Outdated/obsolete equipment (CPAP) provided. Poor guidance given for getting different mask type on 1st visit and after making additional calls as requested by service rep. at office (still awaiting mask 3 months later.) Zero support for mandatory website except to call the office during business hours, then put on extended hold. Overall, a company doing absolutely zero to meet patient needs and everything to add dollars to their own pockets.

Like many others who have provided a review, if 0 stars was an option, that would be my rating My doctor prescribed CPAP last fall. I received 2 months worth of supplies in October...and nothing after that, but continued to receive bills. I contacted the company via their website form to order supplies in early February and received an email confirming my supply order was placed. By the end of February, I still had not received my supplies so I contacted them again via the chat forum on their website. The rep reported there was no supply order on record but there was an order for a machine and they would need to contact local office to have it removed before entering my supply order. By last week, I still had not heard or received anything so again I contacted them via their website chat forum. The rep stated there was no supply order on file for me but would put one in. I checked my account today and still no supply order is listed. I have been unable to use my CPAP because the cushioning is worn/torn on the mask I've had to use for 3 months longer than recommended. I will be seeking another provider.

This is the absolute WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. My local office is very helpful, but the customer service people (I don't know where they are) are revolting. ZERO stars if I could do that. I've had to call - oh, I don't know - nearly every month, for faulty billing, etc. The latest is, I told them I was trying to get away from their crap service, and NOT to send my supplies. Guess what? They sent supplies. SO, I returned the supplies. Tracking said they were received, but Rotech said they don't have them. I supplied the tracking number and they told me they would send that to insurance right away. Guess what, again? I called insurance days later and they hadn't seen it. I called my local office and they told me the supplies were never marked as received, nor had it been sent to my insurance for a credit. I have to wait THREE BILLING CYCLES before this is all corrected and I can get supplies - all because of THEIR mistake. All they ever have to say is "Is there anything else I can help you with". Oh, my God. Please don't deal with this company!!!

They are terrible!!! They get my order wrong when changes are made. There is always an insurance issue when I have had the same insurance since dealing with them. Today they were delaying my supply order due to the computer saying my insurance was inactive. I asked them to call my insurance to verify it an they said it was my job to do that. I told them I can call an verify all day unless they call them they will never know. I'm sure I will be finding a new supplier soon

Just really terrible customer service. Their total lack of action/caring causes detrimental affect to health! End up paying full price for items that should be covered by insurance because they do not submit claims timely/correctly. Never advise when there is an issue …

This company is NOT helpful in the least. I am an elderly woman trying to get a seated walker with a Doctors Rx. It has now been almost 5 months and nothing has been done to satisfy this need. I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Apparently they have so much other business that something this small is not a big enough MONEY maker for them to deal with in a timely manner. Please be warned and be careful in dealing with ROTECH. Thank you for your time and attention.

      Worst company ever.
There is absolutely no transparency on their website. Want to know what supplies you are due for, and when? You need to call them. Every month.
When it comes to re-supply, it doesn't matter when you get your mask; rather, it matters when they BILL you for your mask. They may bill you a month or more after you receive your mask, which means your next mask replacement will not come 4+ months after your last one.
This happened to me. I switched masks on Dec 9 using my local office and was told my record has been updated, and my next re-supply order would not include a mask. Lo and behold, I received a replacement for my old mask in mid-Jan, which I had to return. They then decided the billing date for my Dec 9 mask would be mid-Jan, so I couldn't get my next mask replacement until 4 months after I received my new mask. They took zero accountability and said it was the insurance company's fault that they couldn't send me a new mask. They should have billed me on Dec 9, but they didn't do it until mid-Jan. How is this the insurance company's fault?
Via chat Rotech told me that the local offices are incompetent, and you need to let Rotech know directly if you switch masks. I guess I was supposed to know that the local office was incompetent. Go figure.
If there is any error you can rely on Rotech to blame the patient and not take accountability.

RoTech sent me an order and I haven’t ordered from them in over a year. I’m dealing with a different company (Thank God). The material they did send didn’t fit the machine since I’m using a different machine now. I haven’t heard from them in over a year. Now I have a bill that I didn’t even ask for. I called once yesterday and was told they would transfer me to another person. Ten minutes later I was disconnected. An hour later I called again and was spoken to in an extremely rude manner. DO NoT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

They are horrible!! I had an outstanding balance so my order wasn't put through. I paid the balance and resubmit the order but they refused to acknowledge payment and wouldn't put the order through. Customer service barely speaks English and they just script read over and over again. They are dealing with medical equipment and therefore, people's lives!!! It's crazy how bad this company is. I had to go online and find my accessories and pay full price without insurance.
