I love y daughters furniture and rooms to go kids the people were amazing. But I will never order again and still have furniture that's paid for to eventually be delivered. I did the delayed delivery, where you have 6months to pay it, I was moving had my apartment and had no where to put the furniture and had to wait to get it delivered so that was perfect. Made the down payments and change my mind a few times regarding the furniture sets because of me finding out the area and seeing different items I liked. Some of the items for my daughters stuff was discontinued but it was fixed before I paid in full. Paid my items off, my sectional I was told it will be available soon, few days later I was called with a date and the sectional came. Half the legs there half not, that was on August 7th. I called and they scheduled my sectional for a service call for August 16 so my sectional is partly together on the floor at my home. I called to get clarification and what time they would be there on August 15 which is today because I have to work and shouldn't I have gotten an email, she says well no your order is closed so you wouldn't get an email. No its not closed because my sectional isn't together. She says she doesn't know how to track an order from the app. Its just an I don't care attitude from this company once they get your money, I took off work to get the sectional delivered. Called to reschedule their mix up and I get the legs by mail but no one can put them on until a week later. With horrible customer service. I will never order from this company again.Rooms To Go

Terrible Experience with Damaged Furniture and Unprofessional Delivery I recently purchased a complete ***************** mattress, and more from Rooms To Go (Order Number: 19394938I). The experience has been nothing short of a disaster:1.Damaged Furniture: - The headboard, footboard, and side rails arrived with noticeable dents and scratches. - The left side of the bed is broken underneath, making it unusable. - One drawer of the dresser and the nightstand do not close properly, both with surface scratches.2.Unprofessional ******************* The delivery team arrived without the necessary tools for assembly and admitted they had lost or forgotten them. - I had to lend them my own drill, but even then, they couldnt assemble the bed due to missing connectors. - I paid $300 for professional delivery, but they left the job incomplete with damaged items scattered in my room.Given the amount I paid, I expected far better quality and service. Im extremely disappointed and cannot recommend Rooms To Go based on this experience. Hopefully, they address these issues soon, but for now, I would advise others to be cautiousRooms To Go

Horrible customer service!!!!! Ordered a complete living room set, knowing the one chair would take 4 weeks to deliver. Got a call the day before the delivery that the chair wouldn't be delivered for 4 more weeks but that was NOT a guarantee. I am out over $800.00. I can't get the chair that is on the floor. I purchased curtains, carpet, etc to go with the set. I called the store, asked for the manager, was told blah, blah, blah. Bottom line customer care told me they don't care about the customer experience. I asked to return the items I have and to just get my money back and was told that I couldn't do this. NEVER GO TO ROOMS TO GO IN *********. They won't even let me buy the display model chair. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ********************** cares Nothing about the customer experience, at least not at the ********* store.Rooms To Go

I was told I had to use cash or debit card. They will not take my financing or even my **************** that was issued to me I had all the proper identification. I have never stepped in any route to go prior to this and was confused. I was approved by merchant that they offered. The store associate said it was the declined when I called the merchant that was providing the financing. They said they had no knowledge or reasoning for that to happen. Scammed out of over $407. Originally went to buy a King ******** at ********** location last year and was told by salesman that we could pick a base for FREE in addition. Did not need a base but got a Queen size for spare room.Had to return mattress due to being faulty 4 times in all. The 3rd return just this last month we were told that the mattress we had was discontinued and we would need to pick a different make, (they would not refund us in full to shop elsewhere) BUT we had $407 less than our original purchase price because WE had broken the contract by not having the same mattress so the base had a cost of $407??THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SAME MATTRESS TO US SO HOW DID WE BREAK THE CONTRACT?Absolute scam artists and we have just had to return the substitute mattress for also be faulty.Rooms To Go

Rooms to go had no intention of rectifying the problem they simply wanted to post something just to look good publicity wise. Wasted our time with emails and phone calls and blamed the manufacturer and everyone else as to why they couldn't give us back the $400 they scammed from us.Con merchants..AVOID!!Review fromKayla B

I have called, went into the store and called again and cannot get someone to fix this issue. I ordered multiple pieces of furniture from the Rooms to Go in ************ and it was shipped to the wrong address. With no notification it was delivered to the wrong address. I talked to two managers at the store and they said they do not know how to fix this. Maybe someone at the corporate level should help out the people they hire. This company has stolen my money and wil not give a solution. I do A LOT of business with Rooms to go and now I will NEVER buy from them again.Rooms To Go

I was very dissatisfied with the treatment I received from Rooms to Go in *************. I received the flyer with pictures of Rooms to Go furniture. I decided the Aqua leather couch. I went with my boyfriend to the showroom and showed the salesman the picture of the couch. He brought us to the couch and discussed how nice it was going to look in my condo. So I ordered it. The couch was delivered and it was gray!!! Even the delivery person was a little confused and talked me into maybe its the lighting. When they left I looked closely at the color with natural light from the window and it was not the color of the couch I thought I ordered. It looked nothing like the couch in the picture or the showroom. I called customer service and they looked at the photo that was taken the day of delivery and said they would look into it. My salesman called me back and said yes that is the right couch and the is color Aqua. I posted the couch on ******** and everyone agreed it was gray. So they agreed to replace the couch. I thought am I going crazy?? So I go back to the store in *************. As they were paging my salesman, I said to myself, let me take as look at the couch again in the showroom. I look around and I do not see the Aqua couch I saw before but I see the grey couch with a sign that says ****!!! I could not believe my eyes. They removed the Aqua couch I saw and replaced it with the grey one. Then I spoke with the salesman and the store manager about what happened to the couch from before? They said they never had that couch on the floor!!! I could not believe it again. Why lie!!! I had my boyfriend with me as a witness!!! I went back and forth with them for a while and finally I agreed to take the beige couch. I felt like they treated me like I was stupid! Why because I am a woman??? I lost sleep and had a lot of stress over this. I accepted the beige couch because I could not get a refund but I will never buy from them again!Rooms To Go

18 month old leather sofa... Stitching on one chair back had split. They are not interested as it is over 12 months old. Told me to get a furniture repair service to repair it. It is not damaged just bad workmanship. My husband and I are 60 years old so we haven't been jumping on it to damage it!No customer service at all. Just kept saying the same line whenever I asked for someone to write to at a higher level. Last time I spend $6000 with them.Spend your money somewhere else.Rooms To Go
