I purchased a mattress from Rooms To Go & in less than 2 years there is significant sinkage in the center. I was authorized to select a replacement, equal or greater in price. I was told there would be a $99 disposal fee. I asked if this could be removed because I could dispose of it for free. I was told I would be charged regardless. This is totally unfair. I was not returning a mattress that I changed my mind about. The mattress was defective. When I called CS (from callback #) the call went to the ************ who said this is Rooms To Gos policy, then connected me to CS, from there I was told it was the manufacturers policy (Therapedic). The store said it was a Rooms To Go Policy. Yes, I got the runaround. Now my delivery has been delayed 3 days. So far the only bright spot is my very helpful & patient salesperson.Rooms To Go

We are in receipt of this review.
In regards to our customers situation, we have reviewed their account and the technicians findings in its entirety. Our records reflect the issue with the bedding was considered non-vendor related. However, our service department authorized the customer to reselect to another bedding of equal value. If more, they are responsible for the difference in price plus a transportation cost of $99.99.
Please note that Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty that expired as of 1.26.22. The manufacturer offers a longer limited warranty our company honors. However, the customer may refer to the terms of sale located on their purchase invoice under #7 regarding said fees. The vendor does not cover these fees either as is stated under their warranty information.
On behalf of Rooms To Go, we apologize for being unable to pursue any action due to the reasons explained above.

I could never recommend Rooms to Go after seeing and experiencing their defective furniture firsthand. I went there with someone else who was shopping for a sofa. I really liked their "East Side Avocado Sofa" a lot. So much so that I ended up buying 2. Over 2 grand for them. Within a couple months, the fabric was degrading. So much so that anyone who saw it asked about it. I might also mention I live alone. Very lightly used. I feel sorry for ANYONE who buys this sofa. I'm giving 2 stars because it's a cool-looking sofa, but the fabric is ****.Rooms To Go

We have reviewed the account fully. Since delivery on 1.05.22, we show no verbal or written communication regarding any issues with their sofas until 12.13.22. Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms of sale located on their purchase receipt.
With respect to their situation, we have been made aware that a service is scheduled to evaluate the current furniture in the home regarding the customers concerns. We will need to see the furniture in the home before any decision may be rendered. It is scheduled for 12.29.22.

1 starI am extremely disappointed in Rooms to Go along with their service. If I knew their rating was so low, I would never had made a purchase with them. I recently bought a twin trundle for my 15 year old sons. The first week the trundle was broken. The front piece came off and the slat would not hold the trundle mattress. I continue to live with the problem until the slats on the main bed stopped holding up the mattress completely. There was a year warranty on this bed and we had a serviceman come to take picutres of the damage. After viewing pictures, Rooms to Go said it was a customer problem instead of a manufacturing problem. So their suggestion is to live with the problem. Therefore, I am continuing to pay for a broken bed??? My son has to physcially take the mattress off and sleep on the floor because the slats will not hold up the bed. It's extremely disappointing that Rooms to Go will not accept fault for a bad bed. They will not resolve this problem at all. They will not fix or replace. Buyer Beware!!! I would NOT make a purchase from Rooms to Go because they don't stand behind their own policy!!!Review fromWanda S

I have NEVER had a account with Rooms to Go; however, I was just informed that my credit card was charged for approximately $1,500.00 for purchases at Rooms to Go. When I called to ask what safety procedures they have in place to verify the transaction is not a fraud, they told me they would have to get someone to call me back.Review fromElugino V

Rooms to go have deceiving practices. We ordered a sectional living room. The 1st time they delivered the wrong item. We went back to the store and 1st they accepted a return. They were willing to return us the money. Then we pickes another set amd when they delivered the second set it came damaged. Now they wont return our money and are forcing us to spend the same amout or more. I will not recommned them to anyone. Do not waste your time.Rooms To Go

Please express our apologies, to our customer for any misunderstanding or inconvenience experienced.
As an initial matter, our records reflect the customer received the ******************** they paid and signed for at the point of sale. The store authorized to rewrite the order due to possible miscommunication. It is noted the customer requested a return; however, we do not show any record the customer was presented with that option. The account shows they reselected to the set currently in the home. Due to some damage, an exchange was offered. Our customer requested to reselect the living room pieces as they did not prefer the delivered set. Records show the store honored the request to satisfy the customers concerns. Reselection is for equal value paid. Consumers pay any difference in price should it be greater in value.
With respect to their situation, we have been made aware the customer reselected the living room pieces and is scheduled for delivery on 12.09.22 the pieces in the home will be picked up when the new is delivered.
Although we value their business, our company is abiding by the terms outlined on their purchase contract they agreed to.Review fromUlia K

1 starI’m March 2022 got leather sectional from the RTG store Millenia almost $8000 piece) … bulky September the 6/7 pieces of the sectional had issues , literary falling apart … contacted store multiple times , finally they so called “ filed “ a case for it in November … today is November 30es and my $8k is down the drain … no one does nothing about it .you have furniture to by go elsewhere, they will rob you of your money and if furniture falling apart 1) warranty doesn’t care ; 2) extended warranty doesn’t care ; 3) their so called “share program “ for leather is also useless … all what I got is I lost $8000 and got to spend holidays with my family on a sectional that after 4 months looks like 30 years old piece of trash . 1 starI purchased a living room suit from Rooms to Go in April. In the following months the fabric began to shed and peel very badly, to the point it was an embarrassment to have in my home. Early April I called customer service in accordance with the 12 months warranty and shared my concern. They said someone would call me back to schedule a service person to come and view the issue. A week later no return call, so I called back. At that time they scheduled the appt for November the 11th, On arrival the service person brought a ******, but said he would be here all day and he had other calls. He stepped out and called his supervisor. Upon return he gave me a card and said to call customer service and they would take care of me. He was going to note my account with pictures so that I could get this resolved due to the fabric issue. I called customer service and a very rude individual who told me I had to wait 5-7 days. I told him what I was told by the service person, and the directions I am getting were not consistent. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager after the call became heated, and he refused. I again waited 5-7 days for a return call and it never happened. This time I called the store manager on Nov 23rd at the concord ***** location because ************* Store is now closed. He said in the notes someone stated they had contacted me and said this was normal for the fabric to be in this condition. First, no one ever contacted so that was false, and second my 15 year old sectional looked better than this rooms to go furniture I just paid $2500 to have in my home. Again I have never received a call or voicemail from Rooms to Go. All I wanted was to get this repaired or a credit to get something that didn't have faulty fabric, didn't ask for money back. This company will have salespersons at the door waiting to get a sale, but afterwards you can forget it. Beware of Rooms to Go.
