      This law firm decided to take my case after I explained my issues after using Ozempic. As other reviews have stated, they rarely ever responded to my emails I sent them. Months into the case, they send me an email stating that they are no longer going to represent me, with no explanation at all. Looks like this happens often with them as well! I have been answering all questions they had throughout the process over the past several months, and then with no notice, they dropped my case. I emailed back asking for the reason why, but they completely ignored my email, which just shows even more how very unprofessional this law firm is! I see the other reviews and it looks like they treat a lot of their clients like this, which is not okay. This has been such a very disappointing experience with a law firm and I am appalled at how they ignore client emails! I see their ads on tv now, so I want the public to be aware to use any other law firm, not them!

      I am very dissatisfied with the response from Morgan & Morgan. There was still no explanation as to why they dropped me as a client. The lack of communication is astounding. I will still never use them and I will share my thoughts with everyone I know. This has been such a disappointing experience.

      I had a motorcycle accident on December 19, 2022. Approximately 4 days after accident I contacted Morgan&Morgan to handle my case. Around 2 to 3 weeks later, they told me they could no longer represent me. Few weeks later my girlfriend found out that a case was opened in court by an attorney from Morgan &Morgan. I sent that attorney an email asking what's going on since I was told case was closed/dismissed. Never received a response. Shortly after I called the office & spoke to a receptionist. I explained my *************** told me an attorney would call me back that same day. That was around last year September. I would like to know what happened & why I feel like they purposely ghosted me.

      I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF MORGAN AND MORGAN FOR 8 MONTHS. IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH GETTING MORGAN AND MORGAN TO ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. I WAS A VICTIM OF AN AT FAULT DRIVER. THE **** IS PRETTY MUCH OPEN AND SHUT. THE PROBLEM IS MY **** CANT PROGRESS BECAUSE MORGAN AND MORGAN KEEPS SWITCHING MY LAWYERS.       While biking, I was hit by a car on the 06/05/2023 . I signed a contract with Morgan and Morgan to represent me on the case# ******** . I provided them all documents required at that time. Since then, our case lawyer and manager was replaced twice. At each change we had to provide them with more and more information . It has been now 9 Months since the accident, I still have uncovered medical bills until today. I need to know what reparation I may expect for the prejudice caused by that accident but it is impossible to get any information from my case manager who is not returning any of my calls, texts and Emails since a Month.

      I have a motor vehicle accident litigation with Morgan and Morgan since Sept 2023. Over the course of the litigation my legal team has change over 3 times. *** tried reaching out to the attorney ***************************, unsuccessfully to get the status of my case and what to expect. I am now of the understanding now that the lawyers can be quite busy. I was able to get in touch with my legal team 2 days after this review was written.       DO NOT HIRE Morgan & Morgan!!I hired them back in September of 2023 for unpaid commissions from my employer. They took the case immediately and convinced me to sign the retainer and they would go after my previous employer aggressively. After 5 months nothing has been filed with the courts, only thing they have done so far is a demand letter that expired October 31st, 2023. During the 5 months my attorney ************************* a Board-Certified ****************** Attorney got sick twice, went on vacation, had surgery, and a death in the family. I called and tried to get updates on several occasions and 90 percent of my phone calls went to voice mail with no return call. Text messages also went unanswered and if she did answer it was short and brief. I sent her an email explaining my frustration in a but kissing way so I wouldnt anger her, and her response was you can look for another attorney and after that the case came to a halt. Morgan & Morgan is definitely not For the People they are Morgan & Morgan For our selfs. You are not important to them in anyway and they will not treat you like a person who needs help, they will treat you as a number or an item that you would find in the overflow pile. Now when I see Morgan & Morgan commercials on TV, I think to myself, For the People my a** I had to hire another attorney and had to fire Morgan & Morgan due to the treatment of not being important and yes most assuredly treated LIKE A NOBODY!!

      Morgan and Morgan is not for the people, but rather for cases they know they can win. I have called them for lawful matter I had proof for that they ignored because they hire people who are not *****************". However, they took a case in ****************************** about my bill then litigated for $5000 but took half of my settlement while I was thinking I would get the ***** thinking they gotntheir cut already. Crooked as can be and sad they took a case for me and have turned down many cases I could clearly prove. They only take a case they know they can win and make you do all the work then take all the glory like they did something.

      I called this law firm because I had heard they were pretty good. I was wrong. I had an incident with a doctors office refusing to see me after 2 discharges from a hospital emergency room and being told by the emergency room doctor to follow up with my pcp doctor **** because he could order the required tests and medication needed. I was also urinating blood for 3 days so they put me on an antibiotic to take that might clear up the infection. My pcps office refused to see me. I explained what was going on and that I was in pain and urinating blood for 3 days. Again they refused saying the doctor was just to busy. The soonest they could get me in is maybe in a week so I explained all this to the intake specialists at Morgan and Morgan. She tells me to hold on and not even 30 seconds later she tells me theres nothing they can do. And offers to give me some other phone number. Again I needed help and these lawyers are afraid to go after doctors. Cuz the doctors will have better lawyers maybe or I dont know. But they refused to help me and when I asked who gave her the authority to decline the case cuz she wasnt an attorney. So once again I am left out to dry by my doctor and again by these loser lawyers. If its not gonna make them millions they aint interested. Period. And as soon as this girl became aware that they could not help me her whole demeanor towards me changed. Apparently doctors can do whatever they want and lawyers are afraid of them. It has to be a catastrophic injury or no one will help you. I dont know whose worse. Doctors or lawyers. Anyway deeply disappointed. No help at all

