      Compré un juego de cuarto muy costoso en Rooms to go, que me llevaron a casa el 5 de Septiembre. Hubo problemas y llegó la cómoda rota y una mesita de noche dañada. Tuve que esperar hasta el 12 de Septiembre para el intercambio y una vez más llegaron dañados. Día que mi esposo dejó de trabajar para poder recibir una vez más los muebles. Y ese mismo día (ayer) fue que me di cuenta que el espejo también tiene una parte del marco dañado; no lo había visto antes porque los del 1er deliveri dejaron el espejo detrás de la cómoda dañada, pero cuando lo movieron para hacer el intercambio fue que pude verlo. Ya no quiero el juego de cuarto porque pedí que se me priorizara el intercambio para mañana o pasado mañana (mis días de descanso) y me dijeron que no podía ser. Ya no tengo seguridad en su entrega, aparte de que tendría que esperar al 21 o 22 de septiembre. Ellos me dicen que lo pueden entregan antes pero afectaría una vez más el trabajo de mi esposo. Por estos motivos entonces le dije a la Manager que ya no quiero el juego de cuarto y pido la devolución completa de mi dinero; a lo que ella me respondió: que Rooms to go no tiene devolución; que la única que realizan es en un plazo de 48 horas. Le expliqué a la Manager que como va a ser posible eso, si los que cometieron el error fueron ellos y yo (la clienta) soy la única afectada. Por su error es que el plazo de 48 horas no se cumple. Apelo a ustedes para ver qué solución se le puede dar a este inconveniente. Saludos cordiales.

      Compr un juego de cuarto con ustedes. Lleg en la fecha planificada: el 5 de septiembre pero una mesita de noche lleg daada y la cmoda rota. El reemplazo ** ******* fue una semana despus, el 12 de Septiembre. Mi esposo tuvo que dejar de trabajar ese da para poder recibir los muebles que volvieron una vez ** a llegar rotos. Y en este intercambio fue que me di cuenta que el espejo est daado porque los del 1er deliveri dejaron el espejo detrs de la cmoda y no **** cmo verlo hasta que lo movieron y ah fue que vi tambin la parte de los pies de la cama.El da ***************************************** hicieran el reemplazo el sbado 14 * ******* 15 porque mi esposo no puede dejar una vez ** de trabajar y yo no estaba dispuesta a esperar una semana **; puesto que cuando compr estos muebles son porque los necesitaba. La persona que me atendi me dijo que no poda ******** fecha, ya incomoda le dije que entonces quera el reembolso completo de mi dinero y ya no quiero el juego de cuartos ni los servicios de Rooms to go. La persona que me atendi me dijo que ustedes no realizaban reembolsos. Aqu fue donde realic mi 1ra queja al *********************** otro da, el sbado 14, en mi tiempo de descanso fui a la tienda y habl con el manager, le expliqu todo en detalle y l me dijo lo mismo, que lo que poda hacer por m era darme un descuento de 100 usd de la compra que realice (una irrisoria cifra para todos los sin sabores y trabajo que an me estn haciendo pasar). Sin contar que a sido un servicio carsimo el que pagu para tan psima atencin. Y lo otro que me dijo el manager que el reembolso solo lo poda tratar con el ***************** Desde la tienda entonces llame y me volvieron a decir lo mismo. En fin, no me qued de otra que tomar lo que me daban. Lleg el da acordado 21 de septiembre y al ver que el da avanzaba y no llegaban ni haban enviado mensaje, llame al **************** y ah fue que me enter que para ese da no haba ningn reemplazo planificado. Indignada completamente cuestione que como no iba a existir registro si yo personalmente hice ese trmite en la tienda. La Manager sin ningn reparo oso decirme que los reemplazos no los hace la tienda sino ellos, lo cual difer completamente con **** pues a m nadie me dijo eso y ********** tienda con la confirmacin de que mis muebles llegaban ese sbado. Una falta de respeto por doquier. Le ped el cdigo de la llamada y me dijo que no tienen, que en el sistema aparece todo. Pero en el sistema aparece lo que ellos quieren. A modo de conclusin muy decepcionada con el servicio de Rooms to go. No lo recomiendo y pido la devolucin completa de mi dinero. Porque esta es la altura que an los muebles no los tengo y todava tengo mis cosas en bolsas.

      ******** customer service. Very hard to get a human on the phone. My order wasnt assembled in its entirety and when I called in to say dresser here as instructed by assembly team, customer service tells me I didnt specifically ask someone to assemble my 230+ ** *******. I said I called as instructed! Fast forward to finally unboxing ourselves and its damaged. I call in and they said because of time frame they have to send tech to evaluate. No end in site with these people! And the supervisor wouldnt transfer me above her because no one could give different answers than her. Didnt know I was dealing with the owner. The whole experience has been awful. The only thing they do well is take your money.

