      Awful company! One issue after another. Couch breaks after purchase. Contact and file a claim and waiting on parts for 6 months. They finally come and two weeks later a tech comes to replace but the parts are bent and cant be used. Finally order a new couch to be delivered and they all of a sudden cant deliver it on the day as scheduled. This has been an ongoing issue for months now and no one has an answers or resolutions.

      Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience they may have experienced.



      With respect to their situation, our office has reviewed the account in its entirety. Our records reflect the furniture was delivered on 5.24.21. the customer reported an issue with the sectional on 3.18.22. Service was sent out and deemed the issue was not vendor related and not covered. Because the customer disputed the results a 2nd evaluation was approved. Unfortunately,service was unable to be completed due to labor shortages. As a courtesy, a new mechanism was ordered from the manufacturer. This takes up to 90-120 days to receive.Regrettably, the technician was unable to complete the installation as the part was damaged in transit. In view of this, records reflect that our customer care department authorized to replace the reclining piece of the sectional. It was no longer available from the manufacturer; therefore, the customer was authorized a reselection of the sectional to a different sectional or living room set equal in value.



      Our office has been made aware the customer chose a new selection and the swap was finalized on 9.27.22.

      The worst bunch of liars of ever met They have no integrity They blame everyone but themselves for running a terrible business Lie after lie after lie Product in store says website drive 45 minutes not in store first lie Delivery 10-2 now at almost 5 pm now 8 pm warehouse packed truck wrong really Anyone takes responsibility NOPE they all blame everyone else I wouldn’t ny a lmao shade from these lairs STAY FAR AWAY if you want quality customer service and honesty

      we ordered the Cindy Crawford Monterey sectional in June and paid $40000 and it came with the ottoman 3 shades lighter than the rest of the couch. We asked for it to get exchanged and first tech told us we were crazy and colors matched. Second tech came and agreed with us and promised us a solution & a $50 refund (one we have still not received that was processed over a month ago). we paid for shipping and assembly and they never assembled or even gave us pieces to assemble ourselves. Its now been 3 months, 15 phone calls and 3 ottoman exchanges and still same issue. Our only option is to accept a $290 refund which voids all warranties or exchange for new couch where we'll potentially have the same issue over and over again. I feel so disappointed by my experience with rooms to go and will never purchase from them again.

      Our office has reviewed our records in its entirety. In regards to their inquiry, we have reached out to our accounting department in order to investigate their concerns. The initial accommodation of $50 was offered. It was accepted; therefore, the paperwork was submitted for processing on 9.12.22 Furthermore, the discount offer to keep the furniture as is was offered and accepted on 9.20.22. The confirmation paperwork was received on 10.04.22 and submitted for processing.



      All refunds take up to 21-30 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their credit card statement. We are showing we are still within the explained timeline.

      We ordered two bedroom sets at the end of July for a Sep 8th delivery. Yes, this was a LONG wait but we were returning to America from an overseas assignment. On Sep 8th the delivery NEVER showed up!! The store had NO way to reach the delivery company on the day of delivery!!!! We rescheduled for Sep 13th!! Again, the delivery NEVER showed up!!!! It was rescheduled for the 3rd time on Sep 22!!! Again, the delivery NEVER showed up!!! So I plan to cancel this order and receive my money back!!While the sales lady was excellent at her job, everyone else at this company failed!! I was given lie after lie about my delivery not showing up!! And when calling the store, employees had a who cares attitude. After the third failed delivery, the sales person attempted to tell me I needed to be patient!!! Ha, what a joke this company is!!!!

      Ordered a mattress and was told they would take the old mattress, box spring, and bed frame and when the delivery guys arrived was told they would not take the bed frame and then told Sorry they have a small stain. We dont take them away unless in pristine condition." The website states that as long as their arent any large stains they will take it and the email stated that they would take the old mattress with delivery of a new one. The delivery drivers then stained my new mattress with their gloves and I am to receive an exchange. I called to try to change the appointment time of the exchange and was told that they werent able to do that, its a different department. When I asked for the department information I was told that they couldnt give that information out. I tried rescheduling on the website and was unable to do so as well.

      We bought an entire house worth of Rooms To Go furniture about 2 years ago. We have 2 young kids and a dog and requested that the furniture be protected with ScotchGuard. The sales rep told us they don't use that product any longer, but suggested we purchase an insurance policy from them that would replace any damaged (stained) furniture. The cost was 10% of the total purchase price of the furniture. Well, I went to file a claim with the insurance company (Guardian Protection Products) and have been getting a complete runaround. The company is a scam and Rooms To Go sold it to us. I've reached out to Rooms to Go several times for assistance and they only respond when I complain about them on Social Media. Not only that, but they don't do anything to assist us. I have a legitimate claim and Rooms To Go should support they're customers after the sale. I'll never buy anything from these crooks again.

      Dear BBB,We are in receipt of this review.Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects as stated on the terms located on their purchase receipt. This expired as of 7.20.21. Our customer purchased the extended service plan powered by Guardian. Their guidelines are clearly outlined under the website referenced on said invoice. Since date of delivery, we show no verbal or written communication regarding any issues (including questions regarding the plans coverage) until 8.24.22. With respect to their situation, we have been made aware the customer reported stains on the sofa, loveseat and chair. Guardians liaison advised that the customer was denied service approval due to non-covered stains. Unfortunately, statins not covered under the plan or an accumulation of stains are not covered under the terms they agreed to when they purchased the plan over 2-years ago.Although we sympathize with their concerns, please understand we are abiding by the guidelines within the contract.On behalf of Rooms To Go, we apologize for being unable to comply with their request due to the reasons explained above.Thank you for your understanding.

