      I scheduled a furniture to be delivered at a specific date and spoke to two customer service representatives on two different dates who confirmed that my item will be delivered on the date I requested. I never got the delivery while I already paid for said item. Really disappointing experience.

      Their furniture is junk. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their warranty is a joke. I will never purchase anything from them again and strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this ripoff company.

      Not a good experience. Paid almost $2000 for a dining set thus was expecting some quality control. All the chairs and table had knots from the wood, O can understand that. But onenof the chairs the knot was on the most visible part , it was BLACK (which was very noticeable as the chair was loght brown)... asked for an exchange and the nee chair was worse with about 16 BLACK knots on just rhe X on the back of the chair... why they can not at least care about putting the knots in the less visible areas? Where is the quality control in this company??! Qhen i called again they said they were not exxhanging it because thats what wood is, it has knots... it seems they dont undertstand the difference between accepting they wood has knots and not doing anything at all to make sure the uvhliest knots are in less visible places (aka. The QUALITY control i would expect when i paid so much for rhe chair)... im not complaining that the chairs have knots, if rhat was the case I would have reported LL the chairs (4 in total), the bench and the table itself as theyALL have various knots.. i just reported one chair especificaññy necauwe on that one it is not just a knot, it is a very ugly knot in a very noticeable location of the chair, that quality control should have minimized especialñy when you pay so much for a chair.. I wont be buying from Rooms to Go ever again.

      First let me say, things happen, but how things are resolved is vital. I bought a living room suit and was delivered the wrong piece. Long story short, I was transferred to the store in ******************** when calling. Someone who said they were the manager really needs training. When I asked the name they hesitated and told me *****, so I hope this name is correct. Number one, I am not a child and refused to be talked to like one. The aggressive tone and no concern left me baffled. This person could have professional communicated to me in a way that represented the face of Rooms To Go. The message was to call another store, simple right? I tried to explain that I had spent 6 hours being transferred and calls dropping, transferred to wrong stores and being told different information. If this person had just said a simple word "I am sorry" and continued, but no, almost yelling, they came on the phone aggressively speaking, " Ma'am you have the wrong store and you have to call the other one!" ****, wasn't going to listen to anything I had to say and attitude let me know that they honestly didn't care. If I could have, after speaking with this person, I would have sent the entire living room suite back and cancelled my Rooms to Go Credit card. A message to Rooms To Go, " Send this person to training before you lose more customers. There are a lot of choices out there"

      After placing order and calling multiple times to inquiry about the delivery date, I was told 4 weeks later on the 5th phone call that my order had been cancelled by the third party vendor. No one bothered to call or email me that my order was cancelled. Horrible experience. I had to place a reorder for four dining room chairs. They would not match the price of the cancelled order. Terrible experience.

      This has been the worst experience by far. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered today between 8-12. The delivery drivers arrive to our house and in less than five minutes they leave. When trying to call them back, of course we can’t reach the driver. However, we got in touch with customer service within minutes and was told the manager would call us back to see if the drivers could come back. Here we are 8 plus hours later and it’s noted on our account the manager tried calling three times which was a lie!!! So then we ask to speak to the supervisor. ******* ****** gets on the phone not really trying to help and out of spite tells us we have to WAIT a week for delivery. We then ask if we can speak to his supervisor and he tells us he doesn’t have a number or anyone we can speak to other than him…either take the new date/time or go to hell. I do NOT recommend using room to go third party delivery services because it’s basically some random guys renting an enterprise truck who you can communicate with directly. So disappointing!!

      I would have given it a negative 0 .I paid for a dining set in the store. The sales person turned around and added it to an account I had nothing to do with. The Manager told me the only way I could get my $777 back was to close it out by allowing them to pick up the table set and he would credit my money. After giving the approval, he scammed me only giving me $44 back saying it was placed against another account I had nothing to do with. I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank fraud department as well as file charges against him and the sales person in small claims court. This place needs to be close down for dishonesty. Please read all the reviews and lawsuits pending against them before doing business. They overcharged on delivery charges, setup and etc! Please read review before shopping here and most of all watch your invoices and statements!!!

