      I purchased a sectional from RTG in Atl ******* in 2022. I took out the warranty. My first claim was the end of 2023/24 for the left side. Sitting on the couch and my husband had a piece of metal come through and poke his hand. we noticed it was a spring/metal bar of some sort supporting the couch cause the couch was sagging in the middle. I put in a claim with Guardian, they had a tech come out to review the damage. He looked at it and said "let me see what I can do" He flipped the couch and saw a main "wire/bar" broken. He went outside and got a few tools and basically took the 2 pieces of wire and put a clamp over it. The couch still sags and I don't think the "fix" was a great "fix/solution". few months later in March, the other side of the couch (which we never sit on) broke. I was looking for a toy that went under the couch and saw a big bulge of wood ripping through the black sheet under the couch. I immediately took some pics the best I could and filed another claim And scheduled a technician to come out.he right away looked at it and said "wow this is a huge support piece, they need to replace this couch" he said he was going to recommend that RTG replace the couch. I got an email on April 10th stating they are requesting an in-shop repair, which I'm not happy about. I tried to call schedule and dispute the repair but when I called RTG they told me Guardian hasn't submitted paperwork. I called Guardian they told me to call RTG!!!! I have gone back and forth about this repair. I have an email that states the claim approval # and to call RTG. this still has not been resolved! I'm very unhappy with the quality and service with this item (and Ive purchased furniture here before with no issues) There has to be something done about this. A couch should last more than a year. I bought my last couch in 2016 and got rid of it in 2022. This couch I have now like I said is less than 2 years old and a main structure piece from both parts of the sectional has failed!!

      More than satisfied with the level of service from Dior at the *************** location! He helped us via phone and email as we were trying to coordinate a purchase and delivery from out of state. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient! **** always gives 110% effort!

      I am very disappointed from Rooms to Go. I bought an adjuster support lifting up and down. I received only lifting head top. I went to the store, and they told me the order said that it was only top and that I signed and accepted the product. That it was my fault for not reading the order before signing. They were saying in order to get the one I want I need to pay $300 dollars more. Please everyone, READ ALWAYS the receipt (event ***** mine didn't specify head top, only the table you sign at store) The sales person trying to offer me a "better deal" never clarified it was only lifting top, what a shamed. In addition, she added to my order a mattress cover, that she never offered. Please Roomsto Go, train better your sales Team. I couldn't return the item, or get the one I wanted, so one thing for sure, RoomstoGo just lost a loyal customer since 2012.

      Will never buy another thing from rooms to go. I bought a bedroom set a year ago that cost me $5000 and when I pulled it away from the wall to clean behind it I noticed the wood bar on the back bottom of the headboard was cracked. The guys that delivered and installed it who are a third-party installed it that way and did not tell me. They pushed it against the wall so I wouldnt notice, I paid for an extended warranty and now Im being told that it does not cover that and because its a year old my one year warranty through rooms to go will not cover it either.Once its in your house, youre stuck with whatever garbage rooms to go bring you !! Shame on them a big business and dont even take care of their customers !!

      I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with Rooms-To-Go regarding the purchase of a ****** Way Beige Sideboard. My experience has been marked by disappointment and frustration due to multiple deliveries of a defective product and insufficient customer service responses.Initially, the sideboard delivered had a warped glass top/warped frame and improperly installed doors that wouldn't close properly. Despite paying extra for delivery, I received a substandard product. When I contacted customer service, they agreed to replace the sideboard, which I expected would resolve the issue.Regrettably, the replacement sideboard arrived in an even worse condition, exhibiting some of the same defects. I opted to give Rooms To Go another opportunity to rectify the situation. They consented to send yet another replacement, which still bore similar flaws.Compounding the issue, two sideboards were shipped for the latest delivery, but the delivery team was uninformed about the second sideboard's purpose and refused to unload it for inspection. Following another call to customer service, I spoke with a representative who proposed sending new doors, magnets, and hinges and arranging for a technical team to install them.Moreover, the initial compensation offered for this ordeal was a paltry $25, an insult considering the sideboard's price and the inconvenience of coordinating multiple deliveries and repairs.I am deeply disheartened by Rooms-To-Go's failure to provide a product that meets basic quality standards and their inadequate response to customer service issues. The situation escalated to a point where my forbearance has been severely tested.