      I ordered a mattress from rooms to go in Gulfport Mississippi. He said they were going to be delivering between 10 and two well after many lies it didn’t get to me till 515 then a little delivery person and the guy bring a Sealy box with a rollup mattress in it. I told him that was not mine. They looked at each other and said oh no we brought his mattress to somebody else and then said well if the plastic is torn, I do not want it an hour and 20 minutes later they showed back up and of course the plastic was torn. Anyway, I will have videos and they were trying to say they undid it again and said I do not want it. Oh shit oh no we were taking it off which I know they were lying. Long story short they drug the mattress down my front porch in the dirt and bird Pooh and steal insisted . To bring it inside again I said I do not want it. I paid for a new mattress. They promised that it was OK well, after watching the videos and seeing them dragging the mattress down on my front porch, it stinks I want a new mattress what I paid for and their customer service is the rudest people ever, I tried to call the salesman back. He returned my call once and I’ve called him for other times I’m not calling customer service back that’s why am reporting this, so I guess we’ll go to court and guess who will win not rooms to go THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS AND LIARS. And now I have to keep a mattress that is filthy, dirty, and full of BIRD CRAP. !!

      DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! We purchased $4,000 worth of furniture. One item was damaged and needed to be replaced. ***THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS A NO REFUND-FINAL SALE PAINTING. Did not arrive when it was tracked to arrive. Instead stated WE REFUSED IT! Then the UPS truck came 2 hours later and said “OH, your item isn’t on my truck”. I called Rooms To Go, Spoke to a supervisor who was going to “escalate” the matter and get back to me within 24 hours. NEVER HEARD BACK! After 48 hours I called again and had to tell the whole ridiculous situation again. Was on hold forever. Then the representative came on and said she tracked it to Alabama. WE LIVE IN FLORIDA!!!! AFTER MY 4th call I spoke to a RUDE supervisor named Carlos who said he’d email the store to go over how we get refunded. It’s not his department!!!!

      The product is a poor quality and the warranty is terrible. They don’t resolve the issues and one has to continue with the damaged furniture until they feel like fixing it. I would like to find a way to return that garbage without affecting my credit

      My wife and I have been customers of *** for well over 20 years. As a matter of fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a piece of furniture in our home that's not from ***. We've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at their stores and this year has been ******** March, we spent over $2000 on a patio set during the free umbrella promotion. We were told we'd have to wait until August for the chairs. Then told at the beginning of August we'd have to wait until October. We cancelled the chairs.After the chair patio chair fiasco, my wife and I went back to *** in August and purchased a $2300 bedroom set and a $532 King size headboard, footboard and railings. This is what the salesman quoted us for the bed and I paid the down payment. When delivered, I was only sent the headboard. I called to ask where the rest of the bed was, and was told I didn't purchase the whole bed; just the headboard! Who in the **** buys just a headboard! During the conversation with the salesman, he asked if I was a "handy" guy to put the bed together to save costs. I said yes. He knew we wanted the whole bed! I called the store asking where the rest of the bed was. They said I only purchased the headboard. The manager stated, "*** isn't allowed to give you free stuff, **** and I would have to pay $320 more to get the rest of the bed, or they could come pickup the headboard. I never asked her for "free stuff". I asked her for what I was told I was being sold for the price agreed upon. I feel I was scammed so they could make their commission. I ended up paying over $320 more to get the side rails and footboard for my bed so my wife and I wouldn't be sleeping on the floor. We had already given away our old bed frame (purchased from RTG) waiting on our new bed. Also, wouldn't it be a liability to just sell a headboard that could fall over and injure someone if it were not pieced with the correct mounting and rails? Do they even only sell headboards? They knew we wanted the whole bed.

      I was given the choice of $50 off of my bill, or a $75 store credit. I took the $50 off my total bill because I'll never be back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward. And really, what can you buy at RTG for $75? What a joke.

      Warranties don't work in these stores. I bought a mattress in 2022 and it would have a 5 year extended warranty (they are supposed to sell this service to comply) it happens that the mattress was damaged, and it is discontinued (they always use the same excuse) so this mattress cost $ ***** and it happens that according to the store they cannot give me the same mattress or a similar one, but I have to buy another brand that with the same characteristics now costs $ ***** and I have to assume that difference as if it were my fault that the same brand of mattress is not available and that there is inflation. They did not offer me any solution or any discount because I am being harmed. The store is at **********************************************************************************************. Never go to this place.

      I purchased a sectional from this company but decided to change out a chair for a recliner and to also add another piece of furniture, I had to wait over a month and when it came time for delivery the time frame of delivery was back and forth and when I got home to meet them they pull off. I couldnt get in touch with the delivery team. They also would not come back and attempt to bring the furniture even after i talked to customer services. **************** supposed to had called me back with details. I called two days in a row and no return call until the third day of me wanting to speak with a manager but they had no one higher than a supervisor, the same one that was supposed to had called me back. Then I learned that the furniture I ordered was not waiting for to be delivered to me they gave it away to someone else after waiting over a month and told me I needed to order it again and wait another month and a half. They even had the nerve to give me attitude while telling me, I dont know what is going with employees giving customers the service they deserve. And to give away your purchase.
