Hello all, PLEASE READ this before you do any purchases with this company. They are VERY much so unprofessional. Their furniture are awful!!! Delivery missed up so as customer service. Look around there are other companies with much better service and furniture.Why they even still in business?!?Rooms To Go

After 3 days of delivery, we already noticed stains settle in the material after even using the leather cleaner that came with it. I called customer support to report the issue, and they sent a technician to clean it. 3 days later I saw more stains on the same section and other places too.. I went to the store to claim a return and they said, no return. We can dispatch a technician to replace the section of the sofa. After all these issues I canceled a second order of a bedroom, and I have 2 months waiting for the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. NO REFUNDS Buy somewhere else.Rooms To Go

Hi. I'm **** ****** and have made my 3rd purchase in less than 5 yrs. with Rooms to Go. The first purchase was a leather set and we are very happy with that furniture. Our 2nd purchase is less than two yrs old. (21 months I believe to be exact) We bought a sectional made of fake leather for our 2nd family room. It was pealing and flaking off in 13 to 14 months and just got worse and worse until we made the claim. Was told at purchase it would hold up just fine and also bought the extended warranty. 1st appointment came and said (oh yes, that would be covered, no problem) just the sectional by the way not the ottoman, it got a whole from a poke. Someone else would be coming to finish the claim. That appointment went down hill. No it was not covered and there was nothing that could be done. Made a few more calls to appeal and still nothing. Extremely disappointed. Went to the Corpus store made another purchase to replace it and was told by the GM (Bryan) that he would get a hold of Fla. to help me a little bit and cover my delivery charge for the new set. (Went full leather on new set) he would call by that weekend. It's been two weeks and no call, no follow up and no help. My bill is in full on my account as I was told it would be removed when posted. I am more disappointed about not even getting a follow up call that he assured me would be by him personally. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of standing by your product, the misleading of your product, the misleading of your warranty and your company's integrity.Rooms To Go

How about no stars! Purchase a ***** ******** in Nov 2023 , only 2 person living in the house the Couch material is c*** , starts fading and the material seems frail as if it is about to tear . They claim it is the regular wear and tear and they are not responsible, , telling me i should look online to see how to take care of my couch !!! Technician knows the material is c*** and said so . Are you telling me I should buy a couch and sit on the floor because if I sit on it the fabric will tear !! Gave this to my daughter and her husband who was away for more than 4 month and no one else was there to use the couch . Total disappointment . Our sales *** painted a different picture when he sold us on the care package and what is covered . I have been purchasing from *** for over 20 years and this of course WILL be my last purchase . I should have listed to the reviews and *** doesn't stand by their produce and as is stated in the other sites they do not care . Rooms To Go is very disappointing and screams "scam." I purchased furniture in June and have been receiving damaged replacement deliveries every month since. I have to chase down Customer Care and the Resolution Center only to get conflicting information in order for them to not take responsibility and to stick me with paying full price for damaged furniture. At this point, I'm requesting either another replacement for the sofa and dresser (until they get it right), a substantial deduction from the sales price, or a pick-up to return the sofa and dresser with full credit to my account. I have made sure to spread the word to all family, friends, and co-workers to not do business with Rooms To Go.Rooms To Go

It appears that the response I received is a standard reply given to all complaints. I have already submitted the necessary details, including the sales receipt, on October 23, 2024. I look forward to hearing from a member of management to resolve this ongoing issue.Review fromRamona S

I should have listened to my gut. I order a bed in September 2024 to be delivered Oct 4th. The delivery came missing essential parts. They shipped me incorrect parts on 2 different occasions and sent tech out to install wrong parts. I had to take time off work to be present for each time they sent a tech to my home. Not only did they waste my time, the techs time but I lost money from being off work. The worst part is I was unable to even sleep in my bed without this support beam because each tech warned the bed could break without it. At this point I don't want the damn bed and would rather sleep on the floor and get a refund rather than give RTG my hard earned money. I will never shop RTG again and will discourage any friends & family to shop there. This experience has been top tier FRUSTRATING.Rooms To Go

My son purchased a triple power recliner chair for me on 8/17/22 which had a defect of slanting to the right side. I exchanged the chair for another recliner and paid the difference in price in November of 2022. It had the same defect, and Rooms To Go also swapped it for the chair I have now WITH THE SAME DEFECT. I felt resigned to try to get used to it but have reached the point where I know I can't. I spoke with a GUARDIAN WARRANTY *** who told me that my contract states that the defect had to be ***orted within 30 days. Bottom line is they will do nothing to resolve the problem. I will never buy another piece of furniture from ************************* BBB, the address of the Rooms To Go where I purchased my chair is ********************************************************************************, which is not on your list, so I'm unsure whether the store moved. I'm just trying to clarify the info I put in my review.Rooms To Go

We purchased a beautiful marchese sofa that was delivered in July 2024. We noticed 2 weeks after we received the sofa that the middle seat was sinking. We called RTG customer service. They send a technician to look at the sofa. In person, the technician said the middle cushion was "sinking". However, we were notified that the technician wrote in his report that there were no defects. We called RTG again and a 2nd technician was sent. He also verbally stated that the middle cushion was sinking. And once again his report stated that there was no defect. We called RTG and a supervisor told us that over time cushions start to sink. I reminded her that we only had the couch for 2 weeks when we noticed it. I will not buy any additional furniture from RTG!Rooms To Go

Warranty doesn't cover cushions, overcharged for cheap material can't maintain it's for less than a year. I highly recommend not buying from this business even the technician said they had a bad batch I'm not the first to have this issue but they want your moneyRooms To Go

My claim was denied this is my second time within a year cushion failure I'm sitting on my ******** was said warranty doesn't cover. I purchased this unit because of comfort not the frame who does that also I agreed to a extended warranty, i spent five figures at this store. I travele alot so I don't get to use it often I've paid more than the suggested amount Every Month to here denial is absolutely unacceptable I'm going to press charges I refuse to be disrespected this unit went from comfortable to "I'm sitting on wood and springs " I'm very upset at the moment I didn't back out of paying more and on time.Review fromGloria B

I purchased a sectional sofa, with extended warranty, that has three recliners. About a little over a month ago, one of the recliners stopped working. I contacted Rooms To Go and filed a claim. I was told over a month ago that the parts for my sofa will come in about 5 to 7 business days, to my home, and they will call me to send another serviceman out to repair the recliner. I never received any parts, and my recliner has not been repaired. When I call Rooms To Go, they tell me to call the warranty company, Guardian. When I call Guardian, they tell me to call Rooms to Go. The is very frustrating, and I am beginning to regret my purchase.Rooms To Go