      Horrible experience, bought a bedroom set 2 months ago and it was missing parts, since then I have received on 2 separate occassions incomplete Hardware and missing parts, the lack of accoutability coming from a national brand is unacceptable, meanwhile my mattress lays on the floor, it amazes me that every day I see over 10 TV Marketing commercials but no focus on customer experience!

      It happened again, today after waiting. 3 months a technician was going to deliver missing parts. Guess what? They didnt have the correct parts!Tnis is unacceptable coming from a natuonal band that supposedly strives on a excellent customer experience.I have called more than 10 times and expressed the parts that are missing and every time the agent has confirmed the parts I need.Horrible experience and asking for a return or compensation.       Today for the 3rd time was denied being switched over to a supervisor, excuse today was that they were all currently in a meeting. I had to make accommodations today out my work day for nothing and Rooms To Go doesn't have a supervisor available to resolve a customer issue, shame on them!

      I recently invested $5,347 in a "**** and ***************************** Point" leather recliner sectional from Rooms to Go, hoping for a premium quality product that matched its hefty price tag. The major issue lies with the cushions, which are already sinking in, making the sofa very uncomfortable. This is especially disappointing considering we're only two people in the home, and the level of wear does not correspond to the amount of use.My disappointment isn't just about the deteriorating comfort but also about the overall quality and installation of the sectional. The recliners are misaligned, significantly detracting from both the aesthetic and functional appeal that was promised.I've trying to resolve this by either exchange or chose a different product form Rooms To Go since a month. Efforts to address these concerns began as early as 30 days after purchase. However, after trying to reach customer support for a month, my issues have yet to be addressed. Moreover, attempts to resolve these issues have led me into a customer service abyss with no substantive support or resolution in sight. Its disheartening to acknowledge that the hefty sum spentwhich covered not only the product but also shipping, tax, and a 2-year insurancefeels unjustified now. This isnt a trivial purchase like laundry detergent; its a significant investment into what should have been a quality piece of furniture in our home.I cannot, in good faith, recommend purchasing from Rooms to Go, particularly the "**** and ***************************** Point" line. If youre considering a new piece of furniture, it might be wise to look elsewhere unless youre prepared for potential disappointment and inadequate post-purchase support.

      So we bought a couch and love seat from rooms to go over a month ago. It was delay until the 4-6-2024 due to a shortage on color we wanted. There was no issue there at all. It is what it is so we had no issue with them showing up later based on that. The issue we have is one the return and refund policy 48 hours before you receive item come on now guys. That is not a return policy that is a stop purchase order policy. Secondly the couches are airway falling apart. Both have torn apart due to putting leg rest down. And one is already having arm rest loosen up. Two weeks old guys not months two weeks *********** called in a service call they took pictures that is it. Still have a couch that is torn no issue on refund or return due to bad product. ***** told them about the other couch doing the same thing response was call it in cant do anything with it. You sold us c*** guys all I want is to get it refunded and returned. I do n it want to be stuck with poorly made furniture at the price you are selling them at. I received better service from big lots and better quality furniture as well. And you all cant even back what is sold in your stores. I am now waiting a week to have someone come back out to look at the couch your guy could have easily looked at while he was here. Poor poor customer care and or satisfaction. Along with I can promise I was not told I 48 hours prior to getting furniture to return it. If I would have thought I was getting junk I would not have ordered it begin with. Instead here I am with c*** already falling apart and a replacement will it be good with the already bad taste of what was sent to me to begin with being junk. This needs to be fixed sooner the later. I will use my old couches before continuing to use this c*** Thank goodness I did not get rid of those yet.

      Horrible experience. My mom bought my furniture in December and it was delivered in January. The men who delivered the furniture were extremely rude. Throwing my stuff together and left stuff everywhere. I only had my couch for 3 months before it broke. Literally sunk in when we attempted to pull out the portion to turn it into a bed. Scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, repair man called and left a voicemail. Mom immediately called him back 3 times and received no phone call back. I even called to see if he would answer my number. No call back. We had to contact customer service which was useless because they took forever to get a hold of him and he apparently was no longer in the area. So now we have to wait a month to get my couch fixed because my mom bought overpriced cheap furniture and we are dealing with incompetent customer service members and a repair man. Literally will never buy furniture from roomstogo furniture again.
