      Disappointing Experience with Rooms To Go
      I regret to share my recent experience with Rooms To Go regarding the insurance I purchased for my furniture. When I bought the furniture, I was assured that the insurance would provide comprehensive coverage, offering peace of mind for my investment. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
      After encountering an issue with my kitchen table, I attempted to make a claim, believing it would be straightforward given the coverage I was promised. However, I found the process to be unexpectedly difficult. My claim was denied on what I feel were unclear grounds, leaving me without the support I thought I had secured.
      In addition to this, I was informed that my table insurance had been canceled without my permission, adding to my frustration. Despite being within the first year of purchase, I was unable to receive the assistance I needed. This situation has been quite disheartening, as I had trusted Rooms To Go to stand behind their products and services.
      I hope my experience encourages others to carefully consider their options when it comes to purchasing from Rooms to Go.

      Rooms to go tech came out to service my daughters dresser (that was clearly due to cheaply made furniture) took pictures of the dressers, night stands, never called back he lied about calling back and leaving me a voicemail. No missed call no left message. They put me off to extended warranty which ALWAYS declines assistance because they said that I didnt report it in 30 days. But I did report to rooms to go within 30 days! Called rooms to go and they take no accountability. Now Im paying for a dresser that cant be used 100% because the drawer brackets are not replaced. A complete scam. To spend thousands of dollars with a company and be treated this way is disgustingly unprofessional.

      Hi *******! Were sorry to learn of your experience. The account shows a technician was sent to the home and repaired the chest in August 2023. We show no further reports of any further issues until 7months past the 1year warranty expired in December. The extended service contract will only review claims after the 1year has expired.       3 agents and no one is honest. Internet sale, I placed an order of 4 items. Selected ***************** after I paid for my order their system split my order with shipment directly from ***************** from their warehouse, when they arrived they only setup a coffee table and said they don't setup vendor items. This seems like a scam, you pay for entire order, their site says assembly required but they still offer **************** but never distinguish that you are only paying setup for the items shipped from their warehouse... when you tell them it's not clear and why offer **************** without 1st separating the items so it's clear "eziasa says there's nothing I can do about that," as if it's fine you thought you were paying for setup of all items. The morals of this company are lost. NEVER getting my business again. Will cut up my card.

      Do not buy if you live in gated neighborhoods!!! Order was incorrect the first time (I get it mistakes happen), the correction was due to be delivered and the driver never called me for a code, just left. Simply called support and I missed the call. 2 minutes later I was on a phone tree with support to provide the code and by the time I got a person and they validated me, the delivery was rerouted. 5-7 minutes away and they cancelled my delivery. A delivery they were making to correct their first mistake. FURIOUS! And the manager can do nothing??? Delivery manager cant be reached for over an hour and well sorry maam they are already on the other side of town. Awful service!!!

      We purchased a mattress for $3,000.They tell you you have 90 days sleep trial to replace / exchange the mattress. After 1 month we requested an exchange, and they gave us a hard time, dragged us until the return window of the 90 days ended, and then they told us there's nothing we can do since it's been more than 90 days. We requested to speak with a manager / supervisor for several times and no one ever called us to this day. It's been 9 months and our backs is killing us. We truly regret purchasing at Rooms To Go.

      Hi Avi! We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your bedding. Our records show your bedding was delivered on 11.30.23. The only issue reported were the foundations not the mattress. Foundations are subject to exchange up to 7 days after delivery for height preference issues as stated on the contract. However, an exchange was authorized to satisfy comfort issues and finalized on 1.19.24. Sadly, we show no further reports of any further issues until 5.2.24. An exchange for preference/ comfort is only possible during the 90-day sleep trial policy. After that timeline, bedding is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines for defects.       Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately dissatisfies is a gentle work to use in regards to what we're feeling regarding this transaction at this point. I don't know why, but your records are wrong. I have had several conversations with both customer service and the store re the replacement of the mattress. I also requested several times to speak with a manager and got promised that someone will call me back with 24-48 hours. And no one ever did. I have requested a replacement for several times within the 90 days period. I was even willing - and still am - to pay the difference for a better mattress. At time of purchase you make it seem so easy and simple just to get you rushed to the register to finalize the sale. But when you want to actualize the replacement, you put all the difficulties possible. You're making me run back and forth between customer service and the store with no actual solution. It's very concerning that a store manager avoiding speaking with its customers. And also a manager from customer service cannot be reached. Bottom line: you are the one who dragged me out of the 90-days period with no solution and then you're saying it's not possible since we passed the 90-days. I will say this again: I am willing to pay the difference for a better mattress. But this one has to be replaced. Our backs is killing us and every morning we wake up in pain. I cannot throw away $3,000. I'll wait for your reply. I'm happy to speak with a manager / supervisor if someone will be willing to finally give me a call. Thank you

