      I was involved in an auto accident on NOVEMBER 18,2022. I was injured and lost consciousness from the impact. I suffered severe head and shoulder injuries from the crash and definitely needed some assistance from a lawyer to help me get through the legal hurdles and get properly evaluated and treated for my injuries. Morgan and Morgan seemed to have what I needed to represent me in the legal battle I was now facing. I have been doing everything possible from email to phone messages regarding attempts to contact my attorney provider to resolve my case by Morgan and Morgan. He is always trying to tell me some nonsense and just plain simple avoid my direct question regarding whats going on and why its been over one year and I havent even received and correspondence regarding my case and my representative trying to get me the most

      Thank you for reaching back regarding my case. I have been trying to contact the Morgan and Morgan law group to get an update regarding my case but they have been extremely uncooperative and unable to provide me with any information. Instead they sent me FAKE court documents with information that is incorrect and they have been trying to use profanity I really dont understand what is happening but its just so ridiculous.  I still havent received medical treatment and my so called attorney has been trying to tell me everything is ok but thats a lie because I have documentation from him and it looks like court documents and he said he filed them but I was demanding he provide me with correspondence regarding my case and documentation regarding the job and service that he has been doing, applied so far I had this accident in November of 2022.  Please help me with this matter please.  I know the documents I was provided by the lawyer are fake and he is trying to fool me but he is willingly destroying my case and knowingly giving me false statements and information regarding the case.       I am rejecting this response because: after I requested many times to get documentation regarding the case that was being handled by Morgan and Morgan on February 13 2024 I was given Fraudulent court documents that were purposely and intentionally misleading. Morgan and Morgan has incorrectly inputted facts in the documents that they claim have been filed with the ********** court but thats where the big problem occurs.  Why are the lawyers at Morgan and Morgan saying they are trying to resolve this case and help me when at the same time I have been provided with faulty documents that have wrongly inputted information and details related to the incident. Why are Morgan and Morgan even now trying to say everything is ok when they have just proven to be braking every ethical understanding.  This needs to be escalated to have them investigated by the government branch controlling the lawyer community.  This is a criminal conduct and should be investigated and prosecuted for this crime because they are not sorry they think I still believe them and just waisting time.  I have full confidence that this criminal lawyer group Morgan and Morgan feel they are above the laws.   I want a full investigation into their conduct and their actions regarding financial statements and their relationship with other clients because they have no fear in criminal conduct that they have been conducting.

      ...Today is Thursday, February 15, 2024.  I have some serious concerns regarding my case and especially concerning is ethical and professional conduct of the attorney and  the legal staff that helped with almost custom tailored procedures with their services.  Attorney  has used  his influence and Morgan  and  Morgan to manipulate  all legal aspects of my case  and have definitely affected my personal wellbeing and my  health treatment that was stopped by *********************** before completion.  ***********************  was effectively avoiding the main part of his direct job responsibilities and never made any part of my case visible on actual emails or mail until this week.  On February 13 , 2024.    I demanded that he and his office staff  show actual evidence of  correspondence between the two sides and he  provided  what he had executed.  Everything that he has provided to me only shows year 2024 on  all .  This is a very big question??? Ethics matters and other legal issues are important to understand because false statements and misleading information can lead to serious consequences 


      ..Morgan and Morgan were hired November 2022, to make sure that the best possible outcome of the case would be achieved.   Mr ********** has been working on this case since 2022 and has worked closely with the team to ensure success of the case.       ***********************  .The only physical evidence of your work that I have seen was this week when you provided me with documents that were not what they seemed to be at all and you definitely know what Im talking about.  All documents that you provided were dated 2024. And all documents were manufactured and edited to reflect false statements and false  narrative to manipulate the narrative to have the results This is something that needs to be analysed and evaluated before making any conclusions.  The most Important question is did you ever actually contact the person who was driving the other car.   I would like to know why that information was not included in the files you gave me.

      I have not received any information regarding the case that has been serviced by Morgan and Morgan since November 2022.  The case has many different issues that I need answered but it seems that I havent been able to get anyone to answer from the staff involved. 

