Not even 1 star Over priced poor quality false advertisement WARNING to people to take your business elsewhere. Purchased sofa sleeper with "UpgradedMemory Foam" mattress, slept on it last night ... Wow, worst night of sleep ever! I would have rather slept on a **** hideaway mattress. Called Rooms to Go, and they said I was outside my 72 hour return period then followed it up with, " those mattresses get more comfortable after about a month of sleeping on them." Now, I heard a few things in That last statement that just don't sound right....first if I was to take their word for it and give it the 30 days of sleeping on it I would definitely be outside the 72 hr return policy and second, who would want to sleep on a hideaway bed for a month? I will never recommend Rooms to Go to any one. I am content with it being a couch but I will never ask any of my guests to endure a night of sleep on it.Rooms To Go

Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects. because the warranty does not cover preference issues, we give customers 48-hours after delivery (online orders) in which report their concerns for possible solution including return. As far as the 30-day break in period, that only applies to regular bed mattresses. Sleeper mattresses are not the same kind of product; therefore, we regret if incorrect information was provided.
Our records reflect a service was generated in order to insure there were no defects with the mattress/ sleeper. We show our customer canceled the service.
As a courtesy to our customer, we will authorize them a ****** reselection of the sleeper sofa to a different living room piece equal in value. Should they not wish to keep their current selection. If greater value, they are responsible for the difference in price plus new delivery charge.This is contingent on the return of the current sleeper in the home when the new product is delivered. They would need to speak with the online store for further instructions should they wish to pursue this option. This offer is valid until 3.15.23.

I ordered living room furniture on November 26th. It was to be delivered on January 28th. When I got the shipping confirmation, the order was completely wrong. I was told they could correct the order, but I would have to wait until April 1st for delivery. This was an order over $6,000. Totally unacceptable. Rooms to Go? Never again!Rooms To Go

With respect to their situation, we regret the initial order placed was not correct. In general, the sales associate will go over the entire order with the customer prior to leaving the store in order to confirm the order is correct. Our records reflect there were changes made to the order in January but then the order was canceled. Unfortunately, the selected items are on a firm backorder from the manufacturer. Like most retailers, we are still dealing with backorder issues due to chain supply and custom delays. Please keep in mind all businesses including manufacturers affected either stopped or slowed production of product.

My dining room table and chairs were delivered on time, however the hardware was not included with the delivery. The delivery guys left everything laying in the middle of my dining room floor and said that the hardware would have to be ordered and someone would come out to assemble the table. I received a call from customer care to inquire about the delivery. I informed the customer care rep of the hardware issue. She assured me that the hardware would be "over-nighted," and once I received it from UPS, to call the 800 customer care # and let them know so they could send a tech to my home to assemble the table the same day. At the end of the call, her story changed and she said she would have to send a request for the hardware to be sent overnight and she would call me with confirmation. I never received a call. I reached out to customer care the next day only to find out it would be another 4 days before delivery. The day prior to delivery of the hardware, I notified customer care to schedule a tech to come to my house to assemble the table. The rep said a tech would not be available until February (another month)!! So, I asked when the earliest date would be if I was to order a new table & chairs (an even exchange)....FOUR DAYS! The rep did not even offer this, I had to inquire. So, why would you send out 3 guys to deliver a table and chairs that I already have when you could just send 1 guy and spend less time putting it together? Makes no sense to me!! Long story short, my husband & I ended up putting the table together ourselves. Come on Rooms To Go--Do better!Rooms To Go

With respect to their situation, we regret the set up was not completed at point of delivery. Our records reflect the hardware was placed for the customer and an overnight request was made. Unfortunately, this was placed on a Friday afternoon and after the *** pickup cut off time; therefore, it was shipped the very next business day.
Please understand that service technicians are a separate entity from delivery company drivers. There are limited technicians in each area;therefore, our service calendar fills rather quickly. We try to do our best to make exceptions for bed/dining table set up the same day parts are received if it is available.
Currently, we show the service and the exchange were both canceled as the customer was able to do the set up of their table themselves. We further show part of their delivery charges are being refunded as an accommodation back to their finance account. This takes up to ***** business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their finance statement.

In September 2022 we made a purchase at Room's to go MALL of GA we bought a bed and an adjustable base but the adjustable base is defective I called them and asked for a replacement and we are in January 2023 and still no one has solved anything for me to be honest this is a bad one experience for me since the total purchase exceeds $6,000 dollarsRooms To Go

When you buy online. You really can't see the product. I ordered a lamp. it was extra small and they only give 48 hours for return. I just missed the cutoff. So I m stuck with an i extra small and overly price lamp, Now I have to go get a regular size lamp. I know someone who works with RTG. I should have listened. Never again will shop hereRooms To Go

1 starI bought her living room suit from rooms to go in Concord North Carolina. When I receive the order, the couch had a split in it that he told me to take a month before they can re-order and send me a different couch. Well I took the day off, waited for them, and they say they called never called. I never showed up from my money back and they refuse to give me my money back. I had purchased furniture with a 3 year warranty. 2 years into it I got some rips. They told me that was normal wear & tear and they wouldn't honor the warranty. I had to go up the chain to finally get someone to honor the warranty. So I picked out new furniture. I received emails stating they aren't responsible for removing old furniture. So I gave ************* away. Then the day I was to get the new furniture I was told I need to give them the old furniture. I told them not only was I not told that, I have emails stating the opposite. It's been 3 weeks now and they still refuse to give me my furniture. So every step they try to rip you off.Rooms To Go

1 starThis business is better off if they call it Junk to go! We bought a $4,000 sofa and loveseat from them which were recliners as well. The first week it broke! Then we went back to the store and exchanged that with another set different style. That one broke as well and the seats started bending. We went back to the store shy and complained to the store manager and wanted to return the whole thing and get our money back but they didnt refund us. So we decided to pick a regular (no recliner, non electronic) sofa and loveseat. After one month the zipper on the seat cover broke. We called the warranty department which we paid $350 for, to fix the zipper. They send someone to take a picture and its been more than one month that we didnt hear from them! This is a ***** company which overcharges people for the junks they sell. The quality of their furnitures is below ZERO!! I WILL NEVER EVEN STEP IN THAT STORE ANYMORE!!!Review fromKatye F

1 starAbsolutely horrific customer service. The delivery men didn't set up the sofa bed correctly, resulting in it breaking. I have been waiting for 6 months to have it repaired. The customer service team is rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help. At one point, a manager asked me how she was supposed to schedule my appointment to have it fixed. They gave me a $50 credit, they will not dispose of the broken bed and they use an outside repair company - not even their own people. The complete unwillingness to correct their mistake or offer any expedited service is just awful. They don't care at all about their customers, only selling cheaply made product. It would be nice if they were investigated. I will never purchase anything from them again. Would strongly recommend that others STAY AWAY. Cheap furniture is not worth the headache, rudeness and complete lack of "doing the right thing". Terrible company.
