      They are trying to rip me off! I have given them my Insurance card and info and they are not billing my insurance yet. They are telling me that it expired and when I talked to them today. They told me that I did not give them permission to bill my Insurance. I signed a paper that if my insurance was denied that they could bill my credit card for about $300.00 . They have fooled around and not billed my insurance to where 45 days are passed and they are going to bill my credit card! This company seems to be a big rip off! I will probably have to get a Lawyer.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. I was recommended to them by my doctor as the best medical supply company for my CPAP. I signed up to may $43 monthly payments for my CPAP machine. BUT they without my knowledge or understanding or explanation signed me up for this VIP program and after about 6 months or so I started getting charged monthly in the hundreds. I did not ask for additional equipment but this program I knew nothing about was sending it to me. After multiple calls to them and over 15 emails back and forth - I still have a bill of $281.04 that they won't work with me on, they won't let me return the equipment I didn't order. I'm so frustrated with them. I offered to make $10 payments till it was paid off as I can't afford to pay for the things they sent me and won't take them back. If I don't make this payment in the next 6 months they will send me to collections.
      This is by far the worst medical supply company I have every worked with. Will never recommend them to anyone!!!

      If there were no stars that’s what I would give them. I started in September trying to get a Bi-Pap. Finally after so many calls that never were never answered I did get through to a person that got me to the manager in December after my HCP emailed me proof of the orders fax to rotech, which I was told “we never got a fax” and he got me to someone who let me know my machine would be shipped. So after having to now start my deductible over I receive the machine that will not work. Kinda like the people at Rotech. I called 5 days in a row with no one answering the phone. So I call corp office and said I wanted to pay my bill. Of course follow the money always works because even the corporate office will not answer complaint line. When I told the billing person I will not pay the bill and explained the issue she transferred me and lo and behold a person answered the phone. She and I agreed I wanted cancel my order and she said my machine would be picked up on Friday. Today is Wednesday and it still sets in my hallway and no one answered my emails about when it will happened. Today I filed a complaint with Medicare, my Insurance company on Monday and tomorrow with the State of Texas at the number provided by the compliance department at my Insurance my health insurance. If that doesn’t get any satisfaction, I will then contact the Attorney General Office for Deceptive Trade Practices.

      Not a trustworthy company! Took 1 1/2 yrs to get a replacement tank for my CPAP. Received multiple orders that were incomplete, although people initialed they placed the required items in package. They were not always promptly resent. When reaching out to the office about returning equipment, manager tried to bully me into keeping them "because we require a Dr's order that you're stopping treatment." Really not acceptable, how is it okay to pressure people WHO ARE MAKING THEIR OWN DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR OWN HEALTHCARE? By the way, there is a thing called an AMA form. When reaching out to them several times to pick up equipment, they actually laughed. When the awesome tech that came to pick up, had only the oxygen machine for pickup. Not the CPAP when I asked for them both to be returned. Please don't use this company!

      I ordered replacements for my CPAP machine. Post Office confirmed they've been sent, but I received nothing. Best assumption I can come up with was that someone stole the package off of my porch. When I call Rotech they say that can't confirm that the package has been stolen and I still must pay for the items I never received. I'm working with my PCM and insurance company to find another supplier for my CPAP replacements. I'm paying for absolutely nothing. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Money is more important that customers receiving what they need.

      Rotech refuses to take any responsibility for a non working CPAP machine that they provided for me, claiming that they are "just the middle man."  The machine is manufactured by Phillips Respironics, It was recalled; however, the replacement machine does not communicate with my doctor and cannot be updated by Rotech. Phillips takes no responsibility, telling me I have to talk with my DME supplier (Rotech) who in turn takes no responsibility and tells me I have to talk with Phillips. As the patient, I have no agency in any of this. My insurance company selects the DME who selects the equipment. To add insult to injury everytime I call either I get a different person who tells me something different and refers me to someone else.  I don't know if I different DME would be any better (my experience with DME's generally has not been good), but I am going to reach out to my insurance company and try. As a company, Rotech is merely, as they say, a "middle man" set up to take insurance payments. Avoid dealing with them if you can.

      If there are any options your doctor has for a CPAP machine - do not use RoTech. They provide only contradictory information on what insurance covers or doesn't. This company has all the feel of a very shady medical device company. I wouldn't be surprised if they were under an active consumer investigation.

      Rotec Springfield mo keeps telling I will get filters in 2 weeks it has almost 3 months not yet t they was going to get a new inogen they are really good at saying 2weeks still waiting I called