      I purchased furniture a year ago but was not delivered until later due to us building a house. I had 1 of the 3 barstools break over a month ago and the other 2 are not very sturdy. I FINNALLY got some one from Rooms to GO to come out to repair but was able to due to "they" do not carry the part. He tried to get me a replacement set but now are discontinued. I was supposed to receive a call within a "couple" of days but after waiting 2 weeks (my fault) I reached out to them. I was giving a quick email with a product order# to get my refund towards a purchase. I had found the barstools that I wanted so went to the Sandhills location to see if they had in stock, unfortunaly they did not. I asked my sales person to order the 3 barstools. The salesperson comes back to tell me this is a "vendor" item and my credit could not be used towards it. I then proceeded to say just order because I have 30 days for this refund to be used. She then came back to inform me that my account was closed, mind you I still owe them money and have NEVER missed a payment. I was told I was going to have to contact sycrony bank to do a credit app. After contacting them I was told that the "bank" can review your credit at anytime and close your account at anytime. I have had some changes to my credit only due to purchasing a home but my income is more that when I applied and have missed NO payments on anything. Frustrated I left the store went home and got on the phone again. Finally go a manager ***** and explained to her the whole story, again was told the same thing. She told me a letter was sent to me 9/12. I asked if the "refund" that was to giving to me could be applied to my remaining balance and was told "no because your account is closed" She advise me to do a dispute of charges which makes NO sense because I received but were faulty. She did the dispute and informed me it can take up to 60 days. I again reminded her the refund was good only for **********************************

      Sales personal sitting at front door. Too busy texting. Sales lady gave incorrect info on wether this particular mattress could be flipped over. Said yes. NOT! Delivery took two weeks. ****** said tried. No one home. LIES! 3 Security cameras in my yard and one one entrance to subdivision. He lied. Dispatcher said our mattress was slightly damaged so going to get another for us. Another delay that didn't match up with the delivery driver story. ******** arrived and installed. Would not take old mattress! Not their subcontract job. 2 phone calls later they took old mattress.Mattress lasted 9 months before sagging so bad we contacted rooms to go customer service. Offered to replace mattress with indentical.No refund and I had only thirty days to decide! Mattress had a 5 year and 8 year warranty. Cut our losses with Rooms to Go. Costly lesson learned.

With respect to their situation, our records reflect service went out to evaluate the bedding in the home under the guidelines of their warranty. We will repair or replace in accordance with said terms and conditions of sale. Our records reflect, the customer was offered the option to reselect the mattress in the home for a different model equal in value; however, we show the customer request an even exchange. The exchange was later canceled at the customers request. Should the customer wish to reconsider the above stated offers, our office will authorize an extension to be valid until 11.04.22.Thank you for your time.

      Well we have 3 accounts with ************** which is who Rooms To Go uses. Well I noticed the payment we made on 9/9/22 had not came out of our bank as of yesterday. So we called customer service. They rejected our payment which we have been using the same bank to make payments for over a yr now and somehow there system had an old account from 7yrs ago on file and it was sent through on our account to try and pay it. OF COURSE!! it was rejected. We have had ***** Fargo ever since we lest the old account. So I have saved in our account with ************** our bank rounting and account number and that is the only one I have uploaded in there to use. BUT magically somehow that old account they pulled over for some crazy reason and tried to make our payment with it and I already had a confirmation number from when I paid it online on the 9th from ***** Fargo!! and an Email from them saying it was accepted. So hear is the kicker not only did they call us a liar but also, informed us that it does NOT mean a hill of beans that you have a confirmation number!! So your payment is worthless according to the ************** customer service manager. You could post 1 million and it will give you a confirmation number. So people out there that is trying to pay there **** is still getting screwed!!! Thank you Synchrony for never doing business with you again!!!!!!!!!!

The customer chose the finance option to acquire the furniture; therefore, Synchrony Finance paid us when the customer received the merchandise. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their financing account nor can review billing or payment history. Therefore, the customer will have to direct this matter to the finance institution as this is out of our jurisdiction.Thank you for your understanding.

      This is franchise is a horrible place to do business with. The location on ******************* in ***** are nothing but liars and scammers. I was lied to about the replacement of my DEFECTIVE mattress during the Labor Day sale and was sold another defective bed that was also upsale meaning it cost me more money due them not making the mattress which isnt my fault. My mattress was under warranty which means it shouldve been free of charge. The store exactly a whole month to replace my bed. They also picked up my mattress without replacing it with the new one. Once they finally did arrive with the new one they took bogus pictures as if the bed was setup correctly and was not because the frame was left unscrewed and as soon as I tested the bed i was injured and reported it to customer service and the manager lied about not knowing anything about to keep me from being able to return the mattress but could swap it. I dont not want any business with this company and it shouldnt be up to them to tell me what I can do with my money. All I know is if this bed isnt picked up by the end of the week. I am tried to peacefully resolve this with management by them simply coming to pick this bed up but now. I will see you all in court for product liability and pain and suffering because I just had surgery.
