The company does not supply accurate information. So I immediately canceled. They are charging me a 1.00 reoccurring fee, they said they cannot remove that charge or refund me I canceled within 5 minutes. They also are stating on there sight that a known sex offender has no criminal history.
This company is not operating under the law. They are making everyone pay 1.00 no matter what they claim it is a free trial it is not free and they charge you 29.99 they don't give you the 1.00 back . I want my money back. I also want to report them for inaccurate information on the site about individuals.Business Response

his should have been done in the beginning. You Business is tricking customers by collecting 1.00 that you will not refund back unless they make a complaint to the BBB or consumer affairs. You also charged me 29.99. This business needs to be investigated for tricking customers. I also want to tell you that you have known sex offenders on your site and it says they have no criminal history . You are posting false information. If someone wanted to hire an individual for a job working with children and saw the perosn had no criminal history based on your site. This is a real problem and I want to know what you are going to do to fix this issue. Not only do you have inaccurate information but you also are scamming people. If you collect 1.00 from each perosn who signs up for a trial and you don't want to refund it Your company is practicing unethical Non refundable confusing billing practices. As soon as I noticed the information was not accurate for a known section offender who I took to court I immediately canceled.
What your company is doing is unethical. It needs to be put under review. .
Confusing Billing and non refundable trials are considered an unethical business practice?
Some more examples of unethical business practices are: Deliberate deception - or misrepresenting a product all with the aim of getting a sale. I want to to know how you are still in Business ? I also want your refund policy changed as well as fact checking all information you provide about people. You should not be in Business if you continue misleading people. It is unethical.
