      I have been on trilogy machine for the last 4 years . Rotech decided to **me get my trilogy machine and give me a different machine not ordered by my doctor. Went to see my lung doctor and he didn't understand why they did that and call for the trilogy machine to be returned. They have refused. I have tried to 3in touch with the **rporate office to no avail. The less effective machine doesn't pull the ** off of my lungs and doesn't make me feel better like my trilogy machine did. I need help in get my machine back.

      This business should sued over and over again. I authorized a monthly payment and they took 2 payments in the same month, same day, just hours apart. That has to be illegal. I called but they wouldn't give my money back. How do you fight such a big company?

      ***** is very kind and helpful with explaining and listening to any concerns that I had. She identified a problem with my oxygen concentrator and addressed it immediately. If not a training supervisor maybe it should be considered...she would make a good one.

      ******** customer service! My wife and I have been dealing with them since June. We may numerous calls to their local office and to the doctor's office because they kept telling us they never received the test results or the order or they would tell us the insurance company denied the request. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to find out why my brother was being billed when he has zero copay. I did hang up. Interestingly, my wife contacted a local hospital for a billing issue and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I told them if the issue was not resolved by the end of the week I would file a claim with BBB. Lo, and behold, the same afternoon, my wife received a call that they had my brother's new equipment. They asked us to travel an hour away to pick it up. We declined. They said it would be in the office the following Tuesday and had to be picked up by 4:00. My wife arrived shortly after 4:00 and the door was already locked. Luckily she found a door that was unlocked. Their hours are terrible - 9 to 4 with an hour for lunch. I would not recommend them for lack of customer service and care. Since there's no zero I will mark the one star reluctantly.

      The assumption from the beginning was that everyone understands a cpap. Id never seen one before and the paperwork and book that came with it was overwhelming. People on the phone were always friendly; however, I never got questions answered. I have to pay a specialist copay to have someone teach me how to use it. Terrible, confusing company and service.

      I think this company is a scammer. I've been trying for years to have them pick up oxygen equipment that I never used and don't need. THEY CONTINUE TO BILL MY INSURANCE AND ME. I jumped through numerous hoops--have prescribing doctor contact them, then have current doctor contact them,then filled out forms. On 5/22/24, I received a message that someone was coming and would arrive at 3:13 pm. I sat on my front porch until evening. No one came. No notice of new pickup time or response to inquiries since then. Can you help? There are many stories similar to mine on review sits and the internet. Thank you.

      Terrible company! Every time I order i request 14 tanks (because they only deliver once every 3 months). Every time they show up with one tank and its not even the right size. I ordered again last week and stressed to them to be sure to send me 14 tanks and what size I needed, and once again the driver showed up with one tank which was the wrong size. I called and spoke to the fellow who took my order, who assured me 14 tanks were ordered. So I don't know if its a problem with their delivery driver or what is going on with them but it is very frustrating. I end up waiting the whole day for my oxygen and then have to wait even longer. Also, I have gotten a few tanks from them that do not even work. Can't wait to change insurance plans so I can go with a different company.

      Twice I've had them send me equipment I did not order. First time I had to call them, sit on the phone for an hour only for them to send me a return envelope. Envelope barely fit all of the items and did not have the proper return postage so I had to literally pay for their mistake. They also sent me items I did not know what they were used for. Their instructions and documentation online did not provide me any info. When I contacted them via their chat support, they sent me a blurry screenshot of the instructions. When I asked for a link to the instructions, the agent sent me a random ******** video link completely unrelated to my issue (it was some talk show clip), proving they weren't paying attention to their job. Agent disconnected the chat after I asked for the correct link. This latest incident they sent me equipment I did not order. They emailed me saying I may receive it and to call them when I do so they can send me a return envelope, again making me responsible for their mistake. I responded to them and it took them 14 days to respond, completely disregarding my complaint about this being the second time they've done this. I told them I never received the item this time and they said they have tracking info showing it was delivered. So now they want me to return an item I never ordered and never received or charge me for it. I called their support line to dispute this and the agent said she'd notate my account I never received the item, but never once apologized or showed any empathy regarding what they were doing. Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm on lifesaving oxygen and they kept threatening to pick it up and turn me into the ************** The issue is that the company has never filed for the insurance even after they got updated information from my Pulmonologist. Now they are billing me for a battery for my portable oxygen machine (that I paid for out of pocket) when I've already paid for it. They said they would back out the charges and that has yet to happen. I will dispute it because I used a credit card. Every promise they made has not been kept.

      Unwarranted charges.Still charging me for oxygen portable device that I never requested and was never supplied. Charging me till date despite my request to stop.
