      I bought a power recliner for my 90 year old sister. She tried it in the store and liked it as it was supportive and comfortable. She had it for a few weeks and asked me to sit in it. I noticed that there was no support in the seat cushion and the fabric on the leg portion buckled up. Also the power buttons didn't always work. This chair was nothing like the one in the store. I contacted customer service and they sent a rude representative who wouldn't listen to the concerns we had. He sat in the chair and the buttons wouldn't work and asked if it was plugged in. I also told him about the lack of ******* in the seat and he said it just needs to be broken in, and we would hear from them in 3-5 days. I never heard back, and when I called them they said ******* said nothing was wrong with the chair. We only have the chair for a few weeks, and we are having these problems. I wish I would have read these reviews first before buying from them. Terrible furniture, terrible customer service, they lost any future business from me, and I will make sure to let others know of my experience with them.

      DO NOT BUY IN FURNITURE AND WARRANTY IN THIS STORE.We bought in October 2022 a sofa and dining room. We followed the recommendation to get the warranty for 3 years. Few days ago called the customer service of make a claim for the dining room which the crystal ***** is not secure enough and it needs to be replaced as soon as possible as well the chairs are peeled. My surprise was The CUSTUMER SERVICE did not help at all. They asked me to contact directly FORTEGRA. When I called to make the claim, they asked me how long ago I had noticed the problem but because it was about 2-3 months ago and they said the guarantee was only effective if I made a claim within less than a month noticed. So why should I pay a 3-year warranty if I can't use it? This is a fraud for us as consumers.This company should be penalized for selling warranties that cannot be used.

      THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST FURNITURE FOR THE ***** YOU PAY. THE CHARGES ON MY 0-INTEREST DEAL ARE RIDICULOUS. THEY DELIVERED AN END TABLE THAT WAS DAMAGED AND AGREED TO REPLACE IT FOR FREE. I WAS CHARGED SOMEHOW. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. FINANCING IS **************** SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. JB

      WARNING-DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE!!! My husband and I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Rooms to go at the *********** location 3 weeks ago and have been lied to, and scammed. Do not waste your money with this company! We were in the store for 2 days speaking with *** the salesman. We wanted to make sure this was the bed for us, all of our options. We have had the Serta IComfort mattress for many years and have loved it. *** sold us on the Temper-Pedic, because he told us we had nothing to worry about, we had a 90 day sleep trial period and all we would lose if we returned it was $168 restocking fee. After 2 days of going back and forth on what we really wanted to do, we went ahead and bought the Temper-Pedic mattress for almost $4,000. We also ended up purchasing a whole new bedroom set. So $6,800 later, here I am writing a negative review. Why? Because ******* Rooms To Go lied to us! At no point in time in the 2 days we spent in the store were the words, you may ONLY return the mattress to get a mattress equal in price or greater. We bought the most expensive mattress in the store. The manager at this location, she was beyond rude, zero sympathy or empathy. She kept saying the paper with this information is in the packet. Umm excuse me?! So what they do is, lie to you during the sale. After you purchase the mattress, they give you your paperwork with the no refund policy on mattresses. Yes, you heard me correctly! After you've purchased! Actually, we didn't even get paperwork because the printer wasn't working. Even if we did, at what point is this ok to do to people. We didn't want a full refund, we wanted a serta mattress that was $2,000. So now, I've canceled my order completely, so they lost the sale on the bedroom furniture and I'm going to keep fighting the mattress sale. I'm telling everyone to stay clear away from Rooms To Go! The manager is horrible, the salesman lied to us. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE!

      I believe I left my previous review on the wrong RTG. If so I apologize.Ive been buying furniture from RTG since my first apartment 20 years ago. Never any issues. We moved to ******** ******** bought ** the *************************** beachside walk which is comfy and beautiful. It was delivered 10/2022. When we bought the sofa they led us to believe it had a great warranty for 3 years including years. There are now multiple tears in the seams of the sofa. One is almost 7 long another 4 long. We didnt want them to replace the entire slip cover (cushion covers) only the frame slip cover. But because these tears are in the seams they are not willing to help in anyway. My husband just order a new sofa from them that was delivered a week ago. Due to the poor customer service, poor quality (that has clearly gone down hill) their unwillingness to help we have serious concerns about the new sofa and want them to come pick it up so we can buy from somewhere more trustworthy, reliable and honorable. We are even willing to buy an entire new slipcover at a discounted rate in hopes this was just a manufacturer mistake and wont happen again. Their unwillingness to support / help in anyway leads us to believe they do not take pride in their work and will say anything you want to hear to get you to make a purchase. ***** (the associate) said ALL TEARS ARE COVERED FOR 3 years not all tears excluding the seams. I am very let down and wish they were more cooperative and willing to help or work with us in some way. They have lost 4 loyal customers due to this. My mother, husband, myself and even my ex-husband. ?? unfortunately by the way they are handling this, 4 loyal customers doesnt matter much to them. Very disappointed and will no longer be recommending RTG to friends or family. I used to LOVE RTG and recommended it to any one who would ask. Its a shame thats no longer the case.

      Customer service owes me hours of my life back, spent calling to follow up trying to return 2 pillows I ordered that were the wrong print. I have been trying to return the unopened box of pillows I spent $70 on for months now! Every time it's the same story. They will get back to me, but they don't. I wait a week and call again. Same story. Crazy!!

      I recently purchased a leather sectional. The skin of the leather is ultra thin which damages easily. A Rooms To Go technician investigated the damages and stated the leather was over pressed and he would suggest a re-select. He also didn't want to try and repair since the sectional was only a couple weeks old. Rooms To Go denied the re-select and said the damages we not covered under warranty. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue but Rooms To Go continues to stand by the warranty coverage and not consider the manufacturing defect identified by their own employee.

      Hi, you still have not addressed the issue about the leather being poor quality and the fact that your technician identified it being over pressed which is a manufacturing defect. You would not know how thin the leather until it cuts and peels. The sectional was advertised as a quality leather product. Since the leather is poor quality, I would consider this as fraud. How many other complaints have you received on this line of furniture? Is there a reason that reviews are not available for this project? Most of our furniture we own was purchased through *** and customer service was excellent. What changed?

      I recently purchased a mattress, pillows & a mattress topper...The ******************* topper are great & one of the pillows is working out as well...The second pillow is not working out, it's a little fluffy for me & so I wanted to exchange it for one that would be less fluffy... I was told by the Mgr, that due to health concerns pillows were not returnable/exchangable. I feel like this should have been made more clear by the salesman at the time of the purchase, but maybe because I was buying a cooling pillow, priced at $200.00, he felt it wasn't that important to stress the fact that you should really love the pillow before making the choice in the 5 to 10 minutes you can spend lying on a pillow in the store. Upon hearing about these health concerns, I remarked that you can return a bathing suit you don't like or underwear that could cause far more health concerns than a pillow that had a pillow protector & a pillow case on it...Not sure why you can exchange a mattress you've slept on for thirty days but not a pillow you used 1 night and realized it wasn't for you... Rooms to Go will not be getting anymore of my ************ will let my ******************* know they don't stand behind there products or for their customers either.