      Yes, I have received some information. But the entire file I received is information that has documentation that is not accurate but more importantly all documents have been supposedly submitted in year 2024.  The documents i was given have no legitimacy whatsoever and have clearly been modified to reflect my case but with fabricated information and faulty evidence.  I once again ask what has happened with activities that were supposed to be going on, November 2022 regarding actually having to do with information about the other drivers and her personal information likedriving license status.. insurance information and status.. vehicle registration and ownership. What happened with background information on the other driver was she allowed to drive and other information in general.  
      My main concern is why have you not been able to get me a clear explanation regarding, acutely detailed data information and the fact regarding we are almost 1 year and 4 months into the process of getting no response from other parties representatives. 
       I have been very frustrated with your company and the fact that you are unable to understand that the entire process has taken way too long and it hasnt even reached the point where you are explaining what is actually happening, or do you? I think you do know, and this you need to explain to me why this has been going on .attorney not answering questionsdisgusting behaviour from staff..faulty communication from staff to customer.. I think you should be held accountable for this behaviour and for the people who have been working to ensure my case just doesnt happen   
      Please provide only true and verifiable  information regarding any statement involving my case and details surrounding your direct involvement and any mishandling or other information related matters that *** have been involved with the matter of supposed ethics and integrity issues that *** be involved.

      This is exactly why I have reached out to BBB and contacted *************************** Morgan and Morgan have been refusing to provide documentation officially regarding financial statements and other official correspondence that they are obligated to provide.  

      Every single time that I have requested documentation from the attorney  he and the staff members around him act as if they have been providing information. THATS A LIE, Morgan and Morgan has been uncooperative regarding my case and how mishandled and fraudulent the situation has become that        *********************** could provide the documents that I have been requesting since 2022 regarding correspondence and communication between him and the other team regarding financial side of the case. *********************** was unable and unwilling to provide anything. He has betrayed his client lied repeatedly about what happened with the case why its taking this long. But most importantly he modified documents the ethics committee needs to investigate this matter.  

      This is why I contacted BBB about this matter, I already knew this was going to happen I just wanted to make sure that BBB gets everything documented properly. Morgan and Morgan has direct responsibility for the way my case has been conducted by their lawyers and explain how they are going to handle this situation regarding directly being involved with fraudulent operations unethical conduct but most importantly they lied about the case together and this is why I have contacted BBB!!

      I contacted Morgan and Morgan regarding the way that my auto accident case that is handled since November of 2022 is actually mishandled and Morgan and Morgan still hasnt gotten back to me regarding request that I have submitted multiple times directly to Morgan and Morgan and also to *********************** with no reply for a time period from 2022 November until 2-18-2024 and still I have been unable to receive a response.  This is the reason why I contacted BBB for assistance regarding unethical conduct by both Morgan and Morgan and ***********************. Both parties have been falsely claiming that they have been involved and actively engaged with me their client and have been communicating with me repeatedly regarding all my concerns by thats all lies and false statements.    Please resolve this issue and help me understand how a serious and reputable company Morgan and Morgan can allow such  unthinkable behaviour by their staff and their partners. What has been happening to me and my case needs immediate attention by responsible management who have been involved and have assured me and BBB that everything is going well nothing is wrong.   I have clearly stated that the evidence in my possession regarding the handling of my case is definitively very clear that everything going on has been planned and under false pretenses from my attorney as a client I would have been dropped.  This was everything criminal and unethical that has been happening by the lawyers for almost 2 years like, falsifying documents and editing documents to manipulate the narrative and many other illegal activities already done by them would not need any explanation or accountability but now they have to be fully transparent and accountable for their actions, also this proves my point regarding preventing me from being able to see the documents any real documents I have been trying so desperately to see but have been denied         This is why I rejected to close my complaint because BBB has been a witness to the false pretense that was played

This is a lie just like the first statement regarding him already provided documents.  He provided false documents that have been manufactured and emails to me the same day regarding a false court hearing.  I have emails proving he was in contact with me every day from the point that I had BBB step in.   Because he was never answering any emails or phone calls or his staff.  This was a person who intentionally mishandled my case for personal financial gain using fraudulent documents and manipulated the process and evidence and now that he has been exposed he is trying to walk away because he is not able to communicate with me.  This person needs to have a serious ethics investigation and attorney misconduct investigation not to mention the financial crimes that definitely have been committed by his office.

