I purchase a modular set at the **************, ** location early June. I had the set delivered to my new house in *************, **. approximately two -three weeks later. I called to see if I could exchange it from a sectional to two sofas because of the configuration of my house. The person that assisted me in customer service told me that I had to call the showroom where I purchased the set. I proceeded to call there and they told me they couldnt do anything because it had been over a month since they delivered it.. I havent been living in the house because I was waiting for my shutters to be installed, other furniture backordered, etc. I find it appalling that they can accomodate my request. Is not like I am asking for my money back!!! I just wanted to change it from a sectional to sofas !!!I was thinking about going back to purchase additional furniture and now I am never going back!!Rooms To Go

I received some credit on a prior mattress I purchased at RTG in *********************************************************************************** sore when I woke up. I went through the process of having the tech come out for measurements and then purchased/upgraded to this mattress in Jan 2024. This current mattress has started leaving me sore again when I wake up so I called customer service and they sent out a technician to take measurements again on 7/26/2024 and go through the process again. Customer service called me today 7/29/2024 and again said I can have the mattress replaced or upgraded to another mattress and I explained I did not want to go that route again. I suggested I would like to receive my money back or store credit as I did not want to go through this process for a 3rd time. She told me to call the store manager which I did (*******************) and he again told me the same thing. He could not refund any money or give me any store credit to purchase furniture. I have purchased furniture through out the years at RTG and never had an issue and even recommended RTG but I will defiantly never again purchase a mattress from RTG and will let others know about this policy and to avoid RTG if shopping for a mattress.Rooms To Go

Rooms to Go is a horrible business that rip off their customers. I purchased a mattress that was almost $10,000.00. Had it for lil over 90 day. I cannot sleep on the mattress because it is causing me Severe lower back pain due to its softness. I asked to get the mattress exchange to a firmer mattress. They want me to pay a 20% restocking fee. That is not going to happen. Horrible company that put their customers last and money first.Rooms To Go

Rooms to go has the absolute worst customer service! Selena, the supervisor I spoke to had the worst & most nasty attitude- I’m not sure how she managed to get in a managerial position. The delivery team was kept pushing back the 4 hr window! What’s the purpose of a timeframe if the items won’t ever be delivered during those times & then still charge me for that! I would recommend to take your business elsewhere. No to mention the furniture is all **** & made poorly!Rooms To Go

Biggest mistake buying from these *******. Poor poor customer service. They charge you for breathing. If you have a problem you will pay hundreds for them to pick up furniture or deliver new piece. They dont offer 150 in gas because they delivered wrong bed and ottoman but they **** sure charge you. Lazy *** ****. Be aware they are not going to help you during purchase or if you have a problem with furnitureRooms To Go

I bought this expensive couch from Rooms To Go recently. I was given a chemical to periodically clean the furniture. The first day I cleaned the furniture, I saw a line like a razor blade cut **** on one of the couch and the other one you could see the tread that was used to sew one set of the couch is cutting through the leather, which when I start receiving visitors, this couch won't last longer. I contacted Rooms To Go, they send a Technician to check it out and this Technician ignorantly told me it's nothing to worry about and I am like "really?". I called the customer service number and reported but never got a feedback on the report I lodged about the Technician. After waiting for 10 business day per their protocol, Rooms To Go never reached out to me about the decision after the appointment with the Technician. I reached out to them myself again and what Rooms To Go finally told me was "According to the Technician, "there is nothing to worry about and the it has not yet cut through the leather" so there is nothing that can be done for now and I'm like "really?", so they refused to exchange those two sets for me. They did even talk about the protection plan I have for this expensive couch. I regret shopping at this company, because this is a new house I just bought and I was trying to buy quality expensive furniture not knowing I chose the wrong company.Rooms To Go

I am sitting here furious after calling the store (Rooms to go, Pensacola), calling customer service, emailing claims department and no one can help me. I placed an order for 2 deliveries. We had no problems with the first one. The second one was for a sofa sleeper. It arrived damage and the delivery person said they could not do anything except put it in their notes. I called it that time and they said they would send somebody out to repair it. After two weeks of waiting for the sofa we had to wait another week for someone to come out to repair it. Those delivery people also damaged all of my door frames and doors going into the room. I had to file a separate claim for that. They requested pictures and I sent those. I still have not heard back from them. Today the repairman came. He said that he could not fix it. He needs additional parts and that would take an additional week. I told him that I no longer wanted the sofa sleeper and I needed to go purchase one immediately because I have a disabled father in law coming to visit. He said there was nothing he could do. I called the store and they said they have no manager available to speak with. They took my name and never called me back. I called customer service again.And she said there was nothing she could do and could give me an answer in 3 to 5 business days. So now I have a damaged sofa sleeper and damaged doors and NO ONE at rooms to go can help me.Rooms To Go

The sales practices are horrible. We specifically wanted a full package chest,dresser etc. The sales woman said all available. We didn't receive chest, not available for 2mths & we need to pay for it. I take part responsibility for not clearly focusing on receipt. Also fortega warranty added to furniture w/o consent when chest subsequently ordered.Rooms To Go

Worst company...got a first couch--pieces didn't match. Got a replacement couch--still doesn't match. Customer service told me I was stuck with it and there was nothing they could do about it as they "don't guarantee that the pieces will match" and offered me to exchange for any different couch but I could never buy the same couch again and that "they flagged my account so I could never buy this couch again." Finally got corporate involved and they sent out a technician who agreed to the discrepancy, but it has now been a month and I still have not heard about my new replacement. This company completely just blows off their paying customers and doesn't care at all about making their errors right. I want nothing more than to receive exactly what I paid for.Rooms To Go
