Im disgusted with my purchase ~ their warranty is useless. their customer service is useless. 4K white leather sofa within 6m the end recliner collapsing and they said its from use. Really? Im a 120lb woman that works all day. Its not like Im sitting on this sofa all day. At most an hour in the morning. SMH ????? with disgust! Dont waste your money. I should have shopped at a more respectable store.Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.
We have reviewed the account, technicians findings and pictures taken at time of service. Since delivery of 9.10.22, we show no records of any issues reported with this set until 7.26.23. The technician deemed the issues with the seats were not vendor related.
Because the customer disputed the results, a 2nd evaluation of the sectional was generated. It has been scheduled for 9.06.23 with the customer.

1 starWe picked out furniture at RTG. We had to wait almost a month to get the furniture, making payments on in before we got it. The furniture was delivered. The chair was dirty and the sofa got ripped as they were bringing it through the screen door. Now we have to get another living room set.Review fromAngelia R

I have purchased numerous items from Rooms to Go with no problem. This last furniture set I purchased have an issue with a broken piece on one end of the couch. A technician came out in March 2023 and stated they have to order the part. I received a phone call from the ******************* stating they can fix the couch in July 2023. I haven't heard from anyone, and we are almost in September 2023. I just called customer service, August 21st, and they stated they are still ordering the part. I'm confused on what's going on because to my understanding they received the part and was going to fix it in July. At this point, with the poor customer service and communication, I would like my money back. I should never have to call and inquire on an issue that should have been resolved when I first reported the issue.Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings they have experienced regarding their warranty and service plan.
With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account in its entirety. Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturers defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. Theirs expired as of 10.12.22. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Fortegra. Fortegra approved repair; therefore, parts were ordered from the manufacturer. Parts are shipped when available or manufactured. This may take 90-120 days. Records reflect the July date information was an estimation given by the vendor.
At this time, the account shows the customer was contacted by our service department and arranged the pickup of the product for shop repair. It has been scheduled for 8.30.23 and will return on 9.13.23 to the home.This is the only option being authorized by Fortegra.

5 starsWent to RTG a few weeks ago. Was deceived by salesman ****** about product, warranty and delivery. Wonderful office staff *** gave us a full refund.Returned to RTG today and was greeted by none other than Juluan. I told him I wanted someone else to help us. He turned to his fellow salespeople and said "must be an old people thing". Salesman ************************* helped us and her was great. He showed us a number of livingroom sets in the color we wanted, and constantly checked to make sure items were in stock so we could get ****************. He made sure that, unlike ******, we read all the paperwork for accuracy. *** greater us at the office and was genuinely happy to see us and that we found what we were looking for with **************** in a few days. ***** and *** should be commended for their customer service, ****** should be fired for not only deceiving us but insulting us when we returned.Review fromL. I gave purchased a love seat, a sleeper and an ottoman in September 2022. Thought they were quality products. Had the sleeper replaced twice and now the cushions are sinking. They say replacement can take up to 90 business days. Want my money back!!Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience experienced.
We have reviewed the account and technicians findings. Our records reflect last replacement was done in January. Since then, we show no records of any further issues until July regarding their cushions. Two different technicians have bene out and deemed no vendor related issues with the set.However, in the interest of satisfying the complaint, new cushions were ordered with the manufacture.
Please understand we are solely the retailer and per the terms of the 1-year warranty, we will repair or replace at our option. Parts are sent as soon as they are available or manufactured. The time period given by the vendor is an approximation of 90 days.

Quality of the product does not match a company such as Rooms to Go. It was exchanged twice for other reasons than that. Sold extended warranty for a very low assistance now. Maybe they should consider a reselection of the items due to the problems caused. Not satisfied with their answer , same I have already had over the phoneReview fromKristin C

