I do not like rooms to go. I bought a chester drawer and when they delivered it it was damaged. They have to schedule another day to deliver a new one. I waited all day for it to be delivered just to find out that it was damaged also. So now I have to wait on another deliver for a new one.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go prides itself in excellent customer service. Therefore, we find it unfortunate to be made aware of the negative events stated in our customer’s letter. Please rest assured we will investigate further with the corresponding departments.
With respect to their chest, our records reflect the issue was reviewed by service management. A new replacement was generated for our customer. It is scheduled for 7.11.23. They were also offered accommodation once the delivery has been completed no further issues.

I purchased 2 sofas less than a month ago and both started squeaking in couple of weeks. I was told by the customer service that I had the sofas for "quite some time" and a tech needs to evaluate if they can be repaired or need replacement. How is less than a month is "quite some time" when life expectancy of a brand new sofa is "years"!?! Having same issue for 2 sofas in a matter of weeks screams "bad quality/manufacturing defect" and repair on 2 brand new sofas is simply unacceptable. Since I completely lost trust, replacement is not an option as well. Maybe I will purchase another piece of furniture in the future but for this order that has gone south so quickly, Rooms to Go needs to take responsibility of the products they sell and accept to issue full refund. This furniture it terrible quality. We havent been able to have a couch last more than 6 months and for the price it should last several years. We tried to go with a different style and its so bad that it threw my back out sitting on it for 1 movie. They wont work with us because its customer preference. My mother purchased a room based off of what was displayed in the rooms to go store, My brother purchased the entire room which cost him $3,867.52 which was very expensive for him but he did it anyways because it was an early birthday gift for my mother. The delivery took literally forever to come and when it did come the chest drawer that was clearly in the rooms to go display was missing from the entire bedroom set. We went back to Rooms to go to tell the sales associate that the chest drawer which is a main part of the entire bedroom set is missing the sales associate says it was never apart of the room, which is a BOLD FACED LIE because if that was the case my mother would not have purchased it. So now at this point we realize that this company is untrustworthy and would like our money back or at the least get the chest drawer. We speak to the sales associate and ask to speak to the store manager the store manager says that they have a no refund policy WHICH IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND and also if we want the chest drawer it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $900 PLUS. In addition to that they lectured my mother into getting insurance for the partial set that they sold to her. I honestly do not understand how a store in America can be doing this type of FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY. But Im guessing being the fact that my mother is a minority being that Shes Haitian they seem to think they can take advantage of her. PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE $3,000 PLUS LYING AROUND WAITING TO GET ROBBED BY A FURNITURE STORE, as her son I am stopping at nothing to receive the item I know that we paid for. We would like to express our apologies, for any misunderstanding our customer *** have had regarding their purchase.
Our records reflect they received the furniture they paid and signed for. We do not show they paid for a chest. Please note that all items purchased within a package or a la cart are itemized on consumers invoices provided at the point of sale. Product and pricing information is available on placards next to each grouping showing what is exactly included within a particular package or if it is a la cart. This is available at our showroom locations for our customers convenience.
Like most retailers, all items that *** be available for each product line *** be displayed in our showrooms, room permitted. This allows consumers to view/touch merchandise prior to purchase when possible.
If the customers invoice reflects they purchased the matching chest or that they have a copy of the *** ad or placard showing the chest was part of the 7piece package they purchased, our office will gladly review it.Review fromGladys M

I have been a loyal customer of Rooms To Go for several years and have always been satisfied with the quality and comfort of their furniture. However, I recently encountered an issue with two chairs from a dining room set, where the leather microfiber was peeling. Despite reaching out to Rooms To Go's customer service, I was disappointed with their response. In my initial email, I explained that the furniture was relatively new and had been used mainly for decoration. I also mentioned that during a previous customer service call, I was informed about the poor condition of the microfiber material used in the chairs during that time. I was hopeful that Rooms To Go would take responsibility and offer a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, in their response, Rooms To Go simply stated that my account had no active warranties and therefore they couldn't assist with my claim. While I understand the expiration of the warranty, I was expecting more empathy and consideration from a company that I have been loyal to for years. The fact that the chairs are in excellent condition aside from the peeling issue further supports my belief that there might be an inherent problem with the material used. I am disappointed with Rooms To Go's unwillingness to explore possible solutions or alternatives. As a loyal customer, I believe there should be some acknowledgement of the issue and an attempt to rectify it. I hope that Rooms To Go reconsiders its stance and provides a more satisfactory resolution to address this matter. Overall, I am left feeling dissatisfied with the customer service response I received from Rooms To Go. At this time, we have acquired said information and reviewed the account in its entirety. We have explained that the furniture is out of warranty almost 7-years. Our online claims office has also explained this to the customer. Our company only offers a ****** warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms of sale provided at the point of sale. Furthermore,we show no records of any verbal or written communication regarding issues of this nature until now. Regrettably, there is no course of action that *** be provided in our customers situation.

