      Terrible company. Hard to get a hold of, did not fill orders of replacement equipment. Kept threatening to come and get equipment from me while still under doctor's care and direction. Did not care about any patient needs. Beware!

      Returned Equipment 6 months ago and still getting billed, they have billed my insurance company every month as well which is Insurance Fraud .

      Every time you call you get a different story. This company is the worst. If there was a 0 rating they would get it .

      The doctors need to stop using these company's !!! The consumer is paying the price. I went on here to hurt there rating but looks like its already in the worst rating !!!!

      This company is awful! Their billing department is incompetent. Harassment on many levels! They have failed on billing my insurance and ordered pick up of equipment. They finally got the billing straight, and I had a zero balance and they ordered pick up again anyway. I complained. They supposedly rectified it. Then they sent another pick up order saying I wasn't using it. I have to go to my local office with my machine for a chip download to prove I am using it.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Rotech’s customer service is nonexistent!
      My mom needed oxygen for a bit when she came home from the hospital. They delivered an obnoxiously loud concentrator and we were told this is what we get. They gave us the customer service number to call which I did several times only to get an answering service and no calls back.
      A week with the same equipment several calls, and no response we managed to get my mom off off the oxygen, which was no easy feat, given the stress of the equipment she had to deal with, I called to have the equipment picked up today, took the day off of work so I would be sure to be here. No pick up and no phone call. I’m beyond irritated and just want the stuff gone out of my house. Should we need oxygen in the future? You can bet I will never use Rotech ever again!

      Avoid this place for your cpap machine/equipment! They brought me in for about 15 minutes and sent me out with the cpap equipment. They didn’t explain anything! I had problems with the mask not sealing and I was told to call 800 number and I did. I order a new mask/supplies and never received it. I called the 800 number multiple times with promises of the new mask/supplies. I was then told that I was not compliant because the equipment was not sealing properly. No help from this company. Just a bunch of lies and absolutely no support. Now I am returning and going someplace else. This place is a complete joke!!

      The Rotech Healthcare Inc. customer service representative sent me CPAP supplies that were not covered by my insurance even though I asked if they were. They told me that I was eligible for those particular supplies but I was not. They charged me over $200 for that shipment. With their extremely short three day return period, you won't know if they are covered by insurance until it is too late to return the supplies. I believe this company needs better training for their customer service representatives.

      Rotech has owed me money since December. After three month they finally decided to deposit the money into my checking account. I have NEVER given Rotech permission to touch my checking account. I would like them to send me a check. Now Rotech is saying for them to send me a check, it will take another 6-8 weeks. This is totally unacceptable. I intend to contact the Department of Consumer Protection.

      The worst business to deal with. The patient portal works about 40% of the time and I get no assistance when trying to troubleshoot with them.
      Customer service agents follow a script when dealing with questions and don't actually address the issues at hand.
      It is frustrating to deal with this business and I'd change in a hearbeat if I could.

      This company is a total joke...they are ripping people off and are being shady...I don't understand how they still are in business...they are charging insurance companies over $1,100 for a cpap machine that cost $500..on top of that they are not submitting the data they have for insurance to purchase outright causing more money out of customers pockets...very shady

      Horrible business!
      My mother was put on oxygen last year, and the order was filled by Roth. After the equipment was delivered, never once did they follow up to see how she was doing with it, or explain that she needed to replace the cannula frequently. She's 93 years old and wouldn't know these things unless told. As a result, she got a bacterial infection and some serious nosebleeds. The only time we heard from them, was if there was an issue with them getting paid. Very unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!