1 starWe have been customers for years with RTG and have spent so much money with them and we were always happy. Recently we bought a house full of new furniture from them because they were always great in the past but I don't know who took over but this company does nothing but lie, cheat, and steal!! Read all the reviews online and they all say the same thing and the corporate doesn't care. I had to have furniture delivered 3-4 times because it arrived damaged every time. The sales rep talked us into buying the service warranty and specifically told us it was covered from pet accidents or damage also and they lied...it is not. We have only had the furniture for a few months and already the couch cushion has folded in on itself (that's what the guy said) No one rarely sits on it because we aren't home all day and only 2 hours at night are we in the living room. The kitchen table constantly keeps chipping just from wiping it with a soft cloth and now they said to vacuum it off. That is insane. We returned a chair because they sent us the wrong table but we decided to keep it because it already took so long to get it but once the bench came there was no space for the chair. They told us we couldn't return it. I had to go back and forth with them. They finally took it back but somehow we got charged for it again. No one will take it off. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with this company. They should not be allowed to sell furniture anymore with this many consumer complaints. The customer needs protection and no one is helping to protect us which is why I came here.I hope I can save anyone else from the hassle. 1 starRATS! My Bed Frame was delivered and I asked them to sit it in my garage for the time being so I could rearrange things before bringing it in and putting it together. Later that evening theres a noise coming from the box where two huge RATS come running out and hole in the box like they chewed their way out! I called customer service because no way is this box coming inside my house at this point and the lady precedes to tell me the rats must of come from my home! I tell the supervisor no way because my house is a brand new construction home we do not have any infestations of any source and their warehouse needs to be inspected which she just tells me they dont have rats and its my problem. Excuse me? Now I am out my money for furniture that is sitting outside still in the box because I am scared of whatelse could be in that box not to mention the disinfection that will need to go on with the bed frame. 1 starWe ordered a couch from the location on Forum Drive and they were very nice in the store during the sale. Unfortunately every aspect of customer care after that has been abysmal. It arrived with the exterior damaged and torn and with multiple legs having gouges taken out of them. It ALSO contained feathers which we were not informed of, and one of our housemates has allergies. When we called customer service about these things to see if anything could be done for us as we'd been shipped a DAMAGED PRODUCT, and the employee they sent to "help" us was extremely rude. He didn't want to listen to us about what was wrong, was pushy and short when speaking, and came two hours ahead of the scheduled time forcing all of our housemates to wake up for the day early. When he left, and this was at the beginning of July (It's august now) he said we could expect a call back in a few weeks about getting it repaired, nothing to be done about the feathers. We have not since received a call back.In addition to all this, we paid our bills for multiple months and BACK-CHARGED us late fees that were not visible on the account and thus could not be paid at the time they were supposed to be. When customer service was called about this, they were adamant there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. Suffice to say our experience with this retailer has been terrible and we will never be buying furniture from them again, and further we will be actively dissuading our friends and relatives from shopping with them.Review fromG. I ordered the Nimblecreek recliner and ottoman for $564. and the ottoman has broken twice. They sent a replacement a couple months ago and it broke again. We are a senior couple and no one abuses the furniture. It is junk. I've sent an email for another replacement but don't hold much hope it will be any better. The weld at the bottom is what breaks. They spot weld it. So it keeps breaking.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go prides itself in excellent customer service,henceforth; it is unfortunate to be made aware of the issues expressed.
With respect to their situation, the items purchased are vendor direct items. Our records reflect they have been in communication with the special orders liaison. As soon as the issues were reported, the vendor was made aware and action was taken immediately in May. At this time, we show the current issue was just reported to said department on 8.17.23. The vendor was notified and a full refund will be issued to RTG. Therefore, a full refund is being processed for our customer. The liaison reached out to the customer and advised of this information.
All refunds take up to 21 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on the respective statement.

They sent a defective product and then lied to us about revised delivery date to be within 3 days (then they said a week, we obliged) but no confirmation as sent. when we called got to know they have not even kept that date promised and pushed it away. They basically lied to us so that we send back the product. otherwise our option was to keep it until replaced. I reached out to managers and customer services multiple times even Live chats etc etc before coming here. They still are not delivering on the day promised! Horrible Horrible. Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.
With respect to their situation, we have reviewed the account in its entirety. Regrettably, their unit was damaged upon delivery. The customer was given the option to keep it and wait for replacement or refuse it and wait for a redelivery. They chose the latter. Unfortunately, the delivery company only goes out to their area 1 day a week as it is a remote area. In view of this, the 1st available date on the calendar was 9.21.23. Our customer was advised that an add on request would be made for a sooner date but that the delivery was scheduled for the above stated. Due to heavy volume the earliest that could be accommodated was 8.24.23. The customer has been informed of this. As a gesture of good will, a refund of $50 was offered as an accommodation. They accepted.

The Rooms to Go is LYING (plain lies and highly twisted truth). When the delivery was here we asked whats the new date would be, and answer was 17th. We said OK and sent back the damaged product. I didn't get any notification on updated date, and hence I called the ** again. That is when I was let know that the date was 24th!! Since i said i was told as 17th, a request was submitted by the **** Serv rep. I requested to send me an email confirmation which again was NOT sent. I (myself, not initiated by them) also requested if delivery fee can be reduced a they had collected a ridiculous 220$ (BTW- delivery is for DC metro area, not remote like they have said). They gave me $50; again, this was NOT to accomodate 24th date but the defective delivery. Since i got no email confirmation for either 24th del date or 17th, and NO REPLIES by managers on my emails, I contacted **** Serv again!! I mentioned that i have to go to BBB and finally I saw an email for DD 24th. NO ONE reached out to me either through email or through phone for change in DD to 24th! My vocal confirmation was 17th ONLY. NO one even cared to even explain why it has to be 24th either. In fact a week made no difference to us, but the way they conducted (or not conducted) themselves and are still conducting by lying outrightly in their response is certainly concerning and hence this review!!!