      I signed up for legal services with Morgan and Morgan on 4/27/2024 11:14am EST but after receiving multiple calls from different locations for services the night before, I no longer feel comfortable engaging with this law firm. My incident occurred in NJ but the lawyer is in NYC and I get calls from folks in PA. I submitted a written notice of discharge services on the same day 4/27/2024 at 3:45pm EST to Morgan and Morgan lawyer, case manager, and customer service manager to cancel all services and to not proceed with any future legal representation work on my behalf.

      I don't expect to see any charges since no work should have been performed between the time I submitted the agreement and the time I requested the service discharge.

      I want to ensure no case time is spent and they respond without filing a motion with the court system regarding my case, or incurring any fees for services not rendered as 4/27/2024 at 3:45pm EST when I submitted my request to discharge their services. The response I received on 4/27/2024 at 5:28pm EST is unacceptable, additional proof the law firm is using delay tactics to prevent me from discharging their service prior to filing the case with the court system.

      The NYC lawyer just called me at 6:54pm EST using an area code different from his NYC location. He said Isabella called in sick and Stephaine is no longer my case manager (see attached files). I can't tell if this spam or a real business tied with Morgan and Morgan. I am concerned because they now have personal information about me and the sounds like a fraud case.

      On July 18, *************************************** ******* and was hit from behind with my mom and 2 sons in the car. I was told to get represented by Morgan & Morgan. So, I reached out to Morgan & Morgan in July 2023 about taking my case. A customer rep called me back to get all this information over the phone from me saying a case manager would call me back about my case and to let me know if they could take my case. On August 4th, *************************************************************** regards to our case. My case manager *************************** use to respond when I send emails or left voice messages. No one told me about the Morgan & Morgan app until I read about it in email. I have called customer service times to get the app working because I cannot get logged in because of something wrong with my account I was told. So, the Morgan & Morgan app does me no good with getting updates either. So, I cant get updates from case manager, the attorney nor the app. The last time Ive heard from my case manager was on January 2nd, 2024. Our payment statement was signed back on November 28, 2023. I reached out to Morgan & Morgan customer compliant twice to get my case manager or the attorney to call me or email me back to give me an update on my account. The attorney, *********************************** sent me an email on January 26, 2024 saying they were waiting on documentation reflecting that there were no outstanding bills/liens so they can disburse the funds. Today, is February 26th, 2024 after several emails and phone calls to *********************************** and *************************** Ive heard NOTHING else about my case. This is ridiculous. I have never seen a law firm like this that dont care about their customers at all. I guarantee if I owed them money, they would call me all the time. I understand my case is not big and may be something small to ******* and *******, but its how you treat people, its how you make them feel, its about making them feel important. I feel NONE of this. I shouldnt have to beg for an update, I shouldnt have to send an email and no one responds back or leave a voice message and no return phone call. Why continue to drag this case out and just let us be done with Morgan & Morgan, because Im clearly not a happy customer at all. The last thing *************************** said she thought my case would be wrapped up at the end of January 2024. *********************************** said she expected my case to be wrapped up around beginning of February 2024. So, the reason Im frustrated because I feel like Im getting the run around. I have worked with law firms before and they take you step by step, and when you not able to speak to the attorney their assistance is there to answer your questions and give you updates. When a law firm is collecting payment from a client, then the client should be able to reach out as much as they want to get updates. I have not reached out daily about updates, but I do reach out at least 2 times a month for updates. In the beginning when *************************** needed bills and documents I was the one helping her get the documents from the doctors/hospitals. So, help me understand why its so hard for anyone to respond back since January 26th, 2024 letting me know when my case will close and funds sent to me. Im very upset and will never recommend anyone to Morgan & Morgan based off my horrible experience.

      There are still outstanding doctor bills pending that now have been sent to collection and I DO NOT know why Morgan & Morgan is sitting on paying these doctor bills. I have called the health care providers on several occasions asking if they received payment and the answer I keep getting is NO. I keep getting bills in the mail asking for payment and now the health care provider bill are in collections. I have called Morgan & Morgan and left voice messages, and I have sent several emails and no response in return. I will NEVER recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone and I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. I had to file a complaint with BBB earlier this year to get them to get moving on my case and now I'm sending another complaint to get doctor bills paid from car accident that happened on 7/18/23. Remind you I have not seen a doctor since August 2023. So help understand why my doctor bills are in collections?

      I am rejecting this response because: they ecslated this before and then they did a little work but didn't finish the job. This case with Morgan & Morgan is not closed because they are still outstanding doctor bills that are in collection status now and I'm still getting mail from the facilities for outstanding payments.
