      Rooms to go has partnered with synchrony bank for financing with their credit card. Poor choice. Synchrony lowered my credit line affecting my credit score. Synchrony was the only credit card that did that. A month later I paid off synchrony and closed my account. Because rooms to go is partnered with synchrony bank they have also lost my business in the future

      Please understand that Rooms To Go is solely the retailer. Our
      records reflect the customer chose to finance their purchase through Synchrony
      Finance. They are a separate and independent company not affiliated with Rooms
      To Go. We facilitate the application on the consumers behalf; however, they
      enter into a binding agreement directly with the customer. We regret with have
      no access to their files or credit information. The customer will need to
      direct their complaint or concerns to Synchrony directly. Unfortunately, this
      is out of our jurisdiction.

      This is the second time rooms to go has delivered outside of the agreed upon time, I take time from work to be home and they just cant seem to be on time, first they tried to bait and switch me with an item that was correct then when contacting the store and employee told me quite literally s*** happens and hung up On me

      This is a follow up to our previous response.



      Once again we apologize to our customer for any inconvenience or lack of professionalism they *** have experienced.



      As our office is concerned by the allegations expressed in said review, we will be reviewing a copy with the area regional manager to further investigate the allegations and address any issues should it be deemed necessary. Unfortunately, any information acquired is privileged and confidential and would not be released to the public but will be used to ensure a similar situation does not transpire in the future.



      With respect to the furniture, we were able to acquire more information from the customer in order to pull up the account. Records reflect the initial order was from the same vendor and model. According to our buyers, it was an old sku# that was changed by the vendor. As soon as the customer reported the issue, a new order was generated with the correct sku# to be swapped with what was already delivered. This was completed on 6.12.23. In regards to timeframe, the deliver company confirmed delivery was completed on the scheduled date. Regrettably, timeframe windows are not guaranteed. Delivery is all day from 7am-10pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances that *** occur, there *** be times drivers *** run earlier or later. We apologize this was the case here.

      I purchased two corner tables from Rooms to Go on-line, decided later I only needed one of the tables. I called to request a return and was informed that online purchases must be returned with in the first 48 hours and therefore I could not and would be able to return the corner table to them!! This is totally unacceptable, and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again! I have not even opened the box or assembled the corner table but I can't return it !!!

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.

      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed their account in its entirety. Per the terms of the purchase contract our customer agreed to, online purchase orders have 48hours from date of delivery (5.13.23) in which to return an item should it not be to manufacturer specifications. We show no verbal or written communication regarding any issues with the 1 end table nor a request to return until 1 month after delivery (6.12.23).

      As a gesture of good will, our office will authorize our online store to generate a return for 1 end table for a refund minus return fees. The customer will be contacted to schedule the pickup once created.

      Please allow up to 21 business days to process the refund from the date of return and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their credit card statement.

      We purchased a $6000 temperpidic mattress bed from rooms to go and took off work to receive delivery. Rooms to Go delivered the bed minus some important parts of the bed. My wife and I called Rooms to Go customer service to report missing parts and wanted to receive the rest of the bed parts asap but customer service was not able to help they wanted to schedule a week out to receive the rest of the parts but that's not acceptable when you spend $6000 on a bed. We wanted to get a refund but Rooms to Go don't give refunds so we stuck with a 6000 bed minus some of the parts to the bed. Wow isn't that great customer service thanks Rooms to Go we will not return for more business.

      I purchased a sofabed from RTG about a year now and the material is coming apart. I was asked to send pictures on May 30th and no one got back to me. No call or email. today is June 7th when I called I was told my claim was denied due to the tears on my sofa being from normal wear. I was told IF it was cut w something or spilled nail polish it would be covered. What a joke. I think if I purchase a warranty for my furniture they should be able to fix or replace it if is within the warranty period.

      I bought a sofa & loveseat 2021 I was told it was LEATHER ,well it is BONDED LEATHER it is starting to peel on one piece & coming apart on another section I a Fortegra service contract purchased called was told PEELING IS NOT COVERED .I did a real stupid thing I bought on 05/07/2023 dining room set ,before I purchased I spoke to manger on duty saying I would not buy unless I was guaranteed that sofa was fixed ,I was assured it would be done it was not done .I spoke to corp office to name of ****** sent pictures nothing called again said I would be contacted NOTHING THIS COMPANY DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS THEIR PRODUCTS i want new furniture

      Unfortunately, ******** does not cover that issue.


      We are aware the Rooms To Go has authorized our customer for a reselect on their 2 sofas towards another selection of same value.  If the price were greater, they would be responsible for any difference.  This offer is contingent on the two sofas being returned at the same time as the new selection is delivered.  Please have them visit the office staff of their originating store.


      The reselect offer will be valid until June 30, 2023.

      I, a 79 year old disabled woman, ordered a power recliner through rooms to go on March 26, 2022 and it was delivered on April 8, 2022. The chair was fine, at first, but after less than a year, I realized that the chair was tilting to one side, causing me great pain in my back and legs. I called Rooms To Go and they replaced the chair for me on April 5, 2023. After about 2 weeks, I realized that the replacement was also titling to one side and I called rooms to go on April 19, 2023. Rooms to go sent out a technician to examine the chair and confirm that this chair, much like the first, was defective. They sent a third chair on May 30th and, you guessed it, it was defective. After speaking to ********, they approved me for a reselection worth up to $599. However, when I called Rooms to Go, they flat out refuse to cover the cost of delivery. They said it's ********'s problem and not theirs and then added that ******** will not cover the cost of delivery. I have had three defective chairs delivered, obviously through no fault of my own, and now Rooms to go is going to make more money off of me by forcing me to pay another $209 for a replacement for a defective chair they sold me. I feel as though I am being swindled.

      Our office has discussed the matter further with the store.  As a one-time courtesy, the delivery fee will be waived on the new selection.   The new selection would be towards equal value.  If the price on the new recliner is greater, our customer would be responsible for any difference.  The reselect offer is contingent on our customer returning their current recliner at the same time RTG delivers the new selection.  Please have them visit the office staff at their originating store.


      The reselect offer is valid until June 30, 2023.