      Made a purchase and went to pick up next day, Dec 7, 2023. An employee started to tie up the furniture... his manager asked me to sign and said his people will take care of us..
      I told the employee that my Dad was behind him watching because he usually gets luggage ready/tied when we travel.
      The employee said "tell pops to go over there that this will be well taken care of"
      My dad told me "yeah, because he seems me old" so he went to sit inside the truck.

      We left and 5 mins after we enter the freeway, 2 mattresses became loose and one fell on the road and the other one was hanging touching the pavement. I stopped and called RTG to see if someone could help, it was dark (8pm) and my dad wanted to walk back and look for the mattress. I panic because of the fast traffic, cars were honking and I was very afraid of causing an bad accident with the matress somewhere on the freeway.. it took some time to tie the furniture right. We went back to look for the mattress, it was gone.

      We were about 10 mins away from RTG and they could not help. They said that they were sorry but it was not their responsibility. They tied the furniture as a courtesy. >>>On my receipts it says that employees can not secure furniture, customers need to do it.<<<

      My questions: Why would a manager have his employee "secure" the furniture when he did not know how or was not even supposed to??? Why he did not allow my dad to do it?? Why do I have to pay for a mattress that did not make it home and another mattress that is torn??
      Should I be responsible for something I did not do??
      That is almost $1,000 on them. My total purchase was $1,700
      The matress protectors ($100 each) cannot be return. All final sales.

      I feel very frustrated because these were my son's Christmas presents and I can't afford to buy another ones. Is just not right at all. I need someone from RTG who cares about real customer service. I should not be charged for them or I should be able to get new ones. I need a solution.

      I gave it a 1 since there is not a 0. Rooms to Go had no problem taking my money but a huge problem getting my furniture delivered. I was told my new living room set would be delivered between **** with a no show. I have been on one phone and my sister on the other phone with customer service, no help at all. Buyer beware worst ************************** I have ever dealt with, not only have the two of us been on hold for 56min and 12 secs on one call, called back several times and get a different response each time to where finally one of them said maybe he was in a wreck. I also tried calling a different corporate number to speak with CEO ********************* but was told, no I cant transfer you to him hes not going to deal with no delivery on furniture. I called The Colony Rooms to Go only to be told all managers are in a meeting. I asked to have one of them call me back, guess what no phone call. PLEASE consider buying furniture anywhere but Rooms to Go. My neighbor told me glad she knew, cause her and her husband were going there this weekend to pick out their master bedroom and dinning room furniture but theyll go elsewhere

      I ordered bedroom furniture from Rooms to Go, and needed to cancel the furniture after 4 days due to a financial crunch whenthere were still 14 days left to deliver thefurniture. First of all, I kept getting transferred from person to person for several days. Then I was transferred to speak to an actual Store Manager of ******* Store named *******. She was extremely rude, lacked customer service skills, did not even listen to me, she talked over me, and then declined to provide me the full refund of my hard earned money stating that the furniture can only be cancelled within **************************************************** to speak, I asked to speak to her manager. She declined stating that no one is above her, she is like the God of this store, and all that she can do is issue store credit for 20% of the purchase amount and rest back to my credit card. Multiple phone calls to customer service and visits to multiple stores did not help. I got no resolution, no sympathy, no one even heard fully what I had to say, and was given the run around. And that too at a time of financial crunch. It seems that this store is too short on sales and is thereby forcing the people to buy furniture by issuing store credits. Beware of this manager *******, she is a real terror and very horrible to deal with, and this store location as they seem to be out there to force sale on you if you try to cancel the order. I feel very sad and disappointed with this attitude. The least she could have done is listen to what I had to say. Be very cautious before placing the furniture orders with this store location.
