      Absolutely terrible service after delivery. Had my xanax medicine stolen out of my kitchen by a delivery employee Travis M, called to make a complaint, filed a police report and asked to have a delivery manager call me. It's been 2 weeks and I've called RTG 5 times to follow up and no one has returned my call to apologize or explain why this RTG employee is still employed. I will be sure to tell my family and friends to not shop or do business with RTG!

      We purchased a $2200 leather dual recliner sofa from Rooms to Go with the 3 year extended warranty. Within the 1st year there were splits in the seats of both seats on the recliners. We filed a claim and 2 cushions were sent to our home and a technician came out on two different days to install the cushions (directions said it takes two people to install the cushions). This was ok for a while but one of the cushions started sagging and the stuffing was coming out from the cushion underneath. When we called Rooms to Go they said the manufacturer warranty would not cover replacing it or fixing it because it was past the one year manufacturer warranty—even though these 2 cushions were not a year old. They said we needed to call Fortega (the extended insurance we bought) to cover it because it covers up to three years. We called Fortega and they say they won’t cover it that Rooms to Go would need to take care of it. We have had no cooperation from Rooms to Go. We sent pictures and Rooms to Go sent a man out to take pictures and he said someone from Customer Care would call us within 2-3days and that it definitely needed to be replaced. After nine days we called them only to be told they would not replace the cushion or sofa and we needed to call Fortega. We have been very disappointed in the service from Rooms to Go. The sofa looks horrible and has stuffing sticking out the sides. This is not a wear issue. I am not a heavy person and I am the one who sits on that side and that cushion was replaced less than 8 months when we filed the complaint. What should we do to get this issue resolved and get a replacement of the cushion or the sofa?

      We are in receipt of this review.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings or lack of professionalism they may have experienced.

      With respect to our customers situation, we have reviewed the account with the stores management team as well as the regionals office to investigate and address any issues as deemed necessary. We have been made aware the customer opted to make payments for an order placed on September 2022 for an extended delivery. The customer canceled the order and the deposit was placed into a store credit as per the terms of the extended delivery option. The customer went back in July 2023 and decided they wished to reinstate the order for the same sale price. Unfortunately, that was not possible given the length of time passed prices have increased.

      Our office is aware the regionals office spoke to the customer regarding their claim. In the interest of satisfying the complaint, the regionals office agreed to split the difference of the increase if they wished to place the order. The customer has done so and it is currently on a payment plan once more.

      We trust this review has been answered.

      I both a sectional sofa ********************* set $5000.00 cash, wild a go made a claim the show and then nothing happened, call again well lets set and appointment still waiting this place is real bad to repair your things, all they want is your money and kick you out the door and never see you again and send emails to buy more **** from them, so I will never in my life will buy nothing from this junk place amen.

      Please express our apologies for any inconvenience our customer may have experienced.

      Like most retailers, Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on the purchase receipt provided at the point of sale.Unfortunately, the warranty for this order expired as of 6.15.20. They purchased the extended service plan powered by Fortegra. This too expired as of 6.19.22. Our records reflect they did not report any issues until 12.06.20. It was explained they were past the 1-year warranty and would need to get service approval from Fortegra. They did not call back in until 6.16.21. A technician was sent out and deemed the issues were resolved. No further communication from the consumer until 11.26.21. The customer was advised to reach out to Fortegra for new service approval. We have no records of any further communication with our company until this review.

      ?????? Terrible **************** Alert! ??????I've had the most horrendous experience with Rooms to go-Dunns customer service???? After having personal items stolen from my home by their delivery team, I foolishly felt I could go back and trust that they couldnt be so awful the second time around (they did pay me for the item stolen).Unfortunately, they continue to disappoint. All I wanted was a couch. After having items stolen from me previously, I opted to trailer the couch myself. Made from my perspective a pretty straight forward purchase. I picked out the couch, paid for the couch, and was told to go check-in to have the couch brought to my truck; which I immediately did. I had asked if they had anything/something to assist in protecting the couch as rain was coming in. Felt like they didnt want to help with this. However, after escalating to the manager, (who was kind) I was able to get wrapping material for me to wrap the couch once they were ready to bring couch out. I was told that after having check-in, they would call me up following a queue ordered by scheduled and first come first serve priority so my wait time was likely to be 2hrs.Cool-I was ready to wait. I waitedand waited.And had this suspicion that the queue was a bit off as I waited and watched.Took my kiddo to use the restroom and one of the staff had said oh, yours is about ready so I thought, great! But then I kept waiting and waiting and seeing folks going ahead of me when I logically knew that couldnt be the case. I finally gave up.Went to the front and asked for a refund.When asked why I shared my frustrationsthey had the nerve to tell me I never checked-in.. ?? I literally cant with this place.Would NOT recommend.

      I bought a recliner couch from rtg. Don't buy one! The cushions don't stay together. Remote controls, phones, etc fall through the cracks. I have cut my hands several times from getting on floor and trying to get my phone out of tight metal spaces. I tried to return it but they said I have to bring it back myself!?! I have no truck and have muscular dystrophy. You get what you pay for. Rtg isn't worth it

      I dont recommend buying anything from rooms to go. And I definitely dont recommend the extended warranty. See photos below. It has done this weird shedding hair thing since we go it. They will only cover it if it rips. Not if its clearly a manufacturer defect.Im very disappointed and do not recommend. At all.Ps: we dont have cats.

      This is in response to this review.



      We were able to acquire information in order to pull up the account from the customer.



      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s defects as stated on the terms located on the back of their purchase receipt. This expired as of 7.12.20. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian. Their guidelines are clearly outlined under the website referenced on said invoice. This coverage also expired as of 7.16.22.



      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account with our service department and the plan’s liaison. Since the receipt of the furniture, we have no record of any verbal or written communication regarding any issue. We have been made aware Guardian received a claim from the customer in June 2023. However, the claim was denied as the issues with the furniture were considered caused and not covered. The claim was denied.



      Although we sympathize with their concerns, we apologize no action would be considered due to the reasons explained above.

      I called 4 times. Since I purchased it. The extended warranty company started caused not covered? What is that? Why sell an extended warranty if they dont cover this? At minimum they should fully refund the bogus extended warranty they shove down everyones throat. -******

      Don't do it! Customer service and management are terrible. Very non-responsive. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a **** refund from furniture that was delivered damaged. **** excuses.

      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed the account in its entirety. We regret the bureau was damaged upon delivery. It was refused at that time. In view of this, we show the customer requested it be refunded.



      All refunds take up to 21-30 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on the credit card statement. We are still within this timeframe.

      21-30 business days is not what I was told at store level. This is absurd. That would mean you could take up to 6 weeks to do a refund. You should be ashamed for even putting this in writing. The store keep changing their answer from 3 to 5 to 7 to 10 days and as the time extended....their answer extended. I will pass the word to anyone who will listen to not do business with Rooms to Go.

      ——0 ?? From the GUT… I was going to really go in on these people but, after reading all these negative reviews just in June. Reviews in which I should’ve done before. I now understand now why I was treated the way I was on today! Im almost sure the woman that is behind that desk is a miserable person. I will NEVER return or recommend anyone to this location and you probably don’t care!! Whoever runs this just look at your complaints and understand that not everyone is lying!!!

      Horrible business and will never buy from there again.. they really should consider closing if business has no plan on rectifying the poor, deceitful business they so call run. Anything to make a sale even if they are dishonest. Then have no plan and manager says “I’m sorry, nothing I can do” typical!! They need to work on delivering exactly what they say and be honest.. ****** ******* Rooms to Go is a place you need to avoid.
