1 starSectional sofa arrived with some minor damage. Chaise had sand type of particles in it. Strings hanging off with black unable to identify. Carpet began doing the same stingy mess. Particles also appeared to some sort, bug. Delivery put my damaged sofa onto truck with new furniture. Tried to only replace the one part of the sectional. I think it was replaced by a used piece. In worst shape than the 1st one. I have pictures I would like to send and have sent them, but RTG will not come out and look at what I am talking about it, is not going to be a refund exchange that easy. It is going to be an agreement to fix issues this sofa came in with some sort of insect that is pulling hair into and out the fabric.Review fromAmeer K

1 starThis is the worst company ever. I have been waiting over a year to have my couch repaired. They told me I wasn't calling every week to complain that's why it wasn't fixed. It's been two months this time and they never sent the report. They seem to be racist and not fixing my couch because of my Islamic name. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they stone wall me all the time imagine pay cash and be treated like crap because they do keep dropping the ball.Review fromAudrey L

1 starI received the wrong merchandise. I ordered an dual lift bedding system for my queen-sized bed, the sent a single-lift. When I told them that was not what I ordered, they said that the dual lift only comes in king. I told them I was not told that that I was misled to believe that the queen came in dual lift. Then the store manager got smart with me which I thought was so ghetto and absolutely professionally immature. He had me on speaker and I could hear people in the background laughing. He insist that he is not going to pick up the bed meaning I will have to pay $7K for something I did not order. He said he spoke to the sales person who said he told us that the bed we were laying on was a king. We told him we needed it for a queen. HE DID NOT SAY THAT THE QUEEN IS SINGLE LIFT ONLY. If he had said that, we would have passed on the purchase. He say OK. He was so hungry for the commission that he could not be honest. I have been trying to speak with the Regional Manger since August 25, 2022 without success.Review fromJohn L

Rooms to Go is great to the customer up until you pay. The delivery side of it is a joke!! They delivery the wrong item then make you wait another week for the right item to be delivered, only for it to be damaged and have to wait another week. They leave your house a mess after setting up the items that were correct. Then the delivery guys justbtake off and dont cover any of the furniture with you to see ifvtheres any damage or issues. Its been a nightmare trying to get all my furniture. Do yourself a favor and dont go through the samething i have with Rooms to Go!! I will Never step foot in another Rooms to Go again!!!Rooms To Go

After waiting over 6 months for my new sectional with power recliners , I finally received them in April. Although I really like the couch doesn't seem worth it. In June The motor died in a recliner . July they send someone out and he was going to order the part and it is now the end of August and they haven't heard anything about the part. It is coming from they're supplier. I would think power motor for a recliner is a very common part that needs to be more on hand than what it is. Waiting this long for a couch and then not being able to use it for this long is unexcusable.Rooms To Go

On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience.
We have reviewed the account in its entirety. Records reflect the technician deemed the armless piece to the sectional only needs the motor and switch replaced in order to repair the unit. We are solely the retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to house parts for every piece of merchandise we sell. The parts were ordered through the manufacture and the time period given by the vendor is an approximation of 90 days. Parts are sent as soon as they are available or manufactured. However, due to this global pandemic, shipments have been delayed. Please keep in mind all businesses including manufacturers affected either stopped or slowed production of product. This is an industry wide issue.
If the customer does not wish to wait for the part, our office will authorize them to reselect the sectional to a different living room set equal in value. If greater, they would be responsible for the difference in price no new fees. They will need to see the office staff at their originating store for assistance. The items in the home would be picked up when the new is delivered. This offer will be valid until 9.30.22.

The service was outstanding. The salesperson, ******, greeted us and quickly had a feel for what we wanted and could easily give us details of the pieces we purchased. For us, time was of the essence and she made sure items were in stock and arranged delivery within a day. She also gave us instructions on preparations for the easy acceptance of the items in our house. Her follow through to the completion of the order and delivery was exceptional. As a result, I would recommend Rooms To Go to anyone needing furniture and related items.Rooms To Go

I ordered some furniture in March that was supposed to be delivered in June and still hasn't been delivered and now they are saying November. They have sent me half the order, so I don't even think I can cancel it and send it back, and they have charged my credit card for all the furniture.Rooms To Go

They do have a terrible return policy that I was unware off and the Sales person did not share. I purchased a desk & cabinet, upon delivery and unpacking found it was damaged. at first, i requested a replacement and they did agree but afterwards, as I continue to build the desk, i saw added damages and the material was not to my satisfaction. Immediately contacted the sales person, customer service, and they will not refund and stated that is company policy. To my surprise, I was unaware. so, buyers beware, Rooms To Go will not refund your money, even if it is not to your satisfactory upon delivery. I notified them with in 2 business days of my dissatisfaction and escalated to Manager but was denied. I will never purchase anything from them. I prefer to go to companies that respect customers and treat them with the satisfaction we deserve.Rooms To Go

Our "Terms and Conditions Contract" is posted on the back of the sales order. Whenever there are issues with the furniture, Rooms To Go provides the option of returning the furniture.

They did not mention the several phone calls I had to make and escalate to management and superiors. Yes, they refund only 80%, I took a $120 loss on a product that arrived damaged and I didn't want upon arrival and notified them within the 48 hours. Again, the Sales Person should make customers aware of those policies. Even if you are not satisfied of the product upon delivery, you are stuck with it.Review fromKim B

I ordered 2 sets of stools online from Rooms to go. After receiving my accessories from another vendor a few days later I realized the stools were too dark for my decor. I contacted online support to return and their return policy is 48 hours after receiving furniture. That is obsurd!! One set is still in the box. I am stuck paying for stools that I can not use. I lost over $500!! My first time and last time shopping with them!! Never again!!! I'm warning all of my friends and family to stay clear from Room To Go!! If your item is not the desired, color, size, or breaks you better return in 2days!! Take off work or lose your job. Whatever you need to do or you're just SOL!!Rooms To Go
