HORRIBLE!!!! THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a bed from then 02/2022. I paid extra for it to be delivered and put together by their technicians. I went to move 12/2022 and could not take my bed apart because the technicians did not put the bed together properly. ALL the screws were stripped some half in and sticking out. I advised Rooms to Go and they told me to not try to do anything myself. They sent someone out who stated I needed a new bed. I paid extra for the place waiting on Rooms to Go. Finally, I had to figure a way to get it apart and move it out of my old house and into my new house. I waited 3-4 months for the parts to come. Only for the technician to come out and say that Rooms to Go did not send the proper parts. I have to wait yet again for the parts to show and then reschedule them back at. Of course, Rooms to Go will not give me back my money. I no longer want this bed or anything ever from Rooms to Go. Rooms to Go you have to know you have horrible customer service because even the techs that come out say they would never purchase anything from you guys. DO BETTER!!Rooms To Go

We are in receipt of this review.
Since the original delivery date in February 2, 2022, there have been no issues documented either verbal or written that would support incorrect set up of the bed. The bed has been in the home for over 10 months with no issues. Our customer has moved the bed from the original site.
As a good will gesture, RTG has sent hardware to our customer.
Rooms To Go would not authorize a return for this reason.
We apologize for being unable to assist further and thank our customer for their feedback.

I’m sorry that I don’t take my bed apart after paying for it to be delivered AND put together by Rooms to Go. I don’t realize it until I go to move. That is not my fault. If you did your job properly the first time I wouldn’t be in this situation. Stop trying to blame the customer and take accountability for your **** product and **** customer service.Review fromCandace H

I've bought from RTG several times and honestly there furniture barely lasts two years. I don't have kids and my couch didn't last two yrs. I called farxiga the couch insurance company. They were great, the guy who came to my house was fantastic but after submitting the claim they denied everything. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. RTG IS S*** FURNITURE AND THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTYRooms To Go

We are in receipt of this review.
Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s
defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. Theirs expired
as of 5.12.22. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by
Fortegra. Their guidelines are clearly outlined under the website referenced on
said invoice.
With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their
account in its entirety. Since delivery, we have no record of any verbal or
written communication regarding any issue until 4.21.23. Fortegra did the
service approval and service went out to the home. Those findings were sent to
Fortegra to render the decision on a course of action. Not our company.
Regrettably, cushion resiliency is not conserved a defect but normal wear. For
this reason, the customer’s claim was denied..

1 starIt is an awful shame that a company like Rooms To Go does not honor their product like they say they would when you're in their store. Amazing teaching the sales rep how to lie and disappear when you go back to the store and they are no longer working or not available to help with the bad product. But the minute you walk in the store they run to you to get their commission money with no problem. Problems with the furniture are no longer their concern especially when they have lied and taken advantage of seniors who still need assistance with broken-down furniture. They have been lying since last year about replacing and fixing my mother's sofa sleeper. But to no avail go to Guardians and they will take care of this matter and they lie too. Rooms To Go deserves a negative 10 for taking advantage of an 89-year-old senior.Review fromNorman F

We are in receipt of this review.
Like most retailers, Rooms To Go offers a one-year warranty for manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on the purchase receipt provided at the point of sale.Unfortunately, the warranty for the order customer called about expired as of ************* delivery, we show no records of any verbal or written communication in reference to any issues with the furniture until 5.12.23.
Although we sympathize with their concerns, we are abiding by the guidelines within our contract. We apologize we were unable to pursue any action due to the reasons explained above.

SLAMMED BY ROOMS TO GO January 10 I ordered and paid for a couch. January 17 the couch and a mattress were delivered. I called RTG and notified them of the shipping error. RTG asked me for the model number of the mattress. RTG said they would write a pick up slip and notify me if they were coming back to retrieve the mattress. I never got a call. I donated the mattress after it sat in my garage four months. Today 5 months later I got a bill for the mattress. When I called RTG Olivia told me I should have rented a truck and some movers to take the mattress back to the store. The manager of our local store, Ron J, instead of writing a pick up slip invoiced me. SLAMMED . Now when I call the local store they tell me to call the corporate office. When I call the corporate office they tell me to call the local store. Lesson learned: when RTG ships you something you did not order, do not call them and give them the model numbers as they will bill you for the product you did not order.Rooms To Go

This is in response to our customers review.
With respect to the issues expressed in this review, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. Regrettably, an additional piece was delivered to the customer by mistake. A return needed to be generated in order to correct; however, an actual order was needed to account for the said return. We show no records of any further communication from the store nor the customer regarding the return. The customer was billed because the unpaid product was in the customers possession. Said amount would have been settled with the return of the mattress, only the customer got rid of it.
Our office has been made aware that our online complaint office has been in contact with the customer directly to discuss and address their concerns. As a gesture of good will, a credit has been generated to take care of the outstanding balance.

