      I purchase a split king bed with adjustable bases and it was a demo. Before buying I asked what happens if there is issue with sleeping on the mattresses and was informed by the sales person that "we must keep 30 days as a trail and than can exchange for a small delivery fee. Having been told this I went ahead with the purchase of over 5000.00 dollars. My wife was on a firm mattress that seemed ok at store but after a day or so made her very sore all over every morning and never did sleep the whole night so after 33 days went back to store to try out a medium one and was told that because it was a demo there is no exchange. I had planned on exchanging the mattress and buying a4500 sofa, love seat and recliner. I will never enter that store again and feel the salesperson lied to us to make the sale.

      A very poor delivery with missing assembly hardware- Nuts and bolts to install bed frames. I paid installation charges upfront and it was delivered without any delay and delivered with care. But missing hardware to assemble. Really?? What a poor way of quality inspection they do. If these guys not going to resolve this issue in a day, I will not go back to RoomsToGo again.

      Okay, I've reviewed the pictures and your description. Here's a draft of a review you can use, feel free to modify it as needed:Rooms To Go - Disappointing Quality and Poor Workmanship I purchased furniture from Rooms To Go eight years ago and was very satisfied with the quality. Because of that positive experience, I decided to purchase a new bedroom set from them last year. Unfortunately, the quality of this recent purchase was extremely disappointing.Upon receiving the bedroom set, it was immediately apparent that the quality was far below what I expected and what I had seen in the store. The finishing was terrible, with numerous issues including: * Un-sanded surfaces * Dirt and wood chips trapped beneath the paint * Open gaps that were not caulked or trimmed These defects are unacceptable and not "normal" as I was told by the store. The quality is significantly different from what was displayed in the store. I've included pictures to show the poor workmanship.I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go based on this experience. The drastic decline in quality is alarming, and the company's response was inadequate.Would you like me to make any changes to this draft?

      Customer care for rooms to go is very unprofessional and do not take notes from callers and never call you back. I bought 2 rooms of furniture in April and when delivered one of my lamps was broken and I still do not have a resolution and have called several times and keep getting told I’ll call you back with a schedule for a technician to come out. I also have a throw pillow that is coming apart at the seems and nothing has been done about this either after several calls.

      I bought a king size bedroom set. I immediately called them and told them that the dresser was scratched up and adjustable base did not work. I have been going round and round. I even took a day off and they still will not make it better. This is so unfair. I say for the longest in order to get this bedroom set only to be disappointed. The right thing for them to do is to give me my money back or at least fix it.

      I pre-ordered a sofa online in January from ********** for delivery to our new home in ************** in May, so I never saw it in person. The online agent was very helpful in answering all my questions and was fantastic. The sofa was not due to arrive in their warehouses until late April. Within a week, R2G ran a special to add a recliner at a discounted price. I called and asked if they would be willing to honor that special for me since my order was not fulfilled yet. They happily agreed. I was kept updated every month on the order status, and delivery was confirmed a week ahead of time. Delivery was easy, professional, and fantastic...and on time! The sofa and recliner were of very high quality and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Rooms 2 Go, especially their online ordering.

      I bought what I was told was the top-of-the line sofa ($1295) with a warranty contract ($131.40) that “covered everything on the sofa” for three years. The contract is good through 2026. The fabric on one arm of the sofa, which is covered by a fabric arm protector, is pulling away from the piping and the foam is exposed. The sofa is hardly used and is in new condition. I called Rooms to Go and was told to call Fortegra, the company who handles the warranty. The ONLY thing not covered is this problem. Obviously, Rooms to Go made fraudulent claims to me about the sofa and the warranty contract.. Buyer beware if you decide to do business with this company. My advice is not to.

      I had to leave several messages to customer service to even get them to answer me. God awful return experience with their third party distributors. I bought a 300 dollar dresser, the legs are held in by 4 1/4 inch screws. As soon as I put it down on my slightly uneven wood floor, two of the four came out. They told me "Just because you dont see how it would support the weight, that doesnt necessarily constitute a manufacturer defect.Also, your email on 4/5 stated that you wanted to return due the size and quality of the product. I apologize, but per policy we are unable to assist." It was not *just because* it was because I saw it with my own two eyes. Will never guy from Rooms to go again.

      We bought a King size bedroom set on April. First, they didnt told me that a dresser was out of stock. Now, Im waiting more than a month to get it. When they delivered a chest it came in manufacturer defective! I already changed 3 times! All 3 exchanged chest was manufactured defect/damaged. So unprofessional. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service!

      It's actually 0 starts, but I don' t have that choice. Rooms to Go has a sweet scam going. This is the biggest rip-off going at Rooms to GO. I bough a $200 pillow, the Bedgear Storm 2.0 Pillow SKU: 59906338 that is absolute crap and not even worth 40 bucks. The rip-off? I tried taking it back after a week of giving it a fair shot and management at the store told me that returns are not allowed. So they talk up a pillow, never mention that is not refundable and when you tell them the pillow is not worth $200 they refuse to refund it. It a con and I will never buy anything there anymore. The concept of customer care is non-existant there, people are just a target for their scamming.
