TUFT AND NEEDLE TN3 and in general ROOMS TO GO.I have bought maybe 30 grand over the years at ***. Ordered the Wexley mattress. Came damaged so ** (great manager at the 410 store in ***********) let me exchange for Tuft and Needle TN3. Got it damaged and so I called them back to just give me the CAPERTEE Mattress in disgust with these issues. I don't want the TN3 have heard HORRIBLE glue issues with them now that I saw it and I took photos,NOW THEY WANT TO SEND A PERSON OUT TO SEE IT. Ridiculous, if two come damaged and you want to just go with an inner spirng mattress this should be a NO BRAINER. I now will move to ****** with all my properties. ******** that was my order number so its not a just some review to slam them.Rooms To Go

Order Number: ********** a person who's worked in some facet of customer service most of his life, this has been thee worst experience I've ever been through! One of the motors for my loveseat recliner went out in late June/early July. I live by myself and don't even sit there that much which is another conversation. I went through the process of receiving the order form and mailing in my check(which is an archaic method of doing business). I was expecting to receive some type of confirmation that the check was received or an update that the part was ordered and get an *** for the part. Weeks go by and I'm wanting to know the status of my order. I call in on September 4th. I find out check was cashed on July 31st and they never ordered the part. On September 4th, my part was ordered. I have called several times since then and I keep getting the same update. Two customer service **** on two occasions assured me that they would call me back to provide me an update on the order status and I STILL haven't heard back. I have ordered stuff from TEMU in ***** and received my items quicker than this!I have since tried to escalate this to a manager. The manager called me during the day which was fine but at the time, I was unable to speak with her(****** is her name). I tried to call back later and of course, she wasn't at her desk. I asked the customer service representative to have ****** email me because I was on a job where it was hard for me to take calls during the day. I've never heard back from her either.RoomsToGo is way too large of a company to have such terrible customer service!!! All I'm asking for is a recliner motor and it shouldn't **** *+ months to receive it!!! I will make sure to tell any and everyone not to purchase a thing from your company! I had an end table replaced two or three times because the replacement table that was brought was damaged in some way.I don't know what else to say other than please get me my recliner motor!!!Rooms To Go

We intially bought a sectional from rooms to go and the quality was horrible. Rooms to go ended up sending us cushions and then ultimately allowing us to come in and switch the sectional for a totally different one. We bought this sectional (***** 6pc sectional/blue) and only had it for a week when we noticed 2 of the pieces leaning. Someone came out took picture we waited 2 weeks and had to call back to find out what would be the resolution. A month later the pieces were finally delivered and switch out. Now 4 months later there are other pieces leaning. This is totally unacceptable. Either your technicians who put this together don't know what their doing or the furniture Rooms to go sells are horrible quality. Where is the quality control?! I called again and spoke with ********* *. (Supervisor) at the coorporate office and she told me she is making the FINAL decision and will not escalate the call further in regards to replacing the entire sectional. So now I want my money back, a FULL REFUND!! The consumer should not be responsible for the defective products Rooms to go is Selling and the lack of quality control thereof. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible and will not allow any other strangers to enter my home to take pictures of your defective product. We would like OUR MONEY BACK. We have allowed you the opportunity to try and fix already, and nothing has changed. If this is not resolved to our satisfaction we will take legal action.Rooms To Go

On 11/27/24 another dysfunctional, subpar sectional was delivered in worse shape than the one we sent back. I called immediately and was told someone would contact me. I have not heard anything from anyone. I want a FULL Refund as soon as possible!Review fromDeborah M

"BEWARE" My bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday. November 16th. The delivery guy was very rude and unprofessional. He forgot to bring in the chest in my bedroom, had me sign off that everything was delivered. He brought the chest in and just left it right in the way of my bedroom door. I can barely get through to my bathroom, in and out of my bedroom. I told the delivery guy that he needed to put the chest next to the dresser or treasure it back with him. He told me No twice then walked out of my house and left. The delivery guy also left wood pieces, foam and paper all throughout my yard and driveway. I called the customer service number and the store and no one got back to me until late afternoon. I was told that they would send someone out to clean up the garbage left behind EXCEPT NO ONE EVER SHOWED! Now I've a big huge chest in the way where I can not move anything in our out of my room. Not my clothes any boxes that I'd packed my stuff in, NOTHING. I'm lucky to have evidence from to squeeze through to get out of my room or go pee. At age 54 this is UNACCEPTABLE! I have pictures and security footage with documentation. I will Not be keeping this chest and Will get a refund. You Don't treat people this way! And leaving huge bedroom furniture blocking the path in and out of my bedroom that the delivery driver did IS A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD! Rooms To Go lost any future business from me not that they care, that's obvious from what I've been reading. I wish I'd done my due diligence and looked them up sooner. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD AS MUCH AS I CAN REGARDING ROOMS TO GO'S UNETHICAL PRACTICES SO THAT NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE TO ENDURE SUCH DISRESPECT AND INCONSIDERATE BEHAVIOR. Bought an Ottoman. Got one email indicating day it would be delivered and was told by the salesperson that I would get a call letting me know time of day for the delivery. I got a call from the delivery driver when he showed up at my building. Since I am at work I did not answer. The driver left. I called the store and they said he would bring back later in the day. He didn't. I called the store and indicated I don't want the item anymore and to just refund my money. The store manager told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. Ridiculous! I didn't get the item! I'm not returning, I am cancelling my order. Not any consideration. The manager was completely intransigent. I will never shop there again.Rooms To Go

