I have used this site and its subsidiaries to opt out my personal information from display. This is an option this site and its subsidiaries allow and outline in their privacy policies. After finding and clicking on your profile, these sites allow you to enter your information and opt out at which point they send a confirmation email to your email address claiming that clicking on the opt out will lead to your information being suppressed. However, one of the sites related to this business (****************) does not send a confirmation email despite claiming one is on the way. This leaves the information on their site despite the consumer opting out which is a violation of their privacy policy. I would like the company to acknowlege the error for this particular site and honor their opt out system by sending the confirmation email and removing the profiles as expected.Business Response

Personal Information removal from their website. I have made several requests to have my personal information removed from their website. in March of this year I requested that my information be removed and received a confirmation email saying the request was approved but today(10/28/24) my information is back on their website! I am a victim of identity theft and multiple recent data breaches and going through enough stress with staying ahead of the identity thieves. thought I was buying ONE singular report for once single dollar and was immediately charged $29.17. I screen shot it all too, bc these jokers tried to gaslight me and said it did state $1 today covers next 5 days and then $30 monthly afterwards. That is not accurate, look at my screen shots. I immediately requested support and sent then all my photos proof of this illegal transaction, as well as notifying my bank, my lawyer and the ** in the county this dump is doing business in ************. They did not initiate the refund until I told them I had fwd to these people and after learning of my steps to right this wrong then they authorized the refund and closed the account they opened for me without my knowledge or consent. They also were not given permission to charge my bank on any basis other than one time for one dollar and the very next day after stealing nearly $30 they CHARGED ME AGAIN for the $1 that I had originally and exclusively agreed to.Business Response
