1 starWe got 2 sets of sectional recliner sofas and the rep Gary was very nice and helpful. We paid for delivery but decided to setup ourselves since they were charging over $900 just for that. The agreement with the delivery was they would deliver and drop the items in our home but instead they dropped all the items on our deck and refused to drop it in the house. When I spoke to the manager of the delivers, they were very rude and said they are supposed to deliver only where wasn’t specified and they will drop it there or I can refuse the delivery and they will take it back. I had 10 boxes sitting on my deck and my husband and I had to unpack and bring them in ourselves. Unless you plan on paying a lot of money for delivery and setup or plan on getting it yourself do not buy from Rooms To Go. They left us with a lot of inconvenience, a bunch of trash, and not to mention plenty of back pain. Horrible experience.Review fromBrandon J

1 starI bought was a new mattress on Labor Day. I even paid $300 extra for a mattress cover so I could have a warranty. I found out afterwards that this was NOT a requirement. The salesman overcharged me $1000, but after showing him the ad and having him explain where I was wrong, he “got a manager” to lower it. I also paid to have the old mattress hauled off. The day of delivery came and the driver refused to take the old one. He said it was “soiled”. There’s a couple small (under a fist sized) spots where a coke or something spilled. He told me that because I didn’t have it wrapped in plastic, he would not take it. He refused to let me use the new mattress’s plastic to wrap the old one. He was incredibly rude. I called his boss, and she was just as rude. She said that her driver could refuse the mattress if he chose. If I had a problem with that, I could call RTG. Turns out these are contractors. I called my salesman and he told me that they forgot to put in the notes that they were hauling off the old mattress. He said he’d ask his manager what they could do and get back with me. He didn’t. Hours past. I called him back and asked when they were coming for the mattress. He said they couldn’t get a driver, but that they could give me $75 store credit since they weren’t picking it up. I refused that insulting offer (you can’t buy a pillow for $75 there). I asked to speak with the manager. They then told me that the manager was on vacation for the next couple of weeks. I asked for the district manager or whoever the manager’s boss was phone number and was told that they cannot give it to me. There is no higher boss. Just “corporate”. The rest of the day I spent a total of over 3 hours on hold, was told they were checking with management, told there is no management, told I was being unreasonable for not accepting the $75 store credit, and told that I could not return my purchase- even though there is a satisfaction guarantee. I bought a very expensive tempur pedic bed from Rivergate Rooms to go and the delivery person didn't put it together correctly and the mattress fell down inside the bed because they half did their job!! Now I am waiting for a technician to call me to come back and fix my bed! In the meantime I have nowhere to sleep and Rooms to go decided Legget&Platt is responsible for their lazy delivery people!Rooms To Go

Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they have experienced.
Our office has reviewed the customers account in its entirety. Our records reflect they received delivery on 11.19.22 for their bedding purchase. Since then, we show no record of any issues being reported with their bedding set up until 9.14.23, 10 months later. In our experience, had the issue been related to set up, there would have been signs shortly after delivery.
With respect to their situation, our records reflect the customer has been provided with the manufacturers service information as the adjustable base is serviced by them directly.

1 starDo not buy anything from them. We bought a sectional from them in 2020 we have had 3 warranty claims for the couch. First claim took over 8 months to fix. Second claim took 6 months. Three claim took 4 months. Our extended warranty ended while the third claims was in process. One of The recliners from the first claim started to fall apart and leather was falling off. Guardian would not help us cause our warranty expired 3 days prior which happen to be the weekend. Called Rooms to go and they told us that they will work with us to fix it. They sent our a technician to see what was wrong. 3 weeks past and we heard nothing. I called them today to only be told they can’t help us. Rooms to go has been nothing but a headache. The sale cheap quality furniture for high price and then when it falls apart they do nothing. I will never buy anything from them again. The first 8 months only 1 recliner worked. It also took 4 deliveries for the table to arrive not in pieces. Each time they would come out our table would be all broke up. So then we would have to wait another month for another delivery. Listen Do Not Buy Anything from them not even a pillow. They will find a way to mess it up. Customer services sucks too. No one actually helps us. Purchased adjustable frame & mattress. Addressed dissatisfaction day of delivery. Several issues with base, mattress comfort. I bought this due to back issues which has gotten worse since sleeping on this for only 3 nights. Only want to give another store option. Will not refund. Have talked with store manager & Customer Care manger. THEODORE. Very short spoken does not care about customer satisfaction. I know exceptions and be made at times. However he said he wasnot going g to continue conversation. I stated I would contact BBB, he did not care. He said do what you have to do. I had issues when delivered, addressed at that time with delivery & called store manager. Delivery stated they were not coming back out to fix issue. Manager did contact me following day. Had another delivery person come to address issue. However, they tore fabric on base of bed which I addressed with them at the time. They were not concerned. The demonstration of bed in showroom is different that what I have. I will never buy anything else from this company. Once sold & delivered, your screwed, stuck.Rooms To Go