I am very disappointed in their customer service and delivery process. I ordered furniture at the ********** ** location to be delivered in ** and the delivery was a nightmare. The wrong products were delivered, some even discontinued without being notified ahead of delivery. Now we have a dining set with mis-matched chairs, one lamp received from a pair ordered that was told is now discontinued and the one I received is damaged. A different lamp we ordered had a damaged shade. The dining table has a service call as the delivery guys did not put it together completely and product was left dirty. **************** kept referring back to the store we ordered it from and they are now giving us the run around. The store mgr is either not there or busy as I'm trying to discuss in person. **************** approved a refund or so I was told but I still have not received a confirmation. Do not ever buy any products from this cheap company. it will be a waste of your money. I cannot even given them one star, they are so bad!! Stay away!!Rooms To Go

All I have to say is complete and utter disappointment. We have been a customer with Rooms To Go for many years and have spent thousands of dollars… only to be completely disappointed… we had purchased a $5k couch set that had just been delivered, and it came in not operational… the delivery guy told us to call and have a technician come out to look at it, as it was not working. First of all, we already had a tech scheduled to come out for our warranty on another piece and we were told that it was too late for the tech to look at our new couches as well and that the earliest for your tech to come look at MY BRAND NEW COUCHES wouldn’t be for a month later, we said ok to scheduling it for that date, since what other choice do we have. Now we get a call this morning that the tech had called out and nobody would be coming out today, of course disappointed because we had arranged our day around somebody coming out, we had called AGAIN to be told that both appointments were canceled because they had moved the other one to be included in todays appointment, without them telling us. And now my $5k un operational couch won’t be looked at until now another month later. Is this really how they treat customers?… especially long standing customers…. And why would I ever use rooms to go again… to be inconvenienced and disappointed, what a shame.. 2 months later and the issue is still unresolved, with 2 service appointments wasted with incompetent and lazy technicians… not to mention their extremely rude “customer service”, just an absolute joke when it comes to backing their product…Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience.
With respect to their situation, our records reflect the customer has 2 different orders. One delivered in 2020 and one delivered 2.24.23. Customer has reported issues with both orders. Our records reflect service has addressed the issues with the set from February. The older order is still pending and under the purview of the extended service plan as the 1year warranty expired.
Please note that due to the pandemic, like most companies, our business has also suffered from labor shortages in all regions. We regret service needed to be rescheduled through the zoned calendar in order to accommodate all customers.

Thank you for your response. However you must have been misinformed, we did pay for the additional warranty for our 2020 couch set, which parts have been order and some parts of the service has been denied, we were told initially when we purchased the additional warranty it would cover certain things that you are now claiming is not covered.. and the ***** NEW sofa set was delivered in February and the motor is not operational on one side, the part has been ordered but your service technicians have not yet been able to show up (due to call outs) to fix the issue. So no I would not consider either resolved considering no work has been done for either couches in the four months we havent been trying to get them fixed Feel free to reach out to ** with a solution. 1 starI am very disappointed with the quality of the couches I purchased. After 6 weeks the leather looks like I’ve had the couch for 6 years. The customer service is horrible and I will make sure to leave terrible reviews everywhere until someone addresses my concern. The first set I bought was the Loreno leather and it stretched where you sat and looked horrible They allowed us a re selection for Cindy Crawford leather and after 6 weeks this leather furniture stretched out pretty bad after 6 weeks. Now they are saying it’s not a manufacturer defect. If it’s not a defect it’s the worst quality I have ever seen. I’ve owned two sets of leather recliners in 40 years and neither one of those Natuzzi leather sets ever stretched like that I spent a lot of money at rooms to go on other furniture but will never again buy their **** sofasReview fromIrma C

1 starI purchased a Sectional from Rooms to Go in ******* **. On March 24 When they finally delivered my furniture. The delivery guys were being so careless that they infact damaged the furniture they broke to of the legs and as they were dragging it in the plastic tore up and they scraped it was completely ruined mind you that they broke my chandelier from the entrance as they were being super careless they knew about it and they left with out me signing for the delivery. I called the manager ****** he said that they would pick up the furniture and reimburse me fully $3,330.62 which that was what I paid. So they came back and picked up the furniture. I was told that I would be reimbursed from **** days I said that was fine. So now **** days passed I kept checking and calling my bank to check for the reimbursement and the bank keeps telling me that they have not processed it yet. So I go personally to the store and spoke again with ****** the manager at that store and he tells me to wait that he was going to check on something. When he comes back he tells me that it had been processed on the 18th not the original date he told me and that he doesn't know where my money is. Its now been a month I don't have my money or any furniture and they just give me the runaround. I don't know what I can do at this point. It is such a disappointment from a big chain store to treat their customers like this I feel very helpless. It was my first time ever to shop at Rooms to Go and had the worst experience ever. My husband and I had saved money to get new furniture for our New home such a disappointment now we don't have our money or furniture with No answers. Please don't go shop there I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROOMS TO GO THEY STEAL FROM THE CLIENTS................................