      I had an excellent experience with ***************************, Sales Associate. She was AWESOME. **************** was extremely patient, attentive and pleasant with me as we walked throughout the store for me to sit on numerous couches and chairs. **************** was knowledgable about fabrics that are comfortable for people who have had joint replacements (firmer fabrics rather than soft). She helped me to buy exactly what I wanted. I 100% highly recommend ***************. She is a valuable asset to your company. Kudos to her!

      You have to watch them; they will add things to your bill and additional cost. This was the store in **************. In addition, the salesman was a total goof. Kept messing up the order but blaming it on the office; who knows?!!I was making payments of $175./month only to realize a few months into the payments they were charging me every month $156. For some type of insurance. I was getting nowhere FAST! Cons would be an appropriate name!

      We ordered 3 matching kids sets, cottage core: white and grey. We are going on multiple deliveries of broken, defective furniture. Originally, the delivery team damaged our new front door and pavers. Another unsuccessful delivery they took our front mat blanket we used for shoes and contractors. We are beyond disappointed with R2G. CONSISTENTLY DAMAGED. No one is empowered to make it right for the customer. Too much red tape and overlapping channels, but no one can solve problems for the customer. No one is on the same page. We have spent HOURS talking to service reps who cant solve anything. They blame the manufacturer for the defects then you should pull the furniture off the showroom floor until its fixed. Its not fair we cant get the sets new and not damaged. We were then told we should reselect/upgrade to a higher tier and PAY THE DIFFERENCE!? Excuse me? Why should my family take on more hardship by your company by giving you more money for a problem you havent solved!? R2G SHOULD PAY ANY DIFFERENCE, not us! We should be given free sets at this point!! R2G should offer another style and comp the difference. We have had to change plans, provide childcare and change arrangements to be at our house for continued faulty deliveries. The delivery driver even said he wouldnt accept these pieces. Gouges, scratches, missing paint, dings. Totally unfair and not what is displayed.

      Ordered a mattress, bunkie board, adjustable mattress and mattress cover, and 4 bar chairs on 8-9-24. The salesman *************************** AKA ***, scheduled the delivery for 8-12-24 with the exception of bar chairs that were on back order. I was told that I would receive a phone call or text message 2 days prior to delivery. Two days prior to delivery no call no text. On 8-11-24 I call and speak to customer service who tells me the delivery will not be there until 8-15-24. I am then forward to the Rooms to Go on ******* Farms in *******, Tn and told they can fix the scheduling mix up. The 1st person I speak with informs me that the bunkie board will be delivered on 8-15-24 and that I needed to come to the store to pick up the mattress adjustable base and mattress cover. I asked to speak with a manager and get forward to ***. Little did I know at the time *** was not the manager. *** calls back and ensures that everything will be delivered on 8-15-24 except the bar chairs. Morning of 8-15-24 I receive a text stating my order is enroute. Click the link to find out only a bunkie board is on the truck. I show up at the store and deal with **** is the actual manager. No complaints about **** or his professionalism. **** did everything he could to make the situation right however corporate/logistics refused to make things right other than offering to deliver a week later. ***** hands were tied and this point and thats understandable. **** offered free delivery and a $100 refund for inconvenience. Needless to say being lied to about deliver date and speaking with a manager to find he was not a manager until I showed up in person at the store if extremely unprofessional and corporate/logistics in ability to work with the consumer when their employee (***) tried to cover his self is not acceptable. By far the worst experience with the purchase of furniture/ mattress and highly recommend to buy and shop at your own risk unless dealing with a manager. Again no fault of ****.
