1 starDon't do business with this company bought patio furniture paid over ******* dollars for the set the teak wood rubbed off on all my cushions looks terrible.said they would replace cushions but it's just going to do it again went to store to see if I could exchange for something else was screamed at by the manager ******* called me a liar ..do not appreciate the treatment told me to call customer service.Customer service told me to go to store just going around in circles..help.Review fromVictoria M

I put in a deposit for a table and was told that I could cancel if my plans changed. I was informed that after 48 hrs the money that I put as a deposit would only be returned as store credit. I spoke to one of the managers Destiny located at the town center roomstogo location and she spoke to me like I should have known better. It only a couple of days that I made this order. I could understand if I had a delivery date and was calling at the last minute. I am very upset that this simple request cant be done! Very shaded if roomstogo doesnt give me back my money!Rooms To Go

i purchase a$sofa 4,000.00section sofa two years and and few month ago when i purchase my set the salesperson told me to get the warranty that it cover everything on the sofa well in behold i notice that a part of sofa start un stitch on one side of the well i know that we had purchase the warranty that we cover .i call the store where i purchase the sofa and was told to call the warranty company i send picture of it and everything and it was not cover so i went to the store where i purchase it and talk to the manager it took him four day before i could talk to him and was told from him also that my sofa is not cover i could not believe this so i purchase a warranty that do not cover my sofa and was not happy with this purchase from room to goRooms To Go

In summary… 1. I was promised by the sales representative online if I didn’t like the table for any reason I could return it. 2. The table broke upon assembly (piece of ****), so I called and spoke with ******** and she asked me to send pictures, which I did (though I’m not sure why, I no longer liked it and wanted to return so pictures seemed unnecessary). 3. I sent the pictures, never heard back so called again and spoke with ********* and sent him pictures. No response. 4. I sent the pictures to ***** on the online chat help, he put me on hold for over 45 minutes when trying to connect me somewhere else. 5. I then re-sent my pictures to both emails above, with a delivery receipt request, and the emails were delivered. Again and with no surprise, no response. 6. I filled out the customer service form at RoomsToGo online, NO response. 7. This has been going on for TWO MONTHS. DO NOT BUY from Rooms To Go! Definitely not online, horrible customer service, worst I’ve ever seen.Rooms To Go

To start off, I did not want to put in a star at all but had to in order to submit. This goes out to the driver of the delivery people with Moon and Da-vi on Saturday, December 28, 2023. After contacting TWO reps via PHONE call And TEXTING with another rep, my sofa was NOT delivered nor do I believe an attempt was even made. He stated he called me; he did not. I received a call from a rep stating the delivery time was pushed back an hour due to the truck being loaded backwards. Then the rep who was texting me stated my delivery was to still occur, the notes stated my sofa was placed in the truck backwards. Then a different rep via phone stated the driver came to my house but I would not come out and sent photos stated he had to turn around on my road due to not fitting the truck. I have cameras. Three to be exact. Cameras do not lie. I was home all day waiting. I even received a text stating they would be reaching out in 10 min ready to redecorate my home; that was at 210 CST. He lied. They passed me up and went on to stop number 5. In order to get my couch, I had to drive 2hours away the next morning. I had to pick it up myself, or I would be waiting another two weeks to obtain this sofa. Very disappointed. O and my delivery was only DROP OFF NO SET UP. Sorry people. I asked the reps via phone and text file a complaint since they said I could not. Then I asked for confirmation and was told they couldnt do that either. So here you goRooms To Go

So so disappointed in my experience with them. They came an hour earlier than the time frame they gave me to deliver my sectional, so my brother had to meet them at my house. They didn’t put it together, only left it right inside the door, because they said my brother told them not to put it together (which he absolutely didn’t do, he just pointed them to wear the living room was, he had no reason to even tell them not to put it together) and they were only going to give me 50% of the money I spent for them to put it together back because in their words they “entered my residence when the standard delivery leaves it outside” even though that was only a 5 foot extra walk. They told me they would call me back Friday to set up a time to come back and they never did, then when I called again Saturday they called my brother a liar again and said that them coming back to put the sectional together (like I paid them to do) would only be a courtesy to me because there was a refusal of service (which there WAS NOT) and that they would call me back Saturday and to keep my phone close to me. It’s now the end of Tuesday and I’ve yet to get a call about them coming back to set my couch up. Between them coming outside of the time frame, calling my brother a liar, and never doing what they keep telling me to do, I don’t know that I’d buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. Really disappointed with how they’ve handled this.Rooms To Go

Horrible warranty service company. A waist of your money. I own a lot of cabin rentals in Helen GA. I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from Rooms to Go. The warranty sounds good until you need it. Two years of run around from Guardian Warranty, and thousands more dollars in furniture to replace what is covered under insurance. And no help from Rooms to Go.Rooms To Go

I would never buy from Rooms To Go if they were offering 99 percent discount. I purchased a couch and love seat. So poorly made, no legs I had to call 15 times for them. The pillows do not have enough stuffing and wrinkle after sitting on them. Tech came out, said one pillow and back pillow, I told him its brand new, now after sitting on all the cushions they look horrible. I think I will have a truck put them in front of there store so people can see what garbage there selling. I have not received the cushions as of yet. So Christmas will be embarrassing to my friends and family. But I will let them know to never buy from Rooms To Go.Rooms To Go