      February 19,2024.  I have been trying to contact my attorneys Morgan and Morgan leaving messages but have been unable to reach anyone with actual information regarding my case. 

      This has been going on for over 8 months and *********************** was also trying to act like he was not understanding why Im reaching out for help to BBB.  This is why I continued the investigation process with BBB but Morgan and Morgan client relations lady was trying to ask for this information be taken down and was making serious accusations and disrespectful comments without any evidence regarding my angry communication.   

      I have signed contracts with the law office of Morgan and Morgan and I have signed contract with *********************** and the ethics shows that both lawyers have completely failed as attorneys that respect their clients request when asked to provide documentation regarding the case they have been hired to resolve. Instead they have been trying to fraudulently mislead their reasoning and have been trying to make the client as someone who has been impossible to work with.  Logistical people can understand that they are being lied to because if an attorney has been working on a auto accident since November 2022 and you had no issues with the client until February 2024, well logically the client has been waiting long enough and logically he wants documentation to know why you have been definitely not telling the truth. There should be no reason for an attorney to hide communication and documentation regarding a case that you are working on for the client.  The attorney in my case have committed many different fraudulent and ethically wrong things but yet continue to act as if the mishandling and embezzlement of financial information and funds have not been committed.  If an attorney acting on his own personal interest and withholding  information from the client regarding the financial gain in the case hired to resolve thats criminal liability and embezzlement of funds.   This is why *********************** and Morgan and Morgan have not provided any documentation regarding this case but have given me FRAUDULENT and manufactured false documentation that have no real information whatsoever.  And they have been lying by stating they provided me with documentation.  All Documentation provided to me had been false information created on ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************  because I have been lied to by the attorneys I hired to help they have been trying not to give me my compensation so I can continue medical treatment because my lawyer ************************************, was trying to use my personal medical insurance coverage without my knowledge and under false statements to pay for treatment that I have attended and I was told this would be paid for by the driver that was at fault.  Morgan and Morgan have been informed of this by me just like they have been informed that I am being denied access to case information like official documents regarding who is at fault who is the insured does the driver possess valid documentation to drive who is the insurance company and whats the official communication and why this has been taking so long..Morgan and Morgan please explain why has the process been delayed because I was told by you everything is going good when I for the past 4 months expressed my concerns that my case has been intentionally mishandled and mismanaged but more important the information regarding the accident has been modified and but *********************** has responded by its a Honest mistake and would be corrected  this was not a mistake it was not a letter missing or a word wrongly spelled, this was falsifying information to manipulate the actual information and changing the outcome who is at fault and who is not but saying it was my words   This was completely wrong and attorney conduct has definitely been unbelievable    This is a complete fraudulent action and Morgan and Morgan are responsible and should be held responsible for being completely aware that this should not have taken so long  and clearly they dont care about the client  they are definitely well aware that this was happening

      Morgan and Morgan  have been unresponsive regarding providing documentation regarding a case from 2022 that they have completed and collected financial information and documentation but have instead decided to embezzle the funds and falsify documentation to ensure that the financial fraud committed would not be known.  I have documented all false statements that were previously inputted into the Better Business Bureaus investigation page.  The person who was commenting and demanding you take the complaint down ****** is not actively involved anymore after I have clearly stated that I have evidence regarding the fraudulent way they have been trying to not inform me of the check that has been received by them and hey have fraudulently accepted my check with my name and now cant provide the documentation that I have requested because that would prove that they have been fraudulently waiting for statute of limitations to run out 2 years before they start with all the illegal things that has been already done like filing falsified documents that they have manipulated the information regarding evidence and details regarding who was at fault. Well I was not at fault and they have taken my check and embezzled it but now they have made me at fault with the fraudulent information that *********************** has done before he pretended that he was really ethical and doing everything the client had requested    Morgan and Morgan have been completely dishonest  and this company never had any intention of helping they just commit fraud and robbery both the at fault party and the other this is completely wrong and I have full evidence that proves that they pretended like it was a typo when I clearly stated ********************************* has falsified official court documents and has entered them into court without even hesitation regarding his knowingly committing felony fraud and embezzling client finances for personal greed and just completely ignoring the fact that he was pretending he was a lawyer and Morgan and Morgan are definitely the official managers that make sure everything is clear from uncomfortable questions like I had regarding documentation    They were very convincing regarding, how she described that I was a angry person and they provided evidence you can clear the complaint so that the evidence is not visible     I will not be robbed by these people    I have all documentation proving the criminal activity that Morgan and Morgan have been committing the make the people asking for help owe them more money then this fraudulent company embezzles   I request assistance from the proper authority who can assist   Thank you

