I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent purchase make at the roomtogo located in New *****, ***** *******. I notice the item was damagd immediately after the furniture was delivered, and I pointed the defect out to the delivery person. I purchased several pieces of furniture on 6/17/2022. The furniture was delivered March 2023. Several Months later I ask room to go to replace the furniture because the sectional did not hook together properly on the side and the leather was puffing up on the dinning room table chairs. The furniture was replaced. After a few months the same thing was going on with furniture. I change the furniture out for a different set and the situation repeated. Pillows on chairs was not stuff properly, lumps and bumps on arms of chair and love seat, dinning room chairs look like someone tried to sand them down and repainted,cthe circle on the chairs are off and the chairs are uneven. I checked the showcased pieced at the store, and it was perfect but not the delivered ones. I spoke with a sale associate at the **** ***** store in ***** and showed him the pictures and he aggreed that the furniture has a defect. I paid cash for the furniture, and All I ask is for Room to go to exchange the furinture for something esle, because I can't get my money back. For the love of God I can't figure out what is going on with Room to Go furiture. Thank You ***********************Rooms To Go

I've been trying for over 6 months to get my defective sofa fixed. I had only had it a little over a year when the entire seat of the sofa collapsed. This is entirely a defect in the product, as it collapsed under normal use. Despite having purchased the warrantee, the company does not honor it. They do not respond to requests, and even any responses I have received to my questions may take weeks or months to get a return message. I am left with a collapsed sofa that can't be used properly, and Rooms to Go nor their warrantee company will do anything about it.Rooms To Go

Spent almost $9000 on furniture, dining, bedroom, couch. Table was damaged, when tried to replace was told its discontinued. It is impossible to get any assistance. Chat response is horrible, hold times are outrageous, and once you get someone you get bounced around. Even the instore visit after purchase is fruitless as they tell you to call cutomer service. Delivery people are nasty, and throw stuff around the house. They won't even set up like you want them to, citing that's not their job. Had to get help from my little ones to move furniture around. Initially was missing parts, kept bugging them and the last part came well after a year of initial purchase. Couch started falling apart, each call was fruitless. The extended warranty company is nice, but are very limited in how they can help. Still have payments left on a couch that basically is in it's final stages. If you care for quality and customer service, stay away.Rooms To Go

I keep trying to give Rooms to Go another chance but both beds we bought with them we are trying to take them apart and all screws are striped from when they delivered and installed.
We have used all the methods and we are unable to put it apart.
I know my reviews won’t mean anything to them but at least I know We can’t buy again since they careless after the purchase is done and they pocket the money.

We have received this recent review.
Our office has reviewed their file in its entirety. Since the delivery date in April 2020, there is no verbal or written documentation
of incorrect or improper set up of their bed. No issues at all mentioning function of the bed during the 1-year warranty period.
Rooms To Go 1-year warranty expired in April 2021. There were no issues presented either verbal or written during their Fortegra Extended service contract concerning any of the beds. The Fortegra contract also expired in April 2023.
Rooms To Go apologizes but we are unable to pursue or offer assistance for the reasons explained above.

After a complete bedroom set purchase, it’s been under a year and the drawer rails on my set is already falling apart. Customer service said they can send a technician out to but sorry I do not want strange people going into my drawer of clean clothing. Expensive furniture, not quality furniture.Rooms To Go

our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.
With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their
account in its entirety. We understand their concerns regarding having
reviewed; however, we show no verbal or written communication since August 2022
until now. Given the length of time the furniture has been in the home, an
evaluation determines if the issues are covered under the 1-year warranty for
repair or replacement. A decision would not be rendered until this occurs.
With respect to their situation, we have been made aware
that a service is scheduled to evaluate the dresser on 6.10.23. Customers, in
general, take out what may be in the item being serviced so the technician may
have easy access and be able to perform a proper evaluation/ repair.

Dishonest and unwilling to do anything above sell furniture. The sales rep was nice when we were purchasing the furniture, and once we had an issue was, that was when we saw what Rooms to Go is truly about. Misrepresantion of information, lies, and a general run around. Icwas told corporate will need to help you, as it's there policy, and corporate says it's the stores policy and I will need to speak to the store. When trying to speak to someone above, no one seems to know who to talk to. We were told we can forward the information and maybe you will hear back from them. Buyer beware!Rooms To Go

We are in receipt of this review.
In regards to our customers situation, we have reviewed their account in its entirety. Our customer purchased a chair and an ottoman from our L.B.J. Freeway store. This was a floor sample as-is final sale purchase. These kinds of purchases carry no warranty, service or options for return as is printed on their sales invoice provided at the point of sale.
Although we value their business and sympathize with their concerns, please understand we are abiding by the guidelines within our contract.

2 starsPaid for delivery service and delivery crew left both sofas in plastic, safety wood stops attached to all 4 corners, and failed to take the sofas upstairs. Horrible service contractors. Requested a refund on from Rooms to Go and they refused to refund for the services not received. The sofas are nice additions to our home but the customer service is terrible. The salesman pressured me into buying the most expensive items. I had to return the next day to speak with the manager, where I was able to choose the items that I wanted.
The delivery men were sloppy and inexperienced. They made a wreck of my apartment. Knocking family pictures off the walls, and forcing a boxed covered chest with drawers through a small doorway. They created a force that mace structural damage.
At they end we had to pick up broken . glass, and items from the floor.
When I called to complain, the gal I spoke was dismissive of my concern. I was told that they would reimburse for the damage that they created.
The memory of the Salesman and Delivery men, angers me.
Save yourself from the Frustration and Damages they can cause.

Please disregard our previous response. An account has now
been located for this customer.
As an initial matter, we are concerned by the allegations
brought forth. Regarding the store, we will be sharing this matter with the
area regional’s office in order to investigate and address any issues
internally as deemed necessary.
With respect to the alleged property claim, our records show
their delivery was done on 5.2.23. There is no record of any damage reported
until 5.10.23. Unfortunately, the delivery company will not accept a claim
after 3 days from date of delivery. Our records reflect this information was
provided to the customer when they attempted to file a claim. With this long
period of time, they cannot hold a driver liable as there is no evidence to
support their claim.
Although we sympathize with their concerns, we regret we are
