I made a purchase of a bedroom set along with a few other things for an apartment I was moving into after the 1st of the year. 1 product was not available until Feb 6th for delivery and when that date came and the delivery driver arrived with my merchandise it was damaged. They also damaged my bedroom door in the process of moving it in to that room. They took pictures and said they would replace the item and reschedule delivery. I had to take off work for this and was a little irritated as I now had the inconvenience of another day to have to plan a redelivery. Once the redelivery day came, today February 17th, the item was defective yet again. When I called customer service they said that they would give me a $50 credit which I felt was ridiculous but they would not budge or let me speak with a supervisor. I then proceeded to contact the store where the items were purchased and was unable to speak with a manager but the lady on the phone said she would take my info and have the manager call me back. I never received a call and want EVERYONE to know that this company only cares about taking your money and making the sale and after it is paid for they won't honor customer service or stand behind their products. I would find another retail furniture store to give your business to as there are many options in South Florida. This is extremely disappointing as I have been in sales my entire life and know that my word is my bond and I am the face of the company and product and service I sell.Rooms To Go

I just had an amazing experience with a Rooms To Go sales associate, *******************, at your **********, ******* location. *** was knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. Absolutely awesome experience at Rooms To Go in ******. ******************** and staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The etiquette was that of CHICK FIL A and in my opinion, it's the best. If your experience was not like mine, please give them another chance. 1 starHorrible company. The extended warranty is a scam. Bought a couch from them and the material wore out so quick. Called to file a claim, they lure you into saying what they want you to say so they can decline your claim. My friend got the same couch as me and had the same issues with the fabric. Cheap made. Horrible company. I got an accent table that was missing 2 screws and the instructions. I went round and round with customer service. Come to find out that some pieces are shipped by the vendor instead of the company. I paid $1283 for my 4 Canberra pieces. I found the same products at Wayfair for $597! So much for you advertising low prices My last order from Rooms to go.Rooms To Go

I got two poor quality end tables and they will not exchange them for something else the legs are wobbly they got ridges so cannot sit a drink on them. They said their policy is no exchanges yet a couple weeks prior they exchanged a couch for my sister due to being too big for her room ???Rooms To Go

My wife and I moved into a new build home in Pensacola. We went to Rooms to Go and purchased a $3,000 livingroom set in June 2023. Needless to say, the fabric sectional is an extremely crap product. The back pillows and seat cushions have frayed in six months it looks terrible. The material in the back pillows is cheap as they no longer hold the original shape. We purchased the extended warranty but I am so angered about this, that my best fix is just to order high quality furniture from Macy’s. My neighbors warned me prior to purchasing from Rooms to Go as they have had a bad encounter with them also. Beware of purchasing if you want the product to last long term.Rooms To Go

OMG, i bought my whole house frim RTG.. and all the wooden furniture started giving out splinters. We can not touch it let alone use it. And the answer that i got from the customer service and the supervisors at the headquarters was that they could do nothing about it cause i have exceeded the one year warranty by a month. I had this issue for some time however when life happens to you like sickness or work you can just not be aware of the time and so I requested for an override or a solution for making an exchange but the answer was so strict and not near helpful. Even for my leather sectional on which some stains occured in time they had the most illogical answer like if i had one stain on the sectional they would be of help but more than one was not possible. And if they knew that i was out of warranty why had they sent the technician to my house? It is such a dissappointment.. do not ever buy from RTGRooms To Go

Rooms to go has provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I filed a claim regarding a couch I purchased May 2022 and bought extended warranty for. The couch has a manufacturing issue that causes it make a noise that sounds like it’s breaking due to the springs. Fortega the insurance company says the don’t cover noises or poor manufacturing. I’ve spoken to the customer service reps at rooms to go and they are all so rude and the manager there called Stephanie refuses to speak with me. She had there is nothing she can do change and anything. She has hung up on me and now refuses to take my calls saying there is nothing else to talk about! I don’t know what kind of company this is but I am appalled. I will never buy from rooms to go again and will work with the credit card company to not have to pay for this terrible couch anymore!Rooms To Go

Title: RoomsToGo Review: A Catastrophic Series of Errors My RoomsToGo ordeal was a disaster. Ordered a split king adjustable bed base and TheraPedic Iris Twin XL mattresses online via RoomsToGo credit card. Initial delivery revealed mattresses were Twin, not Twin XL. Replacements arrived twice, still wrong size. Spent over 15 work hours accommodating deliveries, being six months pregnant. **************** was abysmal, met with excuses and delays. Manager ******* suggested returning beds, disregarding my efforts. Eventually offered ******* bed, demanding $200 extra. After negotiation, agreed to price match but minimal compensation for inconvenience. Overall, RoomsToGo's incompetence, lack of accountability, and poor customer service left me disillusioned.
