      Purchased items worth over $7,000 One of the items a sectional its extremely uncomfortable making you sink into the sofa. My grandfather cannot get up once he sits I On the sofa. Purchased the protection plan. I was told that I could do a re-selection regardless of whether there was a manufactory issue. They said that the only difference was that if there was not a manufactory issue we would need to pay restocking fee. They sent the technician who stated that there is no manufacturing issues and the store is now saying that there is nothing they will do about the sectional. They are the worse store to buy from. And I am requesting a replacement or reimbursement of money

      had purchased sofa power recliner after a 2 years the recliner started to sink down and also the fake leather on the sides started to peal now only if it was real leather dont peal i had leather recliner they never peal because it was real but rooms to go sells fake leather that dont last at all and we paid for 3 year warranty the sale lady told us that the warranty should cover so after this happen to sofa i reported to ******* PROTECTION PRODUCTS they so fake and liars they send a lazy technician only looked under the recliner and stappled under my recliner i dont know why he do that i thought he came to repair my recliner took the same picture i had taken and send again, so now they said they cant repair it. so we went to store waste of time they wont or cant do anything but when i spoken to one of their agent she told me that if they can repair it they would exchange it so i guess she lied just to get rid of me for not responding to me anymore not so freaking professional we think on calling and reporting this for better resolution to the media like channel 5 heck all networks and The Consumers Affairs.

      Well was I shocked today! After buying from Rooms to Go for years I left a review about them NOT HAVING REVIEWS! and who buys from companies that don't have reviews of their merchandise. Well low and behold I went there for giggles to look at bureaus for my son. And omg REVIEWS! I was so pleased with them finally! No more taking chances. Just read the reviews! Thanks for waking up RTG! You may have a customer back if the quality of the furniture improves too. But I'll just read the reviews lolololol. More stars come with decent quality merchandise. Thanks for listening.

      I bought a sofa in this store, paid more than $2,000 and paid an additional warranty, in less than 2 years, with the warranty still valid, the sofa was completely unsewn, there are parts where the design has some pleats, and that's exactly where it was unsewn and on the backrest too, I sent 2 emails to the store and they said that the warranty I paid for does not cover what is damaged. but on the day of purchase I asked the seller many times about the warranty. It's ****** that in less than 2 years a sofa costing more than $2,000 dollars has completely come unstitched, and it's even more absurd that they don't fix it, I will never buy anything from this store or Roons again. to go

      I bought the sofa at the roons to go store and paid for the extended warranty also at roons to go, at no point was it said that the extended warranty was from another company and if I needed to use it I would have to contact them I paid for the store and not for another company, if you have service with another company, it's not my problem, so you're the one who has to fix my sofa, or who has to contact the Company is you nor me

      I bought the sofa at the roons to go store and paid for the extended warranty also at roons to go, at no point was it said that the extended warranty was from another company and if I needed to use it I would have to contact them I paid for the store and not for another company, if you have service with another company, it's not my problem, so you're the one who has to fix my sofa, or who has to contact the Company is you nor me I made a complaint a few weeks ago and the store responded saying they would not be responsible because I paid for an extended warranty service with another company, but at no point was it said that the extra fee I paid was not from where I purchased the item. sofa

      Had a house fire, within the same time, the fire fighters put the fire out and of course it rained after. We Paid for the warranty in full. Did not help when I tried to get the sectional replace under the warranty that was within the 1 year agreement. The sectional was not ruined by the fire but ruined by water from rain. The associate at the store told me that the residents in the Shore Acres area had all of their furniture replaced, but a fire that was started outside of my home, and furniture ruined by the rain isn't covered. I regret buying ANYTHING from this company along with paying for a worthless warranty. This company has ZERO empathy towards families. We tell everyone asking for furniture to NEVER go to R2G.

      Waited two weeks so far for my refund cheque (although I paid on my card!). I have now missed the sale. Rooms to go ****** say the cheque was sent 31st Dec and that it can take over two weeks to arrive!!! Im literally round the corner!! My post to ** takes 4 days so obviously they are lying. They are keeping my money to earn interest but have lost the sale on two leather sofas that I wanted. Wont be giving them my business again.

      My 2 year old Leather couch has the gray color coming off . Under the gray color is white. The leathers not worn , peeling , or cracked , Rooms to Go said this is normal wear.

      I purchased a mattress at Rooms To Go Willowbrook on a new account because my old account was closed because I hadn’t used it for over 3 years. My new account balance was put on my old account causing a mix up. I tried several times to straighten it out, even though Symphony Bank. They made it seem as if I had an unpaid balance on my old account causing debt cancellation notices to be sent to me. I finally just gave up and paid off my account that was supposed to be deferred. I have excellent credit 811. It was terrible how I was treated. I will never shop at Rooms To Go again. If you are looking for a good furniture store. Don’t consider Rooms To Go Willowbrook. They are trash.

      After only 5 months of owning the table, I noticed 2 chips on the top surface, the coating is chipping off. I called Rooms To Go, and they sent a technician who told me he could not repair it and I would hear from customer service. Never heard from anyone! I had to continue to call Rooms To Go multiple times until I finally reached zomeoneonly to be told it's not problem... it's covered tech labeled "it's a scratch" and I must file a claim with our ext warranty. I disagreed, explained it as not a scratch and offered to send pictures, they would not accept. I spoke with Manager, said "nothing he can do"!! I filed a claim with ext warranty "Guardian", sent pictures, and purchase receipt. After making 6 calls to follow up, they continued to tell me to wait 3 more days..... I followed up again today, 1/9/24 after being on hold for over an hour to be told my claim was closed due table still being under the manufacturer's warranty. (talk about sending the customers in circles)!!! Again, no one called me to discuss the claim, I already advised Rooms To Go sent me to them to file ext warranty claim. I called Rooms To Go store multiple times, and spoke with the manager who said "oh, there is nothing we can do, sorry!!! you have to deal with ext warranty - Guardian Protection. WHERE IS THE SERVICE AFTER THE ******** , This table is 5 months old and the top surface is coming off....... I still have a defective table and the company should stand by their sale. The salesman who talked me into the warranty said the table would be covered "no matter what".....!! This is the first time I've shopped with Rooms To Go and I can tell if this is not resolved by replacing my table or issuing a full refund it will be my LAST and I will make sure people are aware of my experience.! Purchase Invoice - ******* - Warranty Clim# *******. Please Call me! No one wants to speak to the customer!!! I do not feel like lack of service and support deserves a rating!!!

      They dont honor what they advertise my mattress was to be **** and it was **** and the tag said **** fasley advertised and the mattress lump up and have not had it a month *** they have the 90 day return and exchange but told me that I have to exchange for the same one not fair
