1 starI purchased two children’s full size beds as well as two dressers from Room to go. One of the dressers came damaged so I had to have it replaced. A little while after the boards under the mattress kept falling off because it was too short. I have had issues with these pieces for years. I went to the store and showed pictures but they said it wasn’t under warranty and nothing could be done. Almost all the drawers in the dressers are hanging out 2 inches because they can’t close any more. I am so disappointed in these pieces. I have bought every single piece of furniture from rooms to go and it’s very disappointing and upsetting how frustrated I have become with these pieces. As a valuable customer I expected better assistance when I wanted to exchange these and put the difference to get pieces that were more stable. Here I am having to purchase two beds and two dressers again. One thing I know for certain is that I will not be buying at Rooms to go.Review fromGreg W

This company need help... The salesman was FANTASTIC! **** is a good salesman! Super helpful and got me what I wanted. I even brought more that I originally planned...Oh, this company has organizational problems that is just *************** whole problem is that I could not get my furniture delivered and they did not keep there appointment's.After I paid for the the bedroom set, other items and paid for delivery I was told a delivery date. I got a text conformation of the date. The date was set for two weeks out. I wanted it sooner but that is ok. This is important.Leading up to the date, I just wanted to check if everything was ready four days before the delivery. The delivery was NOT scheduled on there end! Remember, they told me the date and I had a conformation text, email and was confirmed by a phone call...So I called and they were able to get me on the scheduled on the day that I paid for and had a conformation text and email previously. I just had to check again the next day because of the previous mistake and imagine my surprise, no delivery could be made during business hours. Seriously, 8AM to 6PM is not in their delivery window!I canceled my order (everything) immediately! This is simple thing to do, logistics is simple. If they can't get this right then there is no way I am going forward with this purchase!I had to call the store to cancel my order. After I got off the phone I was suppose to get a receipt for the cancelation. Nothing came.Jumped on the website to check on it. SURPRISE, SURPRISE my order was not canceled! I had to call AGAIN just to make sure it was ******* NOT do business with this company.Any company that can not keep there own service dates should not have ANYONE's business. Any company that can't get the simple things correct do not deserve your business.There are WAY too many furniture companies that will do a better job than ROOMS TO GO.Order number was #******** I hope the salesman find another sales job...Rooms To Go

I bought Sofa, Accent Chairs, Dining Table from ******************* To Go.While Selling they asked me to buy Furniture insurance with promise you dont need to worry about Stains in **** or any tear or any built quality issues. little over 2 years I made claims around both Accent Chair legs being broke, Some very bad stains spot in sofa and Stains and paint issues on Dining table and chair. Surprisingly Sofa claim was denied because I was told the Sofa was not professionally cleaned on regular basis (Basically I was supposed to get Sofa professionally cleaned paying good price every month or 2 to get a specific stain spot claim), Accent chair legs break claim was denied saying that's part of wear and tear (so legs were assumed to break within 2 years).ROOMS to GO furniture insurance seems a huge FRAUD scheme to me and someone should act to stop this.Its furniture insurance so I guess no-one cares a lot about claims being denied but this kind of Claim denial with not solid rationale seems very wrong.Rooms To Go

Today I visit room go **** outlet and I went cleaner section and I like Dining table with 6 chairs and when see price tag ****** I ask sales person please I want to buy and he call his manager I think her name is ********* ******* she come and take the price tag she bring new price tag $898 then few minutes then she go back again, her office and she bringing new price tag $1298.00 remove old price. when I ask why you remove this she said this is not good only table but I say you put the sign with the chair 85 six chair and she said no no no and she bringing ****** the new sign and show me a look. this is a note. I said you just print thesign. I know that I am. Shes so rude then I complain the manager and she told the other manager she is off and she is new as a new I dont care if she knew not. She know that room to go policy but she didnt say anything so please careful when you see the price of room to go this scheme theychange the price few right away so be careful you guys.Rooms To Go

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with "Rooms To Go." I ordered a new sofa and couch for $2,641.28 on 02/23/2025, expecting quality and new items, only to receive a damaged sofa that looked used and had stains and scratches all over it. When the delivery was made, the delivery team first claimed they didnt have a box, so the sofa wasnt properly packed. The second delivery came in a ripped cardboard box, clearly indicating that the sofa wasnt new. It was evident that it was a store display piece, not a new product as promised by the sales manager. After refusing the delivery and trying to get my money back, I was repeatedly told that they would cancel the order and deliver a new sofa, but each time, the service was poor and the promises were unfulfilled.The sales managers at the showroom were incredibly dishonest and unhelpful throughout the entire process. They told me I would receive a brand-new sofa and that it would take only one week for delivery, but clearly, I was sold an old, used display item that had been repackaged poorly. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the order, I am now left fighting to get my deposit back, which was charged for shipment and taxes. This company clearly does not value its customers, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for furniture to avoid "Rooms To Go." Their misleading sales tactics and lack of accountability are beyond frustration.Rooms To Go

Whenever you do do not purchase the extended warranty, they came out and looked at my couch and one of the Threads came loose in the seat and they said that was natural wearing tear. It was not covered under insurance. They said it was not a manufacturers issue so therefore it was not twice. I have bought insurance for furniture and twice. I have been screwed on it. Thats OK because I wont shop Rooms To Go no moreRooms To Go

Purchased a sectional from them. This is the third sectional that they have exchanged it for they need to refund or let me exchange it for A different sectional. This is the third one and it has been barely over six months and starting to have the same issue. The other ones did the same thing. They are sending replacement cushions that is not gonna fix the problem as well as the warranty doesnt do what they had told us in the store they they have my pet jumped up and stained the couch that they would cover to have somebody come clean it.l if the cleaning solution didnt work. We purchased furniture from Rooms To Go on 04/03/2024 and were advised by the salesperson to take insurance due to having children at home. We took the insurance through Guard IT, as suggested.
A few months later, we noticed a burn mark on the table and contacted Guard IT to assess the damage. A customer representative visited our home, confirmed that the mark couldn’t be fixed, and stated the table should be replaced. He assured us that customer care would contact us about the next steps. However, no one ever reached out.
Then, three weeks ago, my son was playing with a cricket bat and accidentally hit the side of the table, causing a chip. We filed another claim, explained how it happened, and a representative came to take pictures. Two days later, we were informed that the claim would not be covered because they claimed my son caused the damage intentionally. This is not true, and I feel blamed for something that was an accident.
I also asked about the first claim regarding the burn mark. They said that the claim was approved but closed because we didn’t contact them. How would I know that the claim was accepted when no one reached out to me? We never received any messages, emails, or mail.
In my experience, Guard IT seems to deny claims without proper communication and I feel like this company is running a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing Guard IT for their insurance. They do not honor claims, and their customer service is extremely poor.Rooms To Go

Every single piece of furniture I ordered came damaged and dealing with the customer care is a nightmare! Every one you speak to tells you something different they will not even offer any type of compensation for all the aggravation. Very rude and interrupts you when trying to explain the problem. I told them I want to return everything and now all of sudden I can't do that! Waste of $3600.00!!!Rooms To Go
