      A bill collector called me and told me I owed Rotech money from this year AND last year. I thought it was a scam as Rotech charges my credit card monthly and sends me a receipt. I signed on and found that they do say I owe them. BUT they NEVER sent me a bill, they just let the charges mount up. Legally they MUST provide a bill or invoice telling me what the charges are for. Terrible company

      This company, if you can even call it that, is beyond abysmal. I called them to place an order for a single cushion replacement. The rep decided to order THREE cushions without telling me. To make matters worse, when the package arrived, I realized that I'd received three tubes I can't even use instead of cushions. When I called ***** *******/Rotech about the issue, the rep told me he would adjust the account accordingly and told me to discard the tubes. Luckily I saved them after learning previously that the reps are always inconsistent. 31 days later, I receive a text saying I had a bill that needed to be paid and called the next business day (which was this morning). I was on the phone being bounced around from Rotech, ***** *******, and the local office for literally 1 hr and 56 mins. The last rep I talked to in the morning told me she needed to know the name of what I was sent and that I might not get an adjustment since it was over 30 days. I had to call back because I didn't know the exact name of what I was sent. After calling a second time, I received a rep who was rude and condescending, which led to a very heated argument. Needless to say, this company couldn't care less about the health of its patients. It sees people as dollar signs and has customer reps that either lie or are simply incompetent. They breached my trust and do not have any interest in getting it back. I see why they are not accredited with the BBB. There is no way they should remain in business.

      My sleep specialist (I only saw a Nurse practitioner) sent an order to this company for a sleep apnea machine. After waiting 3 weeks, I called Rotech. They discovered they needed my email address to send me some forms so they could "drop ship" the machine to me. The next day I got the email -- I refused to sign the forms. The forms said they had a payment method from me and i had not given them one. i wonder if they got it from the doctor's office? I would've had to agree to accept whatever materials they chose to send me, or pay fees to send them back, unless I managed to cancel the automatic sales. That is a big red flag for me. I called the company and said ai wouldn't sign the forms, and the person answering claimed they did not have a payment method from me. I cancelled the order. I would not do business with this company under any circumstances, and I will tell my doctor's office this. One star may be too much.

      They send you parts for the equipment that you don’t order and then bill you for them. After ten months of payments the machine is supposed to be mine but yet they continue to bill me anyways even thought my insurance company says I’ve actually overpaid. The local office won’t even return phone calls now and their tactic is to just hide and hope you’ll go away while they continue to bill you for equipment that you don’t owe anymore money on. Don’t use this company unless you want unnecessary stress and aggravation in your life.

      Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I changed my cpap mask and they still sent me the wrong mask THREE times in a row. Than they said they would send a return envelope to return the items. They never sent it. When I called they said it was too late to return it. Unreal. So I call to cancel my service with them.. Paid up until that month than my bill was roughly 120 dollars. When I closed the account they said my cpap machine was paid for and isn't a rental anymore. Here we are a month later they send me a bill for 791 dollars which includes a cpap rental charge from after I closed my account and charges dating to May of 2022. Absolute con artists running this place

      Terrible so far. I've received at least 1/2 dozen calls from them saying they'll be here with my equipment on X date or at X time and never delivered. I had to cancel my dr. appointment that I've had on my calendar for 2 months because I couldn't do the testing. What a joke of a company.

      Rarely does anyone answer the phone and when they do there is poor communication in delivering the needs of the client. It’s been over a month since my provider ordered an overnight oximetry and I’ll still waiting. Yesterday I was finally told that someone would be delivering the device to my home this morning and it is 3 pm and I have yet to see anyone. The business phone goes straight to voice mail and no messages again have been returned.

      I’ve had nothing but trouble with the billing and replacement parts sent even though we asked for Rotech not to send automatically, we’d order when needed. We even received email from Rotech stating they received our request. We received replacement parts and I sent them back unopened, and now they say they didn’t receive them won’t and credit
      Our account. I’ve spent weeks and many hours trying to rectify his matter to no avail. Very annoying to say the least.

      I received some parts to a sleep apnia device that I did not order. At the bottom of the supply list it gave a phone number in small print and said if I didn't want to be charged for the supplies I had to call the number> When I called the number I received a recording that was trying to sell me a variety of things with nothing to do with the stuff they sent me. I could not get to anyone, anyway that could help me return the crap. When I went to a local Rotech store I was told I could donate the supplies to a homeless shelter.
      If I could give this business a negative rating I would...

      In reading other reviews, I believe this company's business model is to scare / intimidate / frustrate people into paying money not owed. I am responsible for my MIL - Global ID 191258. I have spent 20 hours attempting to resolve with Rotech their horrific record keeping. She has moved from Mesa, AZ to Kentucky and then back to Green Valley, AZ in the space of a few years. Each move is fraught with Rotech believing we did not return the equipment even though we have signed receipts proving pickup. In one case, we have video from the assisted living facility of the employee picking up the equipment as well as the record from his pickup. I will not hear from Rotech for months and then receive threatening letters saying my MIL owes them thousands of dollars, even though each time I receive a letter, I send an email to the place THEY designate in the letters. I was told today after two more threatening letters that they don't see the two detailed emails that I sent. Even though I have records that my MIL no longer has ANY equipment of Rotech's, and we owe them no further monies, I was told the account would be "reviewed" to make sure she no longer had equipment. Kentucky office is the worst. They picked up the equipment on 8/29/2022 and I have the record and the employee's signature and just NOW when we changed insurance and dropped Rotech all together, they are saying we still have the Kentucky equipment, even though she had equipment in Green Valley Arizona since August of 2022. And then the Green Valley office was charging insurance for equipment she never had, was never prescribed and was never in her possession in any location. I was told today that they weren't "allowed" to call me back and let me know the resolution. Unbelievable. I truly believe their business model is to try and get funds out of innocent people by nefarious means. The burden of proof should not be on my end to straighten this out. I would give negative stars if I could.
