each month for equipment returned so I’m pretty sure that is insurance fraud at this point

      Please do not do business with this company. The person that delivered my machine (not the same company) didn't explain that they would be shipping supplies. He did say that the insurance would cover everything. I'm stuck with two bags of supplies that cost me over $200 each for a machine that was canceled.

      We have been customers of Rotech for more than two years. In that time frame they can not get billing straight. Once we finally got a routine they changed the billing and charge more yet again, and will never admit error. I worry about elderly citizens that will arbitrarily be overcharged and not be able to work out or figure out solutions. The customer service is routed to India (?) And they are quite rude and stick to a script. We canceled service, now I'm curious to see what a nightmare it will be to get them to stop charging us and pick up their equipment.

      This company is the worse. All they do is bill there customers. Then they over bill them. Chose a different company.

      Rotech is absolute garbage. Do not ever use them for anything they'll just make your life miserable and offer terrible customer service and take hours of your time for no results and their team won't even take good notes on on your conversations.

      I agree run from this company they just want to sell you merchandise before you have a chance to decide what you want or if you want it.
      I specifically ask them not to send anything until we talked first and machine showed up two days later now they want me to go into a store to download the machines information.
      I don't want anything from them I don't want any supplies from them I don't want them calling me.
      I've been using oxygen supply companies for 20 years and never had this problem with any company.
      I hadn't even gotten the results from my doctor on my tests and they sent the machine. I have many very serious health issues I don't understand why this company couldn't call first I can only conclude they get paid as quick as they send you merchandise.

      I rented a cpap from Rotech healthcare/******** **** ****** care and have had issues with this company ongoing. I had insurance through one provider and it changed at the beginning of 2023. I called and gave them new info. Then got a letter saying they couldn’t process through insurance and to provide new info. I filled out the form as requested and mailed. I THEN called about stopping monthly supplies and provided my new insurance yet again. She also relayed that my rental would end in April and because of going through insurance it would be owned by me going forward, fully paid for. I now got a letter saying they want to pick up the equipment because the rental costs hasn’t been paid by insurance. They have never submitted it through my insurance in 2023 and I have given it to them twice via phone and also in writing. This is fraud to get more money.

      I’ve had nothing but issues from the beginning. Wrong insurance 3x, finally cleared that up. I paid what I thought was my co insurance, and apparently I have a rental? Also what I paid doesn’t match my insurance and they refuse to credit me. Can’t get anyone in billing except for a foreigner and they tell me supervisors will tell me same that the credit is used for future billing. I’m near my max out of pocket so now what?!
      I finally got an itemized bill and don’t show anything that matches what I paid or insurance says I owe.
      Apparently can’t switch providers. Due to rental. I’m about to scream.

      Buyer beware! Rotech has a sneaky return policy - one of the worst I have seen for mail orders. They won't accept any returns of unopened items 3 days after delivery. I called them and asked why that is, and they said that it's "just the policy", and they wouldn't give me any further explanation. Their products are SUPER expensive for what you get, so I guess this is how they keep your money. Needless to say I am no longer a customer of theirs.
