      I had been a loyal customer for years with no issues. I received hydrate and collagen powder. I had noticed over the last several months a few of the hydrate packages were bad. Instead of a powder they were solid and green. Almost looked like grass. For my October shipment about half of the bag of hydrate was bad. I looked at the manufacturing date and it was 2/2022. So not sure if old or what. And then my collagen never came for October. I decided to cancel by monthly subscription. So I called customer service to tell them about it. And see if I could get my money back for October since I threw out my hydrate because most were bad and never received the collagen. The customer service experience was the worst I have ever had. The calls go to offshore associates who have to submit an email to corporate onshore and you have to wait 3 to 5 days for a response. Finally after calling multiple times and several emails from the offshore team to corporate they agreed to give me my money back. Will see if it actually happens. Several times the customer service told me I will follow up and call you back. Never happened. I had to keep on them. Ridiculous that you cannot be transferred to an associate onshore in corporate that can actually assist. I even messaged on instagram my issue. No response. Horrible!!!! Will never be a returning customer.

      Have sent product back, told them to send no more thru phone call and e-mail. Ask fir refund fir products can not get a refund, because I have no tracking number and you don’t get one when you refuse order. So it will take longer , been six weeks no refund! They are a sorry excuse for customer device, do not recommend for anyone to use them. The person you order from is absolutely no help! *******

      We are sorry to hear about this matter.  However, we note that customer service gave you the Return/Refund instructions that specifically said, please do not refuse the order as there is an additional fee, and not all refused orders are successfully returned. Please allow up to 10 days from receipt at the warehouse to have your return order processed.  Unfortunately,the warehouse has not received the product and we do not have a tracking number to view.

      Took products for a month. Nothing changed. Actually gained weight!! Distributer said I had to take products at least **************************** $220. I chose to eat the $20 fee for breaking the subscription. If I had noticed even a slight change, I may have given it another 30 days, gaining weight was not in the cards.

      someone on ********* sounded like a pretty good idea, and that it sounded like it was really going to work , she made it sound so great, ! not sure how many people she's lured into buying into this or these products, i bought the first package, not knowing, that it was a monthly paid thing, and i don't really think it was thoroughly explained to me, so naive of me, I was led to believe that when the 2nd package came, unopened i was to return it, and then receive a refund, i have yet to receive this refund, even though i have contacted them several times. this person, whom i shall not name, should be removed from ********* or others forewarned, don't get involved with them,

      I was scammed by a lady on ******** stating if I joined her team I would be able to make my money back within 30 days. Well she had me messaging people prewritten templates from an app called Boards. It will give them a response to literally anything , you can search all of this on ****** and Tik tok. In the weekly meetings they do they basically tell you how to scam people. They all use the same post they just add their personal touch to it . They repost peoples before and after photos literally the same ones just adding their personal touch to it. I sent my items back and they will not refund me the entire amount. The lady even knew I returned the package and I dont know how she even had access to my account. I can assure this is a pyramid scheme and I have every screenshot to back this up even the conversations with the lady. Needless to say I have to dispute with my bank because they will not give my money back for something I returned in PERFECT condition. Please dont fall for this scam!

      False money give away claims its a scam beware dont do it plus the representatives are taught cold messaging people is cool plus also get people to believe they going to win cold hard cash 500 dollars beware. Dont do anything for anyone representing this company its a fraud and scam

      This business is a scam. I had a person ask me if I wanted to try the gummies I said sure. They set up my 1st purchase and said nothing else. I buy them for 50 some dollars and say wow that's a bit much for gummies. But whatever. I get on the site to check the shipping, etc and realize that I am subscribed to a minimum of 3 orders at 50$ each.... I tried to cancel they want 19$ for you cancelling before the 3 order minimum..... I removed their access to my PayPal so now I can't even pay the 19$ and no one answered my requests. So if I call you all and you tell me the same thing, that poor representative is gonna get an earful. This is bull and you all need to stop doing this to people. I had to call and cancel it over the phone. The representative kept trying to sell me stuff. I told her I was filing a complaint. I'd spend my time telling people not to buy this snake oil. She dismissed me. Well I'm not done yet.

