      I obtained Morgan and Morgan services leaving ************************* even though I used them before I didn't feel like they were advocating for me. In this instance and so I reached out to Morgan just as an inquiry and that was scamish in itself. Because you fell to form just to correspond with somebody. And then they automatically say that you've hired them by filling out the form. So we went back-and-forth about me Not fully hiring their services and as time progressed. They began to play on my ***********************************. Inform me that she acts around. And that the 6 figure policy that I had already been offered. Which I inform Morgan in working upon. Hiring them that there was already a declaration of 6 figures. They informed me that they could possibly get me more money. If I was to hire them not possibly. They were certain and so I hired them upon hiring them. I began to never get any phone calls back. I began to get yelled at hung up on. And none of my concerns it's being acknowledged. I was treated pretty poorly and talked to very badly. I feel more anguish and anxiety than I did prior to hiring ************ I've been feeling very suicidal.Momental health, my mental health is really at stake. And I informed them that I'm not doing so great. I really just need them too.Inform me It was so strange to me that I saw that the check was sent out December the seventh 2023. And nobody even reached out to me. Except the insurance company, and when I call the law firm morgan, they won't talk to me please I need help.

      We ask that this complaint be removed based on the information we received from the case staff regarding the client's case and her reaction. 

      "11/29/2023

      ********* (Case Manager) was informed by Allstate that the policy limits are 100k and that no offer was on the table. They did not have any medical records pertaining to our client. Allstate mentioned that they settled the driver's claim for 100k and that they are ready to settle with us. ********* asked if insurance rep had the police report and she did not. ********* emailed report to rep and informed her that our client was admitted to the hospital for a month with broken bones (which was stated on the police report). Allstate then informed ********* that they would tender the full 100k.After being advised of the settlement offer, ********* called the client and client became upset. Client stated she was aware that Allstate had 120k (which is incorrect because the limit is 100k per person). Client informed ********* a week ago that ***** at Allstate contacted her and offered her 50k for to settle her case. Our client's last understanding was that Allstate was offering 50k to her and due to Allstate having to pay a portion of the supposed 120k.After client became upset, ********* informed me and we sat down together to call the client and provide clarification. Client continued to be very upset and we were hardly able to get a word in. While on the call, the client was made aware that her medi-*************** will be reduced and that we will talk to ****** & ****** re: their lien. Client asked us for a ballpark number of what she could expect from the settlement and she was informed that we could not provide her with an accurate number without negotiating the medi-*************** and or verifying if there are any other statutory liens.Throughout the call, client was crying, very confrontational, admitted she is aggressive, brought up her race a reason that we were "mistreating" her case.

      After she hung up the call,. she called back to apologize within 5 minutes only to continue the same behavior she presented on the previous call."

      I was assigned an attorney and case manager at Morgan & Morgan and at the beginning they were calling. Then no contact from ***************************** or the attorney *****************************. Granted ******** has never made contact. Morgan and Morgan commercials are truly a fake when it comes to my case. Then they tell you that the client experience team will handle and escalate your situation. Don't hold your breath, I had not heard from my case worker for over 2 months and to add insult to injury my wife had to send information to my doctors for me too have services rendered. The way **** says his brother was beat up during his trial is how I feel! I truly picked the wrong law firm. Then to have the case manger tell you that she doesn't do phone calls and they she gets smart in an email when you say you want to get another attorney.. Please choose another firm if you are looking for communication.

      Hello and good afternoon,

      I would like to dispute this complaint and provide evidence of the client's falsehoods to better depict the experience the client has had so far throughout the lifespan of their case. To begin, I would like to iterate that our firm has a 30 day contact expectation and this is told to every client multiple times throughout their sign up process. I see this client has been contacted at least twice every single month (through phone call) for the last 5 months we have been pursuing their case. I also see that since December 7, the Attorney assigned to this case has called four times (Dec 7 2:39PM, Dec 7 2:59PM, Dec 18 11:27AM, Dec 18 11:39AM) and spoken with this client's wife twice. I see before that our team made successful contact November 22 2:01PM, before that October 25 11:17AM, and Oct 19 9:50AM.

      As for *****************************, she has not been assigned this case since September 17. **************** was made aware of this September 20 5:22 PM. I see his current Attorney is the one performing the regular communication with him for the past month. 

