1 starHighly disappointed does not even begin to express my feelings about the company, the service, and the quality of the furniture. After I ordered several pieces of living room furniture in October 2022, one of the pieces arrived damaged. It took three re-deliveries (10 weeks) to get an undamaged piece. When speaking with customer service during this time, they would not allow me to return the item for a replacement or my money back.Additionally, within the first two months, all of the fabric on these pieces began pilling, to an extreme that I have never seen before on a piece of furniture, particularly within such a short amount of time. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that pilling is normal and not a manufacturer defect, therefore they will do nothing about the low-quality furniture that they sold me. I highly advise all other consumers to avoid purchasing furniture from this company. While the pictures and descriptions make the items appear to be your "forever furniture," you will quickly find out how poor the quality of the items really is. STAY AWAY!Review fromChristy H

I went into the **************** store on Black Friday of 2022. I purchased a console/ buffet cabinet, along with some other items.Upon arrival, the cabinet door was broken off the hinges, and the glass was broken. I did let customer service know about the damage. When the second cabinet arrived it was clear that there were scratches across a cabinet door and drawer, as well as the cabinet doors were very crooked. I again let customer service know when they called to check on the delivery, that quality was lacking. They had arranged for a technician to come out a couple weeks later to assess and possibly fix the issues with the cabinet on Dec. 22, 2022. The day of the appointment, I got a call that it was canceled, and customer service scheduled another cabinet to be delivered in lieu of a technician on January 10, 2023. I received a phone call about an hour before my scheduled delivery time that my delivery had been placed on standby. A few hours later, another call was received that it had been canceled and would be rescheduled for the following day of Jan 11, 2023. Upon delivery, the cabinet doors were even more out of alignment than on the previous cabinet, so that delivery was refused and I still have the 2nd cabinet. I was offered an amount off of the price, to keep the 2nd cabinet (with crooked doors and scratches); but after all of the missed days at work due to the delivery schedule, (they give you a 4 hour window) and you MUST have an adult there, the offer was laughable at best. I have purchased a cabinet but have had 3 cabinets with very poor workmanship delivered. And when I asked to be delivered last, or as close to last as possible, they refuse to accommodate. Trying to purchase this piece of furniture has cost me twice as much as the cabinet is worth; with missed work and multiple delays. I would NOT recommend Rooms To Go if you are looking for quality, craftsmanship, accountability, or a delivery service that works WITH the customer.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go prides itself in excellent customer service,henceforth; it is unfortunate to be made aware of the negative issues expressed.
With respect to their situation, we regret we were unable to resolve the issue with their console unit. Our records reflect a return has been generated for said piece and is scheduled to be picked up on 2.21.23. In regards to time frames, we are unable to guarantee specific times due to heavy volume. Deliveries and services are routed 1-2 days prior via zip codes in order to reach all scheduled customers. However, the delivery company offers options from Tuesdays- Saturdays in our customers area. If the appointment already dated does not work for the customer, we would be happy to reschedule for a date that would be less of a time constraint to the customer.Review fromDawn M.

1 starI just bought a king size sleigh bed there and waited 6 months for it to arrive. Fine! ******* says take queen from master and put to 3rd bedroom. Take king and add to master. I have elderly people in their late 70's staying there, one with dementia, and the king was put in the wrong bedroom. The queen was never moved. I live in ************* and asked when I bought the furniture that I would not be there so they would need to go by what the invoice said. ***** says that won't be a problem. BUT it is a problem because they did not look at invoice and the king went into the wrong bedroom. I called then less than 5 minutes after they left the house to tell them it was not done correctly and the delivery manager said he will NOT have them go back and the furniture will stay in the room it was put in. I have called twice and have been told the same thing, that it will not be changed by them. Now I have an Airbnb with elderly people in it, that have furniture in the wrong rooms. Rooms To Go has crappy customer service and refuses to fix the issue THEY made.Review fromb. R.