In reviewing your account, it shows the $19.95 subscription charge is pending. I do not think you were charged since you cancelled your PayPal. Please confirm.

      I'm giving this company 4 stars because, as a first-time customer with It **********************! my first experience was quite awful.Keep Reading I read one of the reviews on BBB and noticed a specific response from It Works! asking the customer to give them a chance to make things right but the customer did not make that choice. SO, I chose to make that decision by calling ***************** I placed an order without discussing it with my husband first which, in my marriage, was wrong of me. I contacted **************** to cancel the order. I found them to be very difficult to work with. I asked to be contacted by management. Someone in Compliance contacted me. I was very hesitant to say much to her because I expected to hear the same words from her that I heard from *****************To my very big surprise, Compliance turned things around for me. Communication was all through email. They did not give me the same "I understand" responses that I got from ****************, that really blew me away. They put an effort into working with me. I almost put in a complaint about the company because the quality of customer service is so poor. Because of Compliance, and because of my distributor, I reconsidered my complaint. I received a full refund from It Works! which was only a matter of days.Because of my distributor as a person and distributor, I really want to give the products a chance. I also want to be fair in my purchase decisions with the company.Thank you Compliance for putting effort into turning my experience around for the better and thank you to my distributor for speaking to me, and assisting me, like a person and not a transaction.

      As a previous distributor, I was also a customer and had a contract that guaranteed my distributor pricing for life regardless of my status. I called the company today and was told this no longer applies and I must rejoin the company or sign a 3 month contract to receive my pricing. Bad business!!

      This company uses questionable marketing practices to lure customers. After ordering their gummies and another product, I did not like the flavor of the gummies at all. Noticed my rep posting pics on ******** of several other types of gummies. I inquired about them, as did several others. Rep just ignored our question until I asked pointedly about these other products. She private messaged that they do not offer these products, they just use these images as a marketing tool. I told her it was misleading and dishonest for them to do this. Why would a company share photos of products that are not theirs if they believe in their own products? She felt it was just advertising and everybody does it. This directive was not her own idea, it is encouraged by It Works company management. I contacted them through their website and have not received a response. I was going to cancel my subscription online and realized there would be a $50 cancelation fee, which I realized I had been told about. Today I contacted their online chat service and at first they were going to charge me for cancelation, but I explained my reasons were about company dishonesty and I felt I should not be charged. She agreed and waived the fee. I hope someone will address this company's deceptive marketing practices. If they feel their products are not as attractive, or appetizing, as the ones they share in ads, then maybe they need to get to work on improving their own products!

      It Works claims they emailed me, which never happened, so once again they have lied. I check both my email inbox and junk mail numerous times daily and I have never received anything from them. They also claim that I can share info supporting my claims about deceptive marketing, yet, they offer no way for me to actually share anything! If I had received the promised email from them, then I could have responded with copies of the supporting images and conversations. Since I have no way of sharing that information with them, I shared it by email with the BBB. If It Works, as a company, believes in the products they sell, why on earth would they use images of products that are not in their product line to promote their business? It is beyond deceptive, it is downright stupid! When I inquired about the yellow sugary coated teddy bear gummies and asked if these were different from the purple-ish colored gummies I currently have, my distributor told me they don't carry the yellow ones but that they were the same as what I have! No they are not! Then when I called her out for using images that aren't really It Works products, she said it is a marketing tool and there's nothing wrong with it. It's just advertising. Bait and switch marketing? Um... that is against the law! So, if It Works is truly concerned about correcting this deceptive marketing, and if they really want me to share the information about their deceptive business practices, they need to send me that email they promised and I will get right on it!
