      Liars. They said it's only $**** and I can opt out in 5 days. I even called to make sure because I didn't see anywhere in their verbage about charging me $29.00 . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I contacted my bank and said I agreed to the $ **** charge . They went ahead and charged me $29.00 on 1-17-2024 and $**** on 1-18-2024. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WHERE ARE YOU ? SHUT THIS SCAM COMPANY DOWN .

      0 stars. like everyone said, liars, cheaters, thieves...charged **** for 3 day trial and auto renewed despite my looking for this to happen. no account created, no wmail sent, no way to go cancel before the 3 day window so I thought I was in the clear, then BOOM ***** charge. they said they will cancel but don't refund. I said, no problem that's why credit cards exist, I'll go through my bank in that case and have the money taken back from them. They said they would ask a supervisor and after 4 minutes on hiold, they said they refunded. will have to see if it's true...

      These people suck! First time I noticed a charge to my account and a refund will not be authorized. Don't use their service, ****** does it better and not charge $29.17 a month.

      CheckPeople.com can be a ripoff. Their site today told me they had many records of the person I entered. After paying for a trial subscription, they showed they had no records at all. In the course of searching, after paying, I opted to get a PDF, before seeing anything. It turns out they charge 7$ for that. I called and cancelled, but was charged $8 total for nothing. The phone operator had a lame excuse for why they would say they had "1000"s of records on the person, and then find none.

      Was only suppose to charge me a dollar for a 5 day trial
      Ended up charging my account another 6.95 WITHOUT my authorization.
      They barely have information and if they do it’s incorrect!
      I want my money back ASAP and my account canceled as I asked in an email
      I have not heard anything back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

      I would give them 0 stars. They charged me 1.00 for a 5 day service. It was not true or thorough because I did a back ground search on myself, under possible friends they had several people I never even heard of. I called them back and cancelled their service. I got a fraud detection call from my bank and they TRIED to charge me 27.65 for another month. Do not trust this company for nothing!!!!!!

      Should be zero stars - paid for my own report bc summary showed criminal complaint. There is a crime listed for someone else. Never met this person, but his crime is on my report under his name. Dozens of addresses, and phone listings were wrong. Yet nobody can tell you where the bad info originated, all you can do is delete your report. The business lists FL, but CEO had ******** from Czechoslovakia..

      Paid $1.00 fee one time and 32 months later found out they charged me
      $29.16 a month and I never used the service only refunded $58.32 it's a Bad deal.