Please do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and go to a higher end furniture store, Stay away from Rooms To Go, Im sitting here waiting to have a third loveseat delivered because the first two were damaged when when delivered, one was damaged right out of the box and the second was damaged by the delivery folks. The delivery guys take no care in unloading your furniture and got extremely rude with me when I didnt accept it as is. RTG will offer a discount on your damaged furniture but BUYER BEWARE, if you take the discount, you lose ALL warranties and if your power furniture dies, youre out of luck. Its been a complete hassle dealing with these folks so do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY! This was ********** store in ****** *****Rooms To Go

Rooms to go have pictures of the furniture taken by both delivery drivers from both deliveries. We canceled the third delivery because were not taking off a third day from work to deal with these folks. We also are not accepting their offer for a discount because in doing so Rooms To Go will void our warranty of ************ which is a power loveseat. And we cant return it because unlike other furniture stores RTG does not offer refunds.But if RTG would have contacted the store we bought it from, which they did not by the way, they would not have made the comment above as they did.Review fromjames r

i just need to get someone attention because your truck keep throwing stone on my car windshield and i am wondering if your truck drivers purposely doing it. last month i was driving on 98 when one of your truck threw a bunch of stone on the car windshield.i put a claim with my insurance and get it fixed but the same thing almost happened again couple nights ago and its again one of rooms to go truck. are your drivers purposely doing it , is it my car that you guys targeting, what's going on ? i need an answer and please have someone inspect your trucks before you send those drivers on the road.Rooms To Go

1 starI bought bead room furniture from rooms to go and noticed days later it had a strange Oder. So kept packing it with dryer sheets in between clothes! Also spraying it with aromatic sprays . Finally a few month of doing this I had someone from the company come out to smell the drawers , this guy say I cant smell anything but I have a bad sniffer anyway! So after few days of waiting for response I called them back and they said , the repairs and adjustments are done ! I told them there were no adjustments needed the will just have to do something about the smell . So they send the same guy out to smell the furniture and of course he could not smell anything! So a few days later I call back and they had the same answer ! Adjustments were done to furniture! I did not need any adjustments just fix the smell . Horrible custom service and poor quality furniture. I purchased a sofa in 2021 a week later it had a defect. The technician came out to fix it. A year later the sofa is broken with the bottom falling out and the leg stripped. The warranty company Guardian is dragging the claim. Do not purchase warranty or items from this company. They will stop answering the phone and leave you speaking more money.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go offers a one-year warranty for manufacturers defects and workmanship as stated on the Terms and Conditions of Sale located on the customers purchase receipt. This warranty expired as of 6.01.22. They purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian. Any service or course of action approval after the 1-year is handled by them.
Our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. Since their service on 7.1.21, we show no record of any verbal or written communication regarding any issues with the sofa until 12.28.22. They were directed to Guardian and service was approved. The technicians findings were sent back to said company in order to review and render a decision regarding a course of action. We have been made aware they authorized a replacement sofa for the customer. Regrettably,the same piece was no longer available and the customer was authorized to reselect another item of equal value. If greater, consumers are responsible for the difference in price. Our records reflect the customer is scheduled for the return of their current product when new is delivered on 2.20.23.

Do not buy any furniture from Rooms to go. The worst furniture company in the world. They have come to my house 4 times and the furniture is still scratched up, beat up, and not worth buying. Their customers service is even worst than their furniture. Please don't buy anything from them. You can find more durable furniture in Goodwill.Rooms To Go

Unfortunately, there *** be times damage *** occur in the container or in transit that is beyond our control. We regret the wall unit had issues upon delivery. We believe the customer gave us ample opportunities to correct the issue; however, we were unable to do so. In view of this, our records reflect our customer care department authorized the return of the set for a full refund. The store presented said offer or the option to reselect to something else. We show the customer rejected either and wished to pursue another 2 exchanges.
We have been made aware the last exchange was accepted with no reported issues.

Terrible place to do business. Do not buy mattresses there. We have gone through 4 mattresses that all sunk within a year and you're locked in, cannot get your money back. We are on our 5th one at quite a large upcharge. This last one included a base with 2 remotes, they only sent one and are insisting we contact the vendor for the second one. We didn't purchase from the vendor, who incidentally does not answer the phone or have any other means of contact. Best to stay away from Rooms to Go. Never again.Rooms To Go

With respect to their situation, we regret they had issues with prior bedding. At present, we understand the new bedding delivered is missing one of the remotes for their adjustable base. Our records reflects our customer was advised they would have to contact the vendor in order to acquire the needed part. Regrettably, our company does not service ********* parts for this manufacturer. Unless it is a delivery issue or damage upon delivery, the vendor handles any customer inquiry directly.
The phone # provided is the only customer contact information we have for the vendor. Our office has reached out to our bedding buyer to see if they may request a vendor representative reach out to the customer for assistance.

The vendor called when I was out of town in a meeting and left no message. It would be nice for them to call back, leave a message or better yet just send the remote I should have had months ago.