1 starConsumers be careful, *************************** getting paid to promote sales of cheap quality furniture, made decision to purchase online during COVID-19, BIG mistake, wrote letter to CEO regarding poorly manufactured Living Room set, a complaint specialist visit my home, replaced (2) cushion until I called to demand all poorly quality foam is upgraded. ******* arrived with still no change, I weigh 160 pounds, have no children, no spouse, limited visitors, this furniture is horrible, seat cushions and back pillows sinks like Ive had it for years with small children abusing set, nit the case, I Bought a. Sectional from Value City thats in my family room over 8 years ago and it still look great, need replacement fromRooms To Go but was denied, people dont buy from this company, first time for me, never again. I recently had an unfortunate experience with Fortega and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I was coerced into purchasing a warranty at Rooms To Go, with the assurance that it would provide comprehensive coverage for any potential issues with my sectional. However, when I encountered a problem with my sectional, I was shocked to learn that the manufacturer defect was not covered under the warranty. It is incredibly disheartening to discover that a company like RTG would readily sell a warranty with promises of protection, only to deny coverage for a problem that was clearly the result of a manufacturing flaw. The fact that a manufacturer defect is deemed ineligible for coverage is utterly perplexing and contradictory to the very purpose of a warranty. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and clarity in their warranty terms is deeply concerning. Customers should be provided with accurate information upfront so they can make informed decisions about their purchases. Unfortunately, my experience with RTG suggests that their sales tactics prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and taken advantage of. It is evident that RTG practices are far from ethical, as they seem more focused on selling worthless warranties than providing genuine protection and support to their customers. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with RTG tactics of selling warranty. Based on my personal experience, it is apparent that their warranty offerings may not deliver the coverage they promise. I regret placing my trust in this company and I hope others can avoid the same predicament by seeking out alternative warranty providers with a proven track record of reliability and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, RTG failure to cover a manufacturer defect, despite selling me a warranty, highlights their lack of commitment to customer service and integrity.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go only offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturers defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. Theirs expired as of 7.09.22. They did purchased an extended service plan powered by Fortegra. This issues presented are not covered under the terms of the plan. For this reason, Fortegra denied their claim.
With respect to their situation, our office has reached out to the customer via email. We reviewed the account and all findings regarding the living room furniture. as a 1-time courtesy, we presented the customer with a reselection offer. We have outlined the terms of said offer via email to them directly. Said offer is valid until 7.30.23.

Well we buy a furniture and they sold us and insurance cover for everything and we find was a complete lie, I never understand why this company keep doit this if the product is poor quality the costumer need to know I will never return to this store and I recommend if buy and insurance be sure understand the rules.I will keep complainingRooms To Go

Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturers defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. Theirs expired as of 10.10.21. They purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian. The guidelines for the plan are clearly outlined on the website referenced on said invoice.
With respect to their situation, our office has been in communication with the customer via email. Since delivery, we have no record of any verbal or written communication regarding any issues. We have explained that because they are under no warranty only under the purview of Guardians guidelines. They would have to discuss service approval directly with them.
We apologize for being unable to offer any options due to the reasons explained above.

I will never purchase from this company ever again in my life!! My bedroom set gets here bolts to the beds missing!! The night stands draws are all off track and jacked up looking. Mind you my previous beds disassembled so now where on the floor. I'm a disabled veteran with back problems already. They over night the bolts I get them the next morning and call rooms to go and long story short they give me the run around. But bedroom suit was delivered Tuesday June 20th but won't send anyone out to put the bed together until June 27th!! And will only reimburse $40 messely dollars for inconvenience. Terrible company!!! Rooms To Go prides itself in excellent customer service,henceforth; it is unfortunate to be made aware of the negative events that were expressed in their review.
With respect to their situation, we regret the drivers were unable to assemble the bed at time of delivery. We have reviewed the account and show that new parts were shipped to the customer ASAP. As soon as it was received,our customer care department inquired with the delivery company to have a team back out to complete the set up. Regrettably, the soonest possible is 6.27.23 as they are only in that area 1 day a week. An exchange for the nightstand is already scheduled for said date. Due to the customers circumstances, customer care was able to have a technician go out instead for a sooner date and install the hardware for the customer on *******.
Our records show the customer was offered $40 merchandise credit as an accommodation. Our office has canceled that request and will offer $100 refund off their delivery charge once the furniture issues have been resolved and completed. Please allow up to 21 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their finance statement.
