      I hired Morgan and Morgan over 2 years ago to help with my Social Security Disability claim. After I was denied they were supposed to take over the case, but I was never contacted by a lawyer. I filed the appeal myself and my claim has been sitting in review by the ***************************** in ************** ** since May 20 2023. I was forced to try and go back to work but I havent been able to hold a job for very long because I cant perform the tasks. The companies have given other reasons why but Im considered a liability. I have recently been hospitalized twice from another infection and a blood clot from me not being able to get medicine for my diabetes. I have reached out to Morgan and Morgan to find out what was going on, but they have given me the run around. One of their representatives just got an attitude with my sister on the phone saying it was normal for a person to do everything their self. Thats definitely not true ****

      I dont need anything else from your company as I fired you yesterday and hired a lawyer that will actually help me and not leave my claim hanging out for two years. I did everything myself. The only way I would ever communicate any further with this company would be *** Morgan himself and a formal apology and compensation for all the things that have happened because of the lack of representation by your company.       Case# ******** I have received multiple medical bills from American Medical (Ambulance Ride) for $186.75 due immediately. I sent in a complaint and received a call back months ago from Attorney *****. He called me personally and said he would take care of this bill. Months later, **** is still not paid and American Medical is now threatening collections. I have been reaching out about this several times and nobody has paid this company. Now they are threatening to put me in collections. I need someone to reach out to me and pay this bill. The bill needs to be paid as promised and the attorney fee should be reduced because your about to ruin my stellar credit and reputation.

      I wrecked my car in December and called Morgan and Morgan. They set me up with a Doctor and Therapy said they would help me. In March they called and said they could not take case and I am left with paying Doctor and therapy bills. I would not have gone to these doctors if they were not encouraging me. I feel they scammed me.

      An auto accident on 8 Aug 2025 totaled out our new vehicle (less than 4 months old) with multiple injuries to both my wife and I. Witnessed by a Trooper we were not at fault.Morgan and Morgan received our call on 9 AUG 2025. X-rays at the ** showed no broken bones. We started with chiropractic care, both wife and I. Not much has changed since the accident except bruises have disappeared. My hip pain and lower back pain are still on going as are my wifes.I have continued care through the VA hospital as well as chiropractic care. 1. Of course we lost all equity in our vehicle approx $3000.00 plus. 2. We have been contacted about 4 times by Morgan and Morgan and advised to continue our care. 3. Approximately 2 weeks ago (today is 14 March) Morgan and Morgan sent us a message stating they would no longer handle our case. Nothing else

      I am being misrepresented and maliciously neglected by the law firm of Morgan and Morgan. I am totally dissatisfied with their charlatan's handling of my case. Their advertisements on radio and TV are misleading and fraudulent. I truly regret using them for my personal injury lawsuit.

      On May 3 2024 I was in a car accident. I got with Morgan and morgan to settle my case against the other driver. In August I received a email telling me it was settle. They had to pay my insurance company back on what they paid out. I was sent a partial check of *******. Give or take. I made contact again with them in regards to the rest of my money. Excuse was still have not heard from optum. Here it is March and still nothing.

      First let me start by saying that I tried to attach a file with this I recorded on my phone it has the same time and date I sent of this here message I sent it to this office wed,7:17 pm but it say the file was to large but this massage that I to also disappeared out of my sent email as well. ( I'm looking to file a complaint against morgan& Morgan law firm for not properly giving me a free consultation the representative first rushed me off of the phone then hung up on me after I asked if she could make to keep the records of my claim for further reference being as though they they told me that they handle identity theft cases claims then she told me that they can't handle my case I told her that in my situation I probably have every possible category of identity theft in my situation then I ask her if she thinks that if I can get the identity theft that Morgan& Morgan ever represented inwhich my case falls under those same cases that they represent to take that time and gather up all that information and call them back I'm being treated as I'm playing them in spades and I have to guess the right card that was "RENIGED" and this interaction was unprofessional I think that I was specially assigned this person that I spoke with at Morgan law and it is leaning towards personal level instead of business and maybe we can find out who this representative was later if it a legal matter I can get this information through legal questionnaire because it would be strange that I'm seeking legal help of this and it's being interfered with I would like for this same message to go public I myself would like to go private as much as I can with my identity and if possible can you keep this for future reference as well I do still have this same email that I recorded two days ago if you provide me with a place to send it to you I would in this situation I am being discriminated on by this big famous law firm I also had to make sure that I'm reporting this missing email to my aura.

      This has to be the weakest law firm ever. These people do s*** on their time. They work how they want a work but want money from your settlement? These people all for themselves. These people sent out a letter I did not authorize them to send out. Then to send out my drop letter they talking about a week. It not take them a week to send out a letter I NEVER told them to send.       Well back around November I think towards the end of the month don't remember sorry, but any way I called morgan and morgan and the person who answered the phone sent me a link to fill out for several companies or organizations had breaches and I **** checked them out my self and found most of all my family were on those sites and I put all information I could remember and never heard back from them over three weeks which in my opinion is not professional at all when your business gets too big it loses track of other small people and never hear from morgan and morgan at all then saw email from them but it was for recalls out in the market place and not even what I signed up all that stuff for.