I have had the worst experience with Rooms To Go. On 12/26 my husband and I purchased a section from them, which was delivered on 10/30. The sectional was damaged. Contacted customer service had another one scheduled for 11/7. Two days prior to the delivery, i was contacted for the delivery confirmation. On 11/7, no delivery was made. Contacted customer service only to be told their was a glitch in their system. I was then scheduled for another delivery on 10/10, only for that sectional to be damaged as well. Contacted Rooms to Go in *********, which they were no help and was told to contact customer service. Once again, contacted ***************** who refuses to give refunds, and was scheduled another delivery for 11/14. Again, they hadn't even unwrapped the sectional, the sectional was damaged. Contacted them again asked for a full refund, again was denied the refund. They have another delivered scheduled for 11/21. This will make the 4th attempt. This was my first time going with Rooms to Go. **************** is horrible. Just want this resolved with a full refund as they can't seem to delver me a non defective sectional.Rooms To Go

Worst Experience, I recently purchased from RTG ***************************************I did two transactions within a year, both of which were bad. Despite this, I returned to the store because of the excellent service provided by ****, *************** 1 - June 23 I spent $11 k but returned to the store a week later due to price drops and encountered rude behavior from the store office team. Trans 2 - May 24, I spent $3,200, after purchase service was terrible. Heres what happened: Partial Delivery. Store manager confirmed that my bed will be delivered completely on the promised date. However, on delivery day, the bed arrived without a footboard, and the delivery team couldn't install it fully. I was told to call customer service, and for two days, I was caught in a loop of blame between the store and the delivery team. I called the store multiple times, was kept on hold for hours, and eventually went to the store myself. My family's Memorial Day weekend was ruined as our master bedroom was left with an unassembled bed, and we had to cancel plans with my sister's family.On Memorial Day, I visited the store for help and was passed around from one sales *** to another manager. *****, despite being informed of the situation, did not come out and sent another manager instead. This manager showed no empathy and suggested we return the bed or choose another one. I explained the inconvenience we faced multiple times, but the manager showed no consideration. We decided to buy a different bed, and we were handed over to another office person who became upset when I asked for an explanation of the charges. The manager then returned with an attitude and explained the charges line by line.I reached out **** CFO( ***** Sheer - 5/31/24)and someone called me saying Ill get a credit of $300 back but Ive still not received anything. On May 3, 2023, I bought some furniture from this entity. At the time of purchase, they offered me an extended 3-year warranty. After a year and a half of use, my furniture has been damaged in the seams and the recliner of the furniture. three pieces sometimes get stuck, I contact them to take warranty service and their response is that it is not in their policies to cover this damage, I wonder what type of company does this false advertising when selling or what type of training They have their sellers who give non-real information to their clients in order to sell, the person who sold the furniture told us that any type of deterioration or damage would be covered and it is a lie. They do not want to respond for the damage to my furniture, I don't know why. They promise to honor an extended warranty if all they do is charge for this warranty and when you call to complain they say it doesn't cover anything.
Regarding the guarantee that was offered to me, I am writing this about the purchase made on 03/05/2023 in order 29476887 and request that the guarantee offered at the time of purchase be fulfilled, since the denial of it is considered a unfair practice under consumer protection laws, in one of the states that recognizes these practices as false advertising, according to the law.
Under the law there is an implied warranty of merchantability, which means that a product sold in the state is legally guaranteed to function as intended for its purpose. According to the law, furniture purchased in a store does not exclude the seller. And my furniture broke and is getting damaged.Rooms To Go

My wife and I went to Rooms to Go **************************** **. What started out as a terrific experience turned into a run-around nightmare. Friday, August 30th, my wife went to Rooms to go to **********. We were met by the sales associate, ******* *******. A very likable man. We looked about the store, settling on a living room set costing ********. Mr. ******* filled out the form to deliver our new living room set, including a rug, end table, two lamps, one-floor lamp, and one table. When the set arrived, the wrong floor lamp was delivered. Mr. ******** upon my calling him, stated the wrong SKU must have been on the product. I have called Mr ******* six times and requested the correct lamp. I was told it cost more than the one delivered. I responded that no matter what, my wife ******** ***** and I wanted the one we asked to purchase as it was set up with this lamp in the showroom. I took pictures of the living room set with this lamp in it. I then called to speak with the manager, ****. **** said he would call me back on Monday. I never heard back from him. I called the store again and spoke with the General Manager. He said he would speak to Mr. ******* and get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. This was three weeks ago. I still have not heard back from Rooms to Go or the Store Manager. Many misleading remarks were made about purchases at this store. One example is a picture I purchased. The term used by Mr. ******* was "take with you item." What he meant was "As is". I have never heard this term used. The picture had no damage when we looked at it in the store. After unwrapping it at home, I noticed two scratches directly across from each other on each side. This had to have been done when it was taken down and wrapped. I looked at this item three times before I purchased it. Seeing zero damage, This cost 230 Dollars to "take with you. The management at this store is terrible and has yet to return my call. I suggest you do not do business here!Rooms To Go

Buyers Beware! I would give a 0 but thats not an option. I spent $10,000 on patio furniture for my backyard purchased in June 2024. Ive had 3 different delivery times for different pieces to be delivered. I have been waiting for 5 months to receive the last two pieces of my set. Originally I was told the last two pieces would be delivered no later than the first week of October. I received a call from my sales *** the beginning of October saying the furniture wouldnt be in until November 9. I asked for an earlier time for that day was told its unavailable. So now the delivery date is October 14. Do not buy anything from Rooms To Go if everything isnt in stock at time of purchase. The **************** Manager ******* was rude. I asked to speak to someone higher up he refused to transfer me to a higher manager. They will not be getting any more of my money. Its too many furniture stores around to deal with poor customer service.Rooms To Go