      For these reasons I believe this complaint should be removed due to the misconceptions this review presents when our side of this complaint has such conflicting information.

      Hired Morgan and Morgan to handle a case.for me.whefe.i was rear ended resulting in a neck in a injury, Morgan and Morgan insisted I see their doctor, their doctor ran up a ridiculous bill multiple uncessary fees riddled with billing errors, then the lawyer cuts off my treatment from the provider and settles case without my knowledge, I was left broken no treatment owing money to hospital. Ut Morgan and Morgan still took there money and paid a gynecologist they send everyone too for treatment. I was left with barley enough to cover medical bills and I have not been treated for.my injury at all.But there TV commercial says their for the people and they don't get paid unless they win, well this was only a win for Morgan and Morgan and the way I was lied to multiple times by my case staff and the firm itself is dispicable and a shame to all personal i.jury lawyers

      I've already tried contacting this place by phone and through their chat and Ive called their complaints department multiple times, they are just putting me off telling me someone higher up will call and after a month i still haven't heard from anyone. In my heart I believe the case manager made a mistake and when I caught her in it and complained she punished me purposely. They still haven't even gave me the paperwork f'in alixed that I spent all the money for? But those papers are nowhere near sufficient I'm walking away from this matter 25k dollars in the hole they took everything and whatever they didn't the emergency room. Did. They sent me to a crooked doctor and he priced gouged me with a assignment of benefits and now they won't call me.back either even though there are mistakes all through the bill

      I have attached a screengrab of this client's closing statement. This legally binding document was signed by ************ on November 30, 2023. I would like to mention again that **************** Attorney was able to settle his case for the policy limits. Meaning that his Attorney was able to negotiate with the opposing counsel to receive the maximum amount of funds they are able to give by law with the insurance coverage available. You will also notice this document includes the medical bill reductions we were able to perform on behalf of ************. All of his medical bills were reduced by around 60%, and he was able to walk away from our interaction with $8,677.07. From our records, I can see his check was cut November 30 as well, the same day he signed his closing statement. I believe he has already deposited this check. 


      I have also included a snip of a conversation this client had with his Attorney, *******************************, on November 28, where the client requested his Attorney additionally go after lost wages. When the adjuster appointed for the opposing counsels insurance company agreed to give this client $25,000 it closes opportunity to go after additional funds. This is a legal agreement that by sending that settlement money the client is happy with this and is agreeing this is satisfactory. It is disheartening to hear that the client has second thoughts about these funds they received, however when the document was signed it is legally binding. 


      While this client is requesting a fee refund, his legal team deserves to be compensated for the work they performed on his case. They were able to reduce his medical bills significantly, and negotiate the maximum amount of settlement possible from the insurance company. For these reasons we kindly ask for this complaint to be removed as it does not accurately depict the entire experience this client had with our firm.

      I have not received any correspondence from Morgan and Morgan, they settled the case without my permission then their case manager tried to get me to sign documents post dated to cover ruo that fact, they didn't not look out for my best interests only their own and they left me  with no medical attention and owing for medical attention to there doctor I was assigned to see who turned out being a gynecologist, I was put under his care which he signed papers so I couldn't go to work because eif my medical condition and after a real doctor sees me and say i need neck surgery the gynecologist releases me from work restrictions to go back to work with no limitations and I was never even treated this is collusion and it's Morgan andorgan rgan ripping off their own .clients, it's absurd you settle without my permission,no that's not my best j treat I want to sur the person who hit me I live.in a state that's AT Fault, I was never even asked if I wanted to settle in fact.i was lied to and told they didn't settle, the other person's I surance.******* is who told me they did

