      Morgan and Morgan received my settlement check in November 2023. It's now March 20. 2024 and I still have not received my portion of the settlement. I've contacted them numerous times and keep getting the run around about when I will receive my check.

      Unfortunately that's exactly the response I've been receiving since the beginning of November 2023 when Morgan and Morgan received the settlement check. I was promised I would have my settlement by the end of December 2023. It's now been almost 5 months. I honestly can't believe anything they say with regards to this claim

      It's definitely not a coincidence on the morning I filed the BBB complaint and the FL *************** complaint on this matter. Within a couple of hours my case was closed out and closing statement sent to me for my signature after waiting almost 5 months with little getting down from my attorney.. I've been told that I'll be receiving my settlement within a couple of weeks, but I've been told a lot of things from my attorney that never happened. So when my funds are officially transferred then this case will be closed. 

      I was also asked if I would remove this complaint from my attorney. I will absolutely not remove this complaint because it's the truth

      Feb 3 2023 train derailment in ****. I contacted Morgan and Morgan about the chemicals that effected my health. I was told they couldn't accept me as a client. Two weeks later I received a phone call by Morgan and Morgan deciding to accept me on as a client. They pulled my medical records. Any communication was done through an email. Horrible communication. I get notified a year later they are dropping me as a client with no explanation. How are this firm staying in buisness? This firm in my opinion seems fraudulent. How many others were dropped a year later ? Something isn't right about any of this. It feels like a scam

      So Morgan and Morgan drops me , and other clients right before a six hundred million dollar settlement. An investigation needs to be done on this firm.

      these are the most unprofessional agents I ever spoke to...I had called about my poential case against ******* and doordash the 1st agent said they don't take these cases and reached backed out and said they do she transferred me to a intake speialist she hung up on me ... called 4 more times and was hung up on... the last agent said they don't take these cases.....I let him know it's on the website.... and they was previously taking my intake... there was no managers available there should be manager available.

      Found a complaint in July 2023 with Morgan & Morgan and someone by the name of *********************************. She asked for all the information regarding a fall. Where I am renting. I have been ************ for six years and myself and other tenants have been complaining about the property driveway that is badly damaged. She asked me if I had pictures. I sent her pictures of the property, and I also sent her medical records of fall in which I had broke my patella into. Not only did I injured my knee, but also my right shoulder blade was torn due to the fall. There was a hole I fell into. She assured me that they Morgan & Morgan would take the case, and that she asked me not to discuss it with anyone else which I found strange but I agreed, the last time I talk to this woman was in January after I had initiated the call and she returned my call. I had not heard from her for a couple of months prior to this call in January 2024 she told me at this time. What would happen next is that she would let the property management know that I was bringing a case against them and they would come over along with the property management team and look at the damage of the driveway and where I fell, she said that I would also have to be present, I have not heard from this woman and I have been calling and calling and have gotten no response. Call back from her now all of a sudden the city has came with the notice knocking on door saying that they were going to fix the sidewalk and driveway on March 15 of 2024 I feel as though the property management team paid Morgan & Morgan the lawyer off to drop the case for me. I at this time will never make the recommend Morgan & Morgan as an attorney for anyone because I feel as though they failed me if they werent not going to take the case then they should have let me know and I couldve searched elsewhere in which I am going to steal pursuit. I have been seeing commercials constantly stating that these attorneys are working for the people. I disagree.

      This law firm is completely incompetent in staying in contact with anyone. They initially took my case in the beginning, but as of today not going further with my SSI case, after *************************** stammered and stuttered about the lies on SSA paperwork about my property being valued more than it actually is worth. Straight lied to the **** oh but your karma's gonna catch up to all of you soon enough. Their lawyers and intake employees are lying on peoples paperwork to get them denied.

      It has been the most horrible experience to work with ********************* ( case manager) and ***************** ( attorney) apparently they have too many cases to respond several emails, calls and text I have been sending regarding my case. The lack of professionalism and attention is resulting in even possibly stopping my medical benefits through my own insurance, since they dont even get in contact with them. Someone needs to work directly with this two employees and make sure theyre not doing the same to other people since theyre affecting the reputation of your company. My experience has not been at all satisfactory, horrible customer service.

      Morgan & Morgan is handling my deceased fathers settlement regarding his PPI Settlement. Ive emailed them several times to the appropriate PPI settlement email at least 3 or 3 times in last 7 days. Last Monday I spoke to a lady ***************************** regarding a fedx package being delivered. She was going to call back confirming when. Late Thursday I talked to a lady in the ************ stating a fedx package was sent Thursday. I wasnt given a tracking number to track. *** called back several times in an effort to get that however unsuccessful. Ive called numerous times, different days, times etc with out succcess. Emails have never been responded too..I ve reached out to the other counsel and they sent me back to morgan & morgan.. Ive been called back a couple of times prior to inferred recent settlement but get different expectations, new paralegals, different suggested next steps. I just want a clear concise validation of fedx delivery, tracking number and realistic understanding of whats really going on in my fathers case.

      This law firm decided to take my case after I explained my issues after using Ozempic. As other reviews have stated, they rarely ever responded to my emails I sent them. Months into the case, they send me an email stating that they are no longer going to represent me, with no explanation at all. Looks like this happens often with them as well! I have been answering all questions they had throughout the process over the past several months, and then with no notice, they dropped my case. I emailed back asking for the reason why, but they completely ignored my email, which just shows even more how very unprofessional this law firm is! I see the other reviews and it looks like they treat a lot of their clients like this, which is not okay. This has been such a very disappointing experience with a law firm and I am appalled at how they ignore client emails! I see their ads on tv now, so I want the public to be aware to use any other law firm, not them!

      I had a motorcycle accident on December 19, 2022. Approximately 4 days after accident I contacted Morgan&Morgan to handle my case. Around 2 to 3 weeks later, they told me they could no longer represent me. Few weeks later my girlfriend found out that a case was opened in court by an attorney from Morgan &Morgan. I sent that attorney an email asking what's going on since I was told case was closed/dismissed. Never received a response. Shortly after I called the office & spoke to a receptionist. I explained my *************** told me an attorney would call me back that same day. That was around last year September. I would like to know what happened & why I feel like they purposely ghosted me.
