      Rooms to Go sold me a king mattress at a premium. Upon inspection, it was clear the mattress was not new. It was severely defective. Caused personal injury requiring medical attention. A toxic chemical order came from their adjustable base; causing headaches. I’m flabbergasted this corporation is not held accountable for their deceptive trade. As well, shirking consumer protection. There is a reason this company doesn’t stand by their products. They are subpar. Prices are inflated for inferior products. How they are able to avoid retribution is beyond me. How any celebrity could endorse such a predatory company is beyond me. They take the pain & anguish of consumers as a joke. Thus far, they’ve gotten away with legally with illegal practices. How can this be in the United States? Karma is inevitable.

      Run do not buy anything. They do not stand by there warrant. My kitchen table set is barely a year old, rarely used and is falling apart. All of the screws are coming out offthe chair legs, one chair top is not screwed in at all. A guest fell out one on Halloween, the entire leg broke off, I was lucky she did not *** me. The table top has some weird discoloration. They would not honor the warranty after asking me to send pictures. I did my best but how does one send pictures of wobbly chairs. This was my first purchase from rtg. There name use to carry respect now I know its just a bunch of trash.

      We are in receipt of our customers review.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. This expired as of 7.15.22. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian. Their guidelines are clearly outlined under the website referenced on said invoice.

      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed their account in its entirety. Since delivery, we show no record of any verbal or written communication regarding any issues of this nature. If they have gone directly through Guardian and they have denied their claim, any dispute regarding their claim would be under the extended service companys purview.

      Although we sympathize with their concerns, we apologize for being unable to pursue any action due to the reasons explained above.

      I visited the ********************** store 12/26/2022. I did my research on sofas on line b/4 going, had a list of about 7 to look at. I had my color choices picked out, just needed to make sure all cushions were not attached. I did my homework! I walked the whole store and not one employee spoke to me...I had narrowed down my choice and walked the store again, no one spoke to me...EXCEPT Angle. He got the sale!! A very kind man...soft spoken, not your typical sales associate! I was his easiest client of the day..my transactions took all of 5-7 minutes. AGAIN, He got the sale...made the commission and l should have my sofa near the end of February.Thank you again Angle...and you should train other salespeople! I hope R2G gives you a bonus!!******************************* ** I give this location no stars...BUT ANGLE 5

      I ordered a ************** From rooms to go its been 2yr going back n forth I got the extra insurance while u have insurance wen u buy their furniture the table had gotten 2 bubbles then they split open called gentlemen came out took pictures never heard from them this was n 2020 or ******************* yesterday n said they cant do nothing n just heard he said it was cigarette ***** WHICH IS A LIE SO GIVE ME A NEW TABLE OR GIVE MY MOMEY BACK

      We placed an order on November 2nd and patiently waited until December 16th for a sofa and loveseat delivery. The sofa did not match the love seat. We were told we would get the correct sofa in a week. We waited all day for the delivery, which never came. A call from the warehouse said they forgot to put it on the truck. A week later, they attempted another delivery again with the wrong sofa . Today is December 23rd, and we still do not have the correct sofa. Customer service has been little help. In fact, they told us they would not take returns, and there is very little we can do about the situation other than wait for them to get the correct sofa to us.

      Purchased an electric loveseat on 10/11. Low and behold its 12/23 and the recliners are not working. This is our main seating so it very inconvienent to have them stuck. One is open and one is not. We called to have some one come out and fix it and they said first it would be end of January before someone was available to come out... Then when we complained they said it could be Jan 4th or so. Trying to get out of a fully reclined seat is a fall waiting to happen especially for people our age. I guess they will be getting our doctor bills when this happens.

      Like most retailers, we are still dealing with labor shortages, especially specialty departments (hiring and training qualified technicians included). Given the heavy volume we are doing our best to get to our customers as fast as possible.

      With respect to their situation, our records reflect the earliest a service was available in their area was 1.23.23. Please also note, calendars are booked due to the holidays.  We have been made aware the service was able to be moved up to 1.13.23 due to a cancelation.At this time. The service department are reviewing the report. The customer will be contacted as soon as a course of action is rendered.

      I’m happy with the item I’ve purchased from port Charlotte FL store if only delivery wouldn’t get pushed out over & over again. The first time delivery was attempted they didn’t want to take up the stairs to my building without my assuming liability. Sales person said that is incorrect. Reordered an apartment sized couch also not delivered because a rug pad included in order was back ordered. Left 2 messages for sales person who never returned my call. Now delivery pushed out again, which will be a month from initial purchase. I’m usually understanding of issues but wary of more delivery problems and no attempt has been made to make up for these problems, such as expedited delivery.

      I purchased a mattress and the mattress got damaged due to a manufacturing failure. Rooms To Go customer service sent a technician in my home and the problem was acknowledged. The mattress has been discontinued and to get an equivalent quality mattress the store was charging $160 extra (I paid $800 in my original one - 20% extra). The store manager in charge did not solve my problem and rejected to return my money and get the damaged mattress back. I called RTG customer service and they also did not solve my problem. Now my options are to get a lower quality mattress on the same price I paid or pay extra to get a similar product. RTG is really helpful prior to sell their products but if you have a problem afterwards you are stuck. I do not recommend this store.

      Bought about $4900 worth of living room, bedroom and dining room furniture. I’m in logistics and understand supply chain delays. Console table for dining room came broken the first time where it wasn’t even unloaded from the truck and pictures taken. Rooms To Go finally got back to us regarding the replacement and when replacement showed up we accepted but advised the door was broken. Customer service advised a replacement door would be shipped, received in wrong color. Sent email with pictures of the color difference and another replacement was sent out and then again received with wrong color. Tried to work with the Savannah store and kept getting a run around on who is the manager and finally we tried to escalate to corporate but we’re told that there is no one above the store manager to go to. For some reason the color we received is not available anywhere in the US and store manager said he would contact the manufacturer. No follow up and was threatened that if we don’t accept their offer in 30 days no other actions would be taken. Poor attitudes, poor customer service, predatory sales tactics. Glad I’m todays age that customer is gone and it’s Al about money. Will never purchase sub-par furniture from this disgrace of a furniture store. Bottom line the customer is NEVER right… just sad.