      Contacted MORGAN and MORGAN on November 2, 2023. sign the electronic document which it clearly states that they will then mail you a packet and without a wet signature they cannot submit your documentation to Social Security disability. I have an appointment with Social Security disability on December 19 at 1 PM. I have yet to hear back from an attorney other than her, well this is an assistant and her grossly obnoxious email back to me shouldve told me then it was time to look for a different firm but most importantly Ive wasted my time and energy gotten myself sick worked up to even having a seizure over stressed out due to the fact that this woman will not return any messages, I sent her any email responses will not acknowledge that Ive sent her paperwork for pieces of paper from Social Security cant even get an acknowledgment from her runaround on the phone with these people telling me theyre doing this and doing that again. Cant get an attorney on the phone. Cant get this assistant on the phone and now Im reading through my contract to see what I can do to protect myself due to. This is my life were talking about and my well-being and I never got the packet that they say they wont even turn in your Social Security paperwork until they get the signature this wet copy back from you so theyre criminals they do not speak the truth they have wasted 30plus days of my life. it takes literally five minutes to respond to an email. Nobody can be that busy and if you read the response the way that she addressed me and her email responding back to me when a law office representing you should definitely want to see the documents that Social Security sent you wouldnt you think so???Now, the bigger question is what do I do now?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      as of yesterday, a person from Morgan and Morgan contacted me as to my case. I asked what the firm was actually doing for me and If I really was benefiting from the firm overseeing my case. He stated it  does not help to have an attorney on a disability case meaning the process does not move any faster than  if you handle on your own. At that time I asked to have Morgan and Morgan withdrawn from my case due to I never even received documentation for a wet signature which he also stated was not necessary which was concerning due to most legal matters need a Hard copy of legal documents I have always thought. So the man from the law firm told me I would receive a Release document which was going to be emailed yesterday. I have not received to date and I will be at , on the phone with SS disability my self until I can figure this out. Also, even though stated in my contract application for SSI was also done on my behalf when in fact it was not according to this gentleman yesterday.

      most importantly, I never received the documents for release of this mess. Due to basically yesterday the man said The firm could not help anymore than I could do myself. SS DISABILITY Takes one year for approval which is a crime in it self.

      I have been calling and emailing my lawyer and paralegal for over 2 weeks to get an update on my case. They have yet to return my calls or emails, I have escalated to the Customer Experience depart and was promised a call back. Still nothing, I called my paralegal AGAIN and finally got an answer when I asked for an update and she couldn't tell me anything. Why am I paying you and you aren't doing anything? I shouldn't have to keep calling in asking for updates or escalating my case. This is unacceptable to me as a paying client.

      Since the last response to this complaint, we received information from the attorney regarding his recent conversation with the client. The message reads as follows. 

      "Hello Team, 

      I contacted the client last night and had a lengthy talk with her. I answered all her questions and cured all her concerns. She was satisfied with the call. 

      After receiving this email, I once again called her. I asked her to please remove the BBB complaint. She agreed. The client told me that once she removes the complaint, she will text me.

      In 2022 I was involved in a rear end accident so therefore I hired Morgan & Morgan and I spoke to someone in January to get my case started. Other than a quick phone call in May I have not spoken to anyone since. My case manager who is Jerermy Skinner doesn’t answer the phone nor does he respond to any of the voicemails I have left him. At this point I feel like going to a different firm because this is ineffective counsel.

      Good morning,

      We kindly request for the removal of this complaint given the recent response we received from the case staff and managing partner assigned to this case. 

      Please see below;

      "Please see attached screenshots of my Teams and my email. I have received not a single call from this client nor a single email. The review is false or the client has been calling the wrong person and that person has not informed me. This case settled back in May approximately a week after I was assigned the case and we are working on reductions. The bills are over 40,000.00 and it is a 10K policy. I will reach out to client.

      I was in a car accident July of 2022 and hired Morgan and Morgan. I began physical therapy but wasn’t able to complete it due to scheduling. Once I let my lawyer know he ceased all contact. I wasn’t able to contact him for months after informing him I was no longer able to attend physical therapy. The few times i did talk to the lawyer, he had me drive to gather paper work from the urgent care I visited because he was unable to reach them. I requested to settle over a year ago from a rear ended accident but have been getting the runaround ever since. If you could please assist me with settling this it would be great thank you.

The client has been thoroughly explained how some cases take longer to settle, and the case staff is working hard to get the best settlement for the client. The client is just very anxious about closing the case and does not understand the legal work involved.

      I have been trying to get on contact with my case supervisor for over 12 months and keep getting the run around and have had my case escalated to management but still get no call back from my case supervisor. I was told I received payment from the law firm but they couldn't reach me.once I did contact them they can never put me through to anybody who can legally discuss my case. I never get a call back or follow up

      Since you did not accept your settlement offer, our firm will be closing your ******** August 2021 Data Breach file, your ******** settlement offer has been permanently withdrawn, and you will need to find *********** to represent you if you wish to pursue your claim.
