BUYER BEWARE!!!! We furnished our whole home with R2G, we were thrilled with the process. However 3 months in our adjustable bed collapsed through the frame, injuring my back in the process. The service tech came out and said that adjustable bed is too heavy for the slats that it was placed on and that type bed should never be on a storage type platform. However the manager at RTG said that those beds are zero clearance and are designed for that, the bed half laying on the floor is just a lie. R2G offered to replace our whole bedroom suite... I just wanted to exchange the adjustable base for a regular box spring. They wouldn't do it, as per the manager at the store, we bought it, it's ours and they won't take it back. I don't want to unpack all my drawers and change the decor and design at my new home. So they said they could fix it, I went online to schedule that and and now they are saying they won't fix it because the base is too heavy for the slats. I feel like I'm in a hamsters wheel with a 7 thousand dollar bed I can't even use and they aren't doing anything to help. This has to be the worst run company borderline scam I have ever seen! If they sales rep had been truthful and told us that the adjustable base wouldn't work with the storage bed, we would have never gotten it. She talked us into it because she got a nice little commission out of it. I wouldn't trust the company or anyone involved in it for a second. WHAT A SCAM!!!!Rooms To Go

Your review is correct, however, as of this date 2-20-24, this issue has NOT been resolved. I have been waiting for 24 business days to receive my credit. They picked up the defective goods, promised a full credit in **** business days, and I have not received my credit. Again, it has been 24 business days.Charlene W

We purchased a sectional in Jan 22. Needed a repair June 23. Parts ordered July 23. Never heard back from the company. In Dec 23 I called for another update and they Indicated the parts not available so we have to get a reselect. It has to be of same value or more (we pay difference), plus we have to pay delivery again and taxes and any new extended warranty. This is how they get you. They won’t refund your extended warranty, you can’t buy a less expensive sofa. So buying the extended warranty on a defective sofa means we will have to spend yet another $1000 to get a sofa that lasts more than 18 months. I requested a call back from the manager yesterday- never got one. Please don’t purchase from them- shop local and not a franchise brand in it only for the money. All I asked was to get the extended warranty refunded. I refuse to go spend another cent with them. They are an example of heartless big corp out to crush the small businesses.Rooms To Go

I wish I’d done some research before I bought from Rooms To Go. My issue was with delivery. I was notified that delivery time would be between 3pm and 7pm. They showed up at four minutes after midnight. No biggie. Two young men had a long day and I understood. I helped them bring the furniture into my house, set it up and with clean up. I offered them a four wheel furniture dolly to help with moving, because my dolly was larger and easier to use. I used my two wheel dolly. When they left, after I tipped both of them,(said that was the only tip they had gotten that day), they loaded my dolly in their truck, and took it with them. I figured it was an accident. They were probably in a hurry to get home. When I called “customer care”, they said they would check on it. 10 minutes later they called back and said they did not take it. I explained I had five security cameras in and around my home that said different. So she said she would send another email to the delivery supervisor and get back. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m getting the feeling they are just gonna ignore me. Now, the dolly isn’t expensive, but it’s very useful to me and my family, not to mention, my grandfather made it, so there’s sentimental value. Just disappointing. I won’t buy from them again.Rooms To Go

I bought a living room set and shortly after the back of my couch broke. I purchased the extended warranty but they will not honor it. They keep giving the run around and telling me to dispute it through some third party. If they won't honor their warranty ,they should give me the money back I paid for the warranty. This is fraud and such a scam. I'm very disappointed with this company and very frustrated with the service I have received.Rooms To Go

You are not concerned that my couch is broken, your company has made that very clear to me. I have emailed to ********************************* several times and with no results. What is going to make it different this time. My time is valuable and I will not waste any more time with your company. I don't know my BBB review number and I'm not wasting my time looking for it. 1 starWorst online company to order from. Go somewhere else where integrity and honesty is their practice and not just making sales. They lie to get you to keep the products you ordered and they do not care if the call is recorded that shows the lies of what the sales rep says. I did an online order, received the bed, but was not happy with the purchase. I called the online store, and the sales rep David Beacon said it would be best to do a re-select and not a full refund and reorder, so that is what I did. Biggest mistake of my life. I made a new purchase, which was more than my original purchase, and before I placed my order, I had the sales rep confirm what would be my total cost along with the monthly payments. They stated that it would be a certain amount and I agreed to the purchase. When the new order came and I received my statement, the order purchase was a lot higher than what the call rep David Beacon had told me and the monthly payments were higher than what I was quoted. When I called the online store to figure out the discrepancy in what I was told versus what I was charged, no one seems to comprehend and understand why one rep said what they said and that the statement is correct. They are also not willing to rectify the mistake of the sales rep, and simply just do not care about lying to consumers. Rooms To Go is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If I knew I would have been dealing with shady practices and was going to be charged high prices, I would have went with a more reputable company where I knew I would have gotten better quality for the same price or more, such as Badcock or Ashley's Furniture. Word of advice, do not do a re-select, do a full refund and then wait until you are credited back before you decide to purchase again.Review fromcarol b

1 starpoor customer service waited 2 weeks for delivery , truck showed up and part of order missing. called to complaine they didnt care . could not get rest delivered untill days later even though they admitted they forgot to put it on the truck for delivery. was a foundation for mattress i bought for daughter they told me it didnt matter she could sleep with out it she would be fine. i will never buy from them ahainReview fromToni H

1 starMy husband and I visited the ********** ** store on 11/25/23, we were looking for bedding. Looking and pricing were what we went in for. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable on the bedding products. There was 2 Caucasian individuals and 1 African American sitting in ******** of the store, as people entered and left. When we decided to leave, without making a purchase, the salesman was told that we were leaving,my 13 year old grandson who was with us, overheard one of the above mentioned, say that's what "they" all do. Now, it could be taken in 2 ways, but they didn't know us nor did we know them, so are you making a statement that this is what "Black" people do? The salesperson was the most helpful and kindest person there. I will Not go back to the store which is located on **********. ********** **Review fromRenee B

5 starsI Had found the couch I wanted on line at Rooms To Go. com .Now I havent been in Rooms to Go in many many years. I walked in the store and I was So Impressed. The Quality of furniture was up to par with the high rated luxury stores. ******* greeted me as I was browsing. And ******* found The chaise couch I was looking at online.. Well it looked much better than the picture did on line. I immediately said I wanted it and ******************** me about the recliner chair that goes with it. . So that will be ordered also. ******* made me feel like I knew her my entire life. So helpful and genuine. We Were trying to figure out the left or right side chaise for my home. . We finally did .. and my furniture will be in my home in a few weeks. A great experience!! A great Store And an AWESOME salesperson, *******. Rooms t Go will be my g o to store for all my home funite needs from now on.
