      We bought a bookcase from Rooms To go west palm beach location and was delivered very damaged. They sent out another bookcase a week later and the same issue, damaged!!! Talked to a manager at that location only to be told we had to physically come into the store to either select another of equal or more value or accept another delivery of the same. Changed to the same bookcase but smaller version and AGAIN RECEIVED IT DAMAGED!!!! OMG! Can this get any worse… called again and what a run around. Would not pick up any of them without leaving another one! WHAT? Unbelievable lousy customer service, always giving “our policy “ blah, blah, blah. I am so done with them, will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM THEM AGAIN! Have spent a lot of money over the years so totally THEIR LOSS!

      THERE RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTED ITEMS IS A JOKE !!! I was sold a mattress that when you sit on it you can hear the springs sounds like 30 yr old bed all I WANTED WAS TO RETURN IT AND GET A DIFFRENT BRAND but hey want to make more money off us consumers and charge a fee !!! it was replaced and had the same issue . But they want me to wait the 30 days for sleep trial when its the springs making a lot of noise are the springs going to get quieter after 30 days SMH DONT BUY A MATTRESS HERE!!! ROOMS TO GO YOU ARE A JOKE!!! Should had gone to a real mattress store!!! As I'm writing this review I'm reading other reviews OMG no one is happy here with your merchandize!!!

      Bad experience Worse management of Knoxville branch! Regret my purchase. I bought 2 damaged sofas on Covid time, and been told that I can swap them whenever I find similar ones ( price or design). But the manager denied that.

      I am a member of the decorating team at **************************,Warner Robins, **, as a decorating team, we purchased 2 sofas, one was new and good, however the 2nd sofa had no ** ******* Co. tag attached and a broken leg, which was rejected and returned. ( I requested that the 2nd sofa replacement and 3rd sofa replacement be delivered in box like the one we accepted.)The 3rd sofa (the replacement) did not have ** ******* Co.(furniture manufacturer) tag attached and did not come wrapped (like the one we accepted),however, we accepted because if we rejected it it would take another week and who knows what condition the 4th sofa **** look like. after delivery truck left we noticed that 4 s**** for leg attaching were missing and upon feeling under back cushion and both sides we found human animal hair plus tiny bits of trash which indicated that a used sofa had been delivered to a church. I have contacted Rooms To Go to see if the company is concerned about customer satisfaction from a church. we are not interested in any future purchases from Rooms To Go. I would have put a zoo star rating, but that was not an option.

      I received a damage patio swivel chair.i dont even know where to begin on how I have been dissatisfied with the customer service.its been months and I have no resolve to send another chair! I have sent pics, they have been reviewed, I have talked to several managers! No one has resolved my issue..no one has reordered the chair! I dont know what to do !!

      I recently bought a sectional couch and upon the delivering & installing, the bracket broke, that same day, on couch that connects sectional piece to couch. I reached out and they were able to have technician come out 2 weeks later to fix it, which he did. Unfortunately, a couple weeks later the same problem occurred. I am very disappointed in this and it is very unsafe to sit on as it shifts and moves being that it is not connected. I recently just had a baby and this is very unsafe for me to sit on with a newborn. I tried reaching out to customer service to resolve again, however I have not received a solution or response.

      Rooms to go has horrible quality furniture and awful customer service. I purchased a sofa less than 8 months ago, over the last few months I noticed pilling. I called customer service and was told they would send a service person out to look at the furniture, no one called or came. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who told me it is not worth sending anyone out and it would be a waste of their time! then said it is not rooms to go responsibility to perform up keep to my furniture as if the damage was my fault for not keeping it clean. Rooms to go should reevaluate how they speak with customers and stand behind their product. They should be ashamed of themselves! I would not have even left a 1 star review but it was required.

      Absolutely floored that there is NO refund or returns available! I recently purchased a sleeper sofa and was led to believe that the dimensions were that of a full size mattress. Upon measuring, this is NOT the case and had I known that, I would NOT have purchased the sofa! I feel lied to and deceived. I am now stuck with a piece of furniture that is unusable for its intended purpose. How can such a big, notable store not offer refunds and/or returns!!!

      I bought dining set back in February 10, 2024 right after I moved into my condo. I’ve used only damp clothes to wipe it. The paint on table has literally came off. I called RTG they had service guy come out look at it told me he could not fix it and that I would hear from someone with in 3-5 business day to replace table. A woman calls said since I do not have warranty they will do nothing. It’s not a manufacturers defect. What do you call when the paint comes off ? I had dining room for over 20 years nothing like this, matter of fact I’ve never seen anything like this and I’m 59 years old. I’m ashamed for anyone to see it RTG.

      Decided on a bedroom suit they did a credit check and afterwards they wouldn't stop talking about adding stuff to my purchase such as a mattress. I told them I didn't want anything else I wanted to buy what I had agreed to before they pulled my credit. Would not stop pounding me about a mattress. Told them if they did not stop I wouldn't buy anything. Asked for the managers help and when I arrived they were arrogant acting like I was the problem and started in with well if you buy mattress from another place it'll cost the same amount or more and still would not sell me the same thing that I had already agreed to purchase. Went to report this problem to corporate they have no way to handle it and told me to report it back to the same management that did nothing to start off with. So I'm stuck with no furniture and a hard pull on my credit. Not to mention I have a credit card that can only be used at rooms to go It is not actually a physical card that if I cancel it or don't buy something with it will negatively impact my credit score.

      You could not handle this issue in store because your managers were incompetent. When I called corporate to try to rectify the problem I was explained that you do not handle matters dealing with the store all those problems have to be handled with the manager of the store. When I ask if I could escalate the issue I was not offered an email by your customer service representative such as the one that you have now offered me once I have complained to the BBB. So I do think that before you can help me you need to be able to help yourself. This does seem to be more of an internal problem than a problem between me and you because after doing my research I'm not the only one with this complaint by far and these complaints I can trace back for more than 10 years. Not only would problems in the store that you treat like a separate entity but also with delivery and quality. I am truly grateful that I actually had the experience that I had in the store before investing in a purchase even though I am upset that My credit got pulled for well what was flat out a bate and switch which is nothing more than a strategic lie. Because until my credit was pulled the $2, 500 that I was going to spend was just fine but became a hassle whenever I was offered a $10,000 line of credit. Just because my credit is good does not mean that I've got a lot of money It just means I've been smart with my money. Being smart with your money gets you good credit as well as making a lot of money. But with my income making sure that I don't go beyond my means of paying for stuff is what brought me to your store so I could get what I needed not what the salesperson thought they could squeeze out of me.