In regards to our customers situation, we have reviewed their account and the technicians findings in its entirety. The mattress was deemed to have no defects nor damages. The adjustable base had a rip in the ticking which could be resolved.
Please note that Rooms To Gos terms of sale located on their purchase receipt is what we abide by. Once furniture is delivered, we will repair or replace at our option as has been explained to the customer. The customer was authorized a reselection in the interest of customer care.
Our records reflect the customer reselected the bedding and it was swapped out on 9.20.23 to finalize.

On April 5, 2023, I ordered a set of sofa at Rooms to Go store.On May 8, 2023, I received them. Unfortunately, during the unpacking and assembly process, one of the sofa chairs was accidentally damaged by the delivery man. Additionally, the other three pieces had various defects. By May 25th, I received a new sofa set; however, after assembly, I noticed that the legs of one of the sofas had uneven heights, causing the sofa to be unstable and prone to sliding. I contacted customer service, and they told me that they would send me a new sofa leg within a few weeks. I asked customer service what to do if the new sofa leg also couldn't resolve the issue. Customer service told me that I could exchange for a new sofa.However, over a month later, I had not yet received the new sofa leg, so I contacted customer service again. They informed me that I would have to wait for 90 days. Before 90 days, I contacted customer some times, every time they promised to call me back, but they didnt.After the 90-day period had passed, I contacted customer service again. I requested a replacement if the sofa legs could not be fixed. Once again, they promised to call me back that day or the next, but I was disappointed as no one contacted me. On September 11th, I called Rooms to Go again to inquire about when the new sofa leg would be sent or to request a replacement sofa. Unfortunately, this time, I was informed that the sofa is no longer in production and cannot be replaced. I am extremely frustrated because from the beginning, when I placed the order, no one informed me that this particular sofa set would no longer be produced. It means that even during the warranty period, I cannot obtain replacement parts for any components. The sofa set has a total of 17 legs, and if any one of them has an issue, I cannot obtain new parts for repairs.Currently, my problem remains unresolved. I simply hope that Rooms to Go can repair the sofa legs. I feel misled and deceived by Rooms to Go.Rooms To Go

With respect to their situation, we understand parts were ordered for their sectional. Unfortunately, we are unable to house parts for all products we sell due to lack of space. In view of this, they are ordered through the manufacturer. This may take up to ****** days to manufacture or ship to the customer due to supply availability.
Our records reflect the customer was offered a reselection if they did not wish to wait for said part. They refused. Regrettably, our inventory changes every day. Please note, we are solely the retailer and have no say should the vendor choose to discontinue a specific product or line. For this reason, an exchange was not possible.
Nonetheless, we have been made aware the parts have been shipped to the customer and should take care of the sofa issue for them.

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstanding they may have experienced regarding delivery.
With respect to their situation, our records indicate doorway delivery option was chosen. The customer did not pay for delivery service that includes full-service delivery and setup. Drivers only delivered to the 1st doorway or garage entrance in factory packaging free of charge. In view of this, there is no set up nor package removal. This information is also available in our showrooms and on our website for our customers convenience. Regrettably,the drivers would not have taken the merchandise to the 2nd floor due to the above mentioned information.

Rooms to go has the worst customer service when it come to delivery. They are very inconsiderate of your time. They lie when the customer service calls to verify the timeframe of delivery. The drivers are always behind schedule. I will never buy from them again.Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced regarding delivery.
Due to heavy volume, all deliveries and in home services are routed by zip codes in order to reach all scheduled customers. Because this is done automatically via electronic routing, we have no control over the timeframe. Deliveries or services are an all-day appointment from 7am-10pm. An approximate four-hour window is provided as a courtesy if applicable.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances out of their control, there may be times the driver may run early or later. We regret if this transpired with their delivery.
We have been made aware our customers delivery was rescheduled for 9.15.23.
