      AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.We purchased the Aberlin Court sectional and have had problems from day one. It arrived without all cushions and the ones that were there looked like they were ten years old. The couch isnt even a year and a half old and its garbage. Their customer service department has refused to do anything to correct it. Will never deal with this company again.

      I have spent all morning trying to get my bedframe serviced that broke last night from my wife and I laying on it. Laying to go to sleep. Not jumping, bouncing, just laying still. The bedframe collapsed..and broke the support legs. This is the 2nd failure of this part. My first service was 29 Dec 23. I have been told there is no phone number to call for service department and the earliest they will arrive is 14 March. I guess my wife who has, asthma will sleep on the mattress on the floor. Thanks Rooms To Go. 1000/1000 DO NOT RECOMMEND Furniture is cheap and breaks easily. GO TO Ashley's or Havertys. Stay away from RTG. Wish I could give zero stars.

      Never buy from here. They lie about warranty and lack communication. My couch frame broke after a year and it took months to get help. While waiting an animal urinated on couch and I was told it was not covered and would have to wait months more to file a claim. I was told the couch would NOT be replaced. I could no longer keep it in the house due to the odor and being unsanitary so had to pay to get it thrown out. Then I received a call about an appointment set up for a replacement which I was never made aware of. Now they are saying basically too bad because I no longer have the couch. Very unfair as it was not my fault and due to their lack of communication and lies. Never shopping there again and neither is anyone I know

      I purchased a couch and love seat in Oct. 2023. I contacted the store and told them I was not happy with my purchase within 30 days. I was allowed to return the unsatisfactory items for an additional fee of nearly $700. When the units were being picked up, the delivery drivers informed me that they picked up that particular couch often as many other customers had complaints about comfort and functionality of those couches. I contacted the store, asked for the manager. He did not return my call. I called back in a couple of weeks because I was originally told he was on vacation. Mgr. said he never got my message. He informed me that he was not able to make any adjustments to my complaint but would send it up to his supervisor. This same saga went on for many weeks. Nothing from the corporate office. After filing a complaint with ****** Maps, I heard from Rooms to Go "TellUs" They informed me that it had been too long and they were not able to help in any way. The reason it took so long was that their management team did NOT do their job and I'm out $700.! I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommend anyone purchase anything from Rooms to Go!

      am highly disappointed and discourage any and everyone from wasting their time and energy at Rooms To Go! My Husband and I closed on our house and we were looking for furniture to furnish it. We went to Room to Go and I instantly fell in love with the Hosford Reclining Sectional the Sales person suggested to us but after seeing the total My Husband told me it was too much. We visited other furniture stores but my mind was already fixed on the sectional at Rooms to Go. We received money back at closing and My Husband urged me to get the sofa I wanted. I called the Salesperson who remembered us, and she gave us the total and the order number and asked us to pay online to ensure delivery in the time frame we wanted. I used 2 different debit cards to pay for the sofa on a Friday evening and I was excited. I received a call the next day saying we need to go into the store to verify payment, but on our way to the store, I called both banks to ensure they were not holding payment since we moved to another stated. Both banks ensured me that the charges were approved on their end. We get to the store to learn that Rooms to Go's corporate office denied the payment with no explanation as to why. The store associate told me I needed to swipe my card but I refused because it was still would have showed up a 2 charges as my money was not yet released to my bank. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY OFFER ONLINE PAYMENTS IF THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE CAN DENY PAYMENTS. I took my time, money and patience to Living Spaces a furniture store in Frisco, Texas. I was able to pay for my sofa and get it delivered in less than a week saving us over $1,000. I will never return to Rooms To Go for anything.

      I open my account and as time pass the credited limit declined which caused my over all credit score to decrease significantly. This is unfair to the consumer in which they apply for credit and be penalized because theyre not paying more than a minimum payment but paying every month on time this company should be not allowed to issue credit cards.

      Do not buy furniture from Rooms To Go! We bought 2 couches in June. They have already been replaced once and now they came out and said they cant be replaced or repaired and we have to pick something else. But since we bought them on sale they will only give us the sale price we paid not the original price, so to replace them we have to reward rooms to go for their crappy products and give them more money because nothing comparable is on sale any more. Every time we talk to someone the amount they are giving us changes, and they claim there are no notes on the account where weve spoken to anyone. We asked if we can just be cashed out since we had the couches less than ******************************************************************************************************** the protection/replacement it says that and to send us a copy of said policy, they cant. They are also not refunding us for shipping and we will have to pay for shipping on whatever we choose! Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid Rooms to Go!