      This is a law firm that has been mishandling my case and thats not even the biggest concern I have.  Morgan and Morgan law firm accepted my case in November of 2022. They have settled the case without letting me know and embezzled the funds that were provided for me and instead they have filed fraud litigation documents without any direct instructions from a client because the contract was only for their representation involving accident case they have settled without notifying client and the attorney has completely ignored all ethics and accountability requirements when clearly attorney misconduct and mishandling of cases is absolutely not a concern and also fraud and falsification of court documents.  They have been none responding since they were informed regarding the evidence in my possession.   This is a serious issue and federal authorities should be investigating this matter already considering I have been contacting them.

      This is so wrong!     The Morgan & Morgan law firm didnt answer the number one question where is the funds from the settlement of the case.  Why they didnt inform their client regarding the settlement and why havent they returned the money that has been stolen by them.   Why are you closing this case.  There has been no response.   I have included pictures of the evidence that they have been providing me with false information regarding the status of the case.  They have falsified court documents and tried to hide the truth.  The  ********** *************** and the attorney general office are now holding them accountable and they definitely have committed multiple crimes against their client and not only mishandling of the case but falsified documents that they filed with the ********** Court.   They have not responded to anything.

I had to sign paperwork with them saying that any outstanding bills I would take care of.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Morgan and Morgan is a predatory company.  I checked off the box to receive contact because I believed I would hear from an Attorney, or at least, a paralegal, since they advertise as a LAW FIRM, but only received calls from **************** Representatives,  repeatedly, despite what the liar responding to my complaint is insisting on.  It's actually baffling that a LAW FIRM isn't aware of cell phone records that will show I was called every day.

      On the second day when I received the call I asked if she was an attorney and she said no.  I asked her to remove me from the calling list and she agreed.  The next day I received another call and AGAIN ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CALLING LIST  and was told I needed to give my personal information in order for them to remove me.  NO, actually, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS REMOVE THE NUMBER BECAUSE I REQUESTED YOU NOT CALL ME AGAIN.  That's what "remove me from your calling list" means.  Remove the telephone number and don't call it again.  Agreeing to an initial contact does not give the frim permission to harass me in perpetuity.

      AGAIN, the next day I was called.  I asked AGAIN to be removed from the call list and I started this Complaint.  

      I haven't received any further calls.  I am glad for that.  HOWEVER, my complaint is that Morgan and Morgan is predatory, they lie, they engage in bad faith practices and they prey on the ignorant. 

      The initial response ON HERE stated that it would take 30 days to remove me.  When I replied that that was unsatisfactory and that since it only took them one day to start harassing me, lo and behold!  The calls miraculously stopped!!  So - double lie!!

      And now they're doubling down, using my initial agreement to be contacted - that was made believing I'd speak to an attorney or, at least, a paralegal - to legitimize harassment behavior.  

      The only acceptable response to this complaint is an apology from Morgan and Morgan Executives for their predatory and unethical **************** Practices.  I can't imagine how many unsuspecting people, who are actually in need of real legal guidance, are being harassed by these charlatans. They falsely advertise on TV, as well.  These practices need to be stopped or the complaints will continue, because, you see, the problem is not that I'm complaining; the problem is that these practices exist.
